We decided to go back for more and again well worth it. Our server, Lyle was attentive, quick and so polite. We tried the beef roll which is now my favorite along with the cucumber salad which is so refreshing on a hot day.

What a delicious place. We have a tried a few items and have come multiple times. We've enjoyed everything every single time, but today we only had our absolute favorite items: string beans, golden noodle soup, spicy wontons and pan-fried dumplings (which I did not get a pic of so sorry) . As usual it did not disappoint, we loved everything we ordered. It's a great place to come when you're hungry and just want to eat and go. It has simple decor, nothing fancy. Service is fast and attentive. Definitely a must try!

Went here for lunch on a weekday and it was great! Service is always fast and efficient and friendly. Pork dumplings, beef chow mein, beef rolls, and sesame balls. The beef chow mein is a favorite. Highly recommend.

What I Ordered: Dan Dan Noodles ($13.99) Braised Beef Noodle Soup ($15.99) Xiao Long Bao ($13.50) Spicy Pork Wontons ($12.50) Spare Ribs with Mashed Garlic ($16.99) Shrimp Fried Rice ($16.99) Cucumber Salad ($8.50) Strawberry Green Tea ($4.99) My personal favorite dish from the meal was the Dan Dan Noodles. The noodles had a great chewy and bouncy texture and were coated in a savory spicy sesame sauce with just the right amount of spice. I liked that the flavors were bold without being overwhelming, and I found myself continuing to go back for more throughout the meal. Braised Beef Noodle Soup. As someone who loves soup dishes, this immediately stood out to me. The broth was rich and comforting, and the braised beef was tender and packed with flavor. Combined with the chewy noodles, it made for a hearty and satisfying dish. For both dishes, I was pleasantly surprised at how bouncy and chewy the noodles were. I would want to try the other noodles dishes on the menu as well. We also ordered the Xiao Long Bao and each dumpling was filled with a flavorful pork filling and a solid amount of soup. There's definitely a reason why this spot is called JUICY dumpling factory. The Spicy Pork Wontons were soft and packed with pork, while the chili oil sauce added a savory kick without being overly spicy. I'm not too good with spice, but this was not that spicy for me. The Spare Ribs with Mashed Garlic had a bold garlic flavor that paired well with the tender pork. If you're a garlic lover, this is definitely worth ordering. The meat was very bony so make sure to be careful! The garlic added a lot of flavor without completely overpowering the meat. The Shrimp Fried Rice was a solid side dish that complemented everything else we ordered. The rice had a nice wok flavor, wasn't greasy, and came with a generous amount of shrimp. A surprising must order was the Cucumber Salad which was light, refreshing, and crunchy. Lot of the other foods were on the oily end, so having a refreshing cucumber salad definitely hit the spot. Staff: All of the staff members were friendly! They were very knowledgeable about each of the menu items. Ambiance: Indoor and outdoor seating available. A good amount of parking in the parking lot that is shared with other shops in the plaza.

The food was pretty good. I really enjoyed the braised beef noodle soup and shrimp and pork spicy wontons. However, the juicy pork dumplings were not juicy. Not sure what happened but I would definitely come back to give this place a try again.

This is such a great place to go when you're craving Din Tai Fung but don't want to wait in a long queue! The dishes here are much more affordable and also delicious! There's also more variety. My top three were the dry fried string bean, beef roll, and Dan Dan noodles. Would def come back!

Watching dumplings being made right in front of you hits different! This place has an open kitchen where you can literally see the whole process from fresh dough being rolled out to each dumpling carefully folded by hand. We tried a variety of dishes and everything tasted clean, fresh, and super satisfying. The dumplings were definitely the highlight. so juicy and flavorful. There's just something about knowing your food is made from scratch that makes it even better. Worth trying if you're in LA or Orange County

4.5 stars Good parking, clean restaurant. Go early (before 6pm) to avoid the dinner rush. We ordered a bunch of items to share family style. Prices are reasonable however the place isn't a Din Tai Fung dupe. Beef roll: Solid, pancake could be crispier but it hit the spot XLB: Skin is a bit thick but it is juicy. Fried rice: Standard fried rice. Nothing special. Chili wontons: Very good, highly recommend Green beans: Very salty, would not recommend (or if you order it ask for them to put light salt) They do have an outdoor patio but it doesn't look like they are serving outside.

They say this is a Din Thai Fung dupe. It's not it's similar and it's good but don't expect the flavors and quality it's still really good food. It was just hyped up on social media. It doesn't make me wanna go back again, but if I'm local and I'm feeling like having something similar to this, I would probably pick it. Their tea was amazing. All the food was good. No complaints here service was pretty decent. The atmosphere is very inviting. It's pretty busy. The layout of the building is great. Who knows I may be back sometime, but it wouldn't be my first choice to go to.

Stopped in for lunch and Juicy Dumpling Factory absolutely earned a spot in our regular rotation. Plenty of shared parking, lots of indoor and outdoor seating, and a clean, busy atmosphere that made the place feel like a hit. We ordered the cold cucumber salad, juicy pork dumplings, pan fried chive shrimp and pork dumplings, pork spicy wontons, and the prime beef fried rice. Every dish came out strong, but the dumplings were the real showstoppers. Service was just as impressive. The whole staff worked like a team, but Karen was an absolute rockstar. She was everywhere at once making drinks, handling to-go orders, and still making sure everyone was taken care of. If you love dumplings, this place is a must.

