I placed an order with them for a pick up when my food arrived. It was not hot. It was mediocre, and when we bit into our chicken legs, they were raw very very undercooked and not safe to eat. I feel like they just rushed the order instead of making sure that their food is safe to eat and ready to be given to customers I would rethink going to this location. I've had many Jolie bees in the past and I've never had this problem. This is the first time I think this location just rushes out their food and doesn't care about safety or quality.. I order Jollibee almost weekly. Whether it's from Doordash or in person, they always do a great job of making me feel valued. This Beverly branch specifically is my go to not just because it's nearby but mainly because of how meticulous they are in terms of serving their signature meals. The Chicken joy and Spaghetti has always been top notch. My family loves their Palabok too. They serve it fresh and always with a smile on their faces. If and when I dine in here, the vibes is just so welcoming. The dining area is very clean and I know for a fact that they sanitize the tables well cause it doesn't smell foul. I wanted a quick bite and was coming up onto a Jollibee. I had never been before and was encouraged by an ol' fling to try it once. She just happened to be on my mind so I hit the blinker. The parking lot is a difficult left turn over 4 yellow lines and 2 lanes of traffic if you're traveling eastbound on Beverly. Regardless of what direction you're traveling, the parking lot is not very efficient. It's obviously due to limited space. I went through the drive-through and ordered a yumburger with cheese. I drove around to the window and after I paid, the food was given to me right away. The young woman, Leah, quickly shut the drive threw window and carried on with her next task. I opened the bag and went for the fries. I bit into one and it was cold. They all were. The whole dang carton of fries. I tried to get any of the workers' attention, but they just looked at me through the window as if I was some weirdo. Finally, I honked and the windows swung open. Cecil barely showed her face as I explained to her that the fries were cold. She looked at me as if it were my problem, then took the fries and instructed me to park in parking space 1. The next 10 minutes I watched a dozen cars go through the drive-through until I finally received hot fries. It was not a very good first experience at Jollibee. The yumburger was mediocre but the whole meal was reasonably priced. Right around $9 which is relatively inexpensive. After writing this review, I upgraded them from one star to two stars. First of all, I am not Philippines origin. I am Mexican-American or Chicano. But I do love everybody and no racism here. When I was walking in the restaurant, I could not helped that everyone was staring at me. I guess because they never see a monster over 6 feet tall eating Jollibee. The lady attending me was kind of scared because she had to look up and my face does not look very friendly even if I try to smile. I ordered a 4 piece Chicken combo with Adobo Rice, Cheeseburger, Hot Dog, and Spaghetti. FYI: I did not eat breakfast or lunch so I was starving. The Chicken is juicy and delicious. The Cheeseburger beef tastes a little different. Almost like Waygu beef or Japanese cattle but good enough to eat. The Hot Dog was not grilled or fried. Just like a boiled or steamed hot dog but good enough to eat. The spaghetti tasted a little odd like if it was preserved like the Chef Boyardee can. But it had its own recipe. Just the taste threw me off. That is my reason I gave 4 stars: The Hot Dog and the Spaghetti. But at least I still come to eat when I have the chance, which is rare. I was honestly impressed how good their fried chicken was. Got a bucket of the spicy type. Comes with this gravy that seems to have a lot of black pepper in it. Since the Local Yelp spotlighted Filipino food, I will be posting reviews for Filipino restaurants that I have visited. There's nothing more appropriate to start my series of Filipino reviews other than Jolibee, one of my go-to places for halo halo as we welcome the summer heat. While summer is the time for some ice cream, shakes, raspados, and the likes, none of these can beat my favorite cooler, halo-halo. Halo halo is a dessert served on a bed of shaved ice with different fruits and jellies on it, sweetened with condensed milk, and topped with leche flan and ube ice cream. Doesn't it sound delicious? I tell you, it definitely is delicious! Sweet, cooling and refreshing! The security guard here was so nice and accommodating for me and my friends, honestly she made the whole experience so pleasant! She was taking our garbage, getting us napkins and I felt so bad cause I wish there would have been a way to tip them because she was so much nicer to us than the workers here. I also tried their spicy chicken sandwich, and it was good, too. Anyway, the chicken here is actually seasoned through to the bone, and the meat is flavorful and juicy. The chicken was also made fresh, so it was perfectly crispy. I always order the spicy, and you can actually taste the spice. At some locations, the spicy doesn't taste much different from the original. The service was friendly. I did have to pull over and wait for the chicken, but I wasn't in a hurry, so it was okay. I arrived probably close to 8 PM, and there was still a line of cars at the drive through, so I guess I'm not the only one who thinks this place is good. read more

First time at Jollibee and I must say..their "Chicken Joy" is better than KFC's fried chicken and their plain "yum burger" is better than a McDonald's plain hamburger. But is that saying much? No, but for a fast food place it's decent. Their fried chicen, "Chicken Joy" comes in either spicy or non-spicy. I got the spicy version and the chicken was semi-spicy. I suppose it came with more spices than your normal KFC fried chicken. They give you a gravy dipping sauce here but I'm not really a fan of gravy and chicken together. The chicken is a little on the salty side so pairing it with their gravy makes it a little too salty for me. Nonetheless, the wings came with a lot of meat. The "yum burger" was your typical plain burger with the patty and creamy cheese. I liked the creamy cheese sauce which gave the burger some character even though it's pretty plain.