Came here on a Friday night with a few friends. It was a bit crowded, but we were able to put our names down on the waitlist up at the front. We probably waiting about 30 minutes or so and was finally called to get seated. Overall, we had a really great experience. It was all of our first time being there so the server was able to answer all the questions we had about the menu and how to order. Food came out fairly quickly as well. Food: We ordered the Juicy Pork Dumplings, Pork & Corn Pan Fried Dumplings, Pork Spicy Wonton, Beef Roll, and the Braised Beef Noodle Soup. They all tasted so good. It was all seasoned perfectly and the dumplings were so juicy! Make sure to pour some of that vinegar and chili oil on the side to boost up the flavors! Out of everything we tasted, we really enjoyed the Pork Spicy Wontons and the Beef Roll. Those were probably my top two picks. There's plenty of parking available at the lot and lots of other restaurants to try so I think this was a great spot for them to be in. Looking forward to trying more items off their menu!

Juicy Dumpling Factory is an unexpected delight. Loved every dish we ordered. Staff is super nice and attentive. The interior is on the smaller side but nice and clean. Chive, pork, shrimp dumplings: I thought these were soup dumplings, they're not. They're ok. Spare ribs with garlic: really good, perfect small bites Chow mein with beef: delicious chewy, flavorful noodles and beef Fried rice with shrimp: simple, but good All portions are perfect. Prices are reasonable. Would definitely come back.

Went here after church. It was a full house. Ordered all the food shown. Taste is always consistent. I have a problem with restaurants to have recommendations of what percentages to tip. I have no problem giving 20% tip for great service. This place doesn't really do much other than bring out the food. They leave the water so that we can fill up our own and never really check in on us otherwise. The reason for the three star is a shady Business practices. Look at my receipt and those amounts are based on the total including tip. We all know that tipping should be based on the food and beverage and not including tax cause that just insulates the bill. I will always call out small businesses that do this. This is shady practices.

I was lucky to receive my dish pretty quickly, but some of the other people in my party had to wait quite a bit. But I think the staff were working as fast as they could so ultimately, i think service was fine. I tried the lomo saltado with beef, fries and garlic noodles. Overall tasted great. The fries still managed to have a crispy texture and had a sweet and savory sauce flavor to them. The beef cubes were tender and cooked just right. The noodles were fine as well. I liked that the noodles werent too heavy. The portion size is very large though, i was very full by the end of it. The green milk tea was good too. The milk, sugar, and tea ratios were all balanced and the flavor was subtle. It had an interesting flavor that reminded me of grass jelly and milk, but in a good way.

I LOVE THIS PLACE…read more Don't let the simple decor fool you - the chicken here is hands down one of the best hole in the wall locations for chicken that I've been to. Unlike your typical rotisserie or fried chicken, this place roasts their chicken in a large clay pot and the marinade is definitely not something that you can find easily. The smell of the chicken is so inviting on its own but you won't be able to smell it outside of the restaurant - gather some confidence and open that door! We got 1 whole chicken, bot chien, crispy rice, and a side of dry noodles. All of the sides are great - I've tried at least 1 option every time I come back here but my favorite is the dry noodles and crispy rice. Their chicken pairs TOOO WELL with the pickled veggies and their special soy sauce. I like mixing a little salt, pepper and lime in mine to make it extra sour but honestly, the chicken is great even without the sauce. It's a small restaurant and flagging down servers is not difficult but I love that they will come to check in on you pretty often without you putting out any effort. I've been here when it was super busy and when it's a little more free, the servers are nice, friendly & really responsive Pro tip : get more than 1 soy sauce!! You DEFINITELY will not be sharing it!

I either crave Spring rolls, Banh khot, Oxtail pho, egg rolls or egg noodle soup, viet wings and there's still many more things to try! One of my friends I met at personal training asked me out to lunch. We always eat well and this place was already on my list so I was game! Came in at a perfect time, right after a lunch rush. Sat down looked over the menu, pretty straightforward. Service was lovely, a little bit of language barrier but good nonetheless. We started with the Bot chien ( crispy rice cake with egg.) She asked if there was pork in the dish and they said no, she can't eat pork. It came out and it looked fantastic, looked like an omelet. I love eggy dishes! This was fantastic, definitely add a sauce like Sambal or Sriracha. We were off to a great start! But we came for the star of the show, Clay jar chicken with dry noodles!!! They set the bowls down and everything looked fantastic and smelled even better! A generous bowl of egg noodles, chicken and a side of broth in case you want to dip or just throw it in the bowl. We got to grubbin and it was instant love at first bite! The chicken was so tender and flavorful. We noticed these little cubes of tasty bits, we didn't know what they were because we didn't see it on the description, she already had a piece, we thought it was some sort of crispy bread crumb bits LOL. We asked the service and come to find out, it was crispy pork called Top Mo. We told them she can't have pork, they took the plate back. After a few minutes they came back. She asked is it a new dish or did you just pick them out. They picked them out. This is where the language barrier came into play. They didn't understand for a bit. I said she can't have pork because of her religion. That's when it clicked! Thank the Lord! Out came a fresh porkless new bowl and she could enjoy with me. They should've given me her previous bowl to go LOL I'm the pork Queen LOL. Overall a fantastic meal and I've been thinking about this meal for awhile. I need a reunion stat!!! Just so many good Vietnamese dishes in the area, it's hard to choose! I will be back!!!

For impressions of each Entree: The Papaya Salad is incredible, we ordered it with a mild spice level sauce. It's light, flavorful and refreshing and serves as a perfect palate cleanser if you order it with another item, but having it on its own is perfectly fine as well. The Garlic Chicken Roll was fantastic, crispy roll and tender chicken on the inside. It came with a sweet dipping sauce that had a flavor we weren't expecting but a nice surprise. The Beef Jerky Special: I absolutely love the idea of the beef jerky with a crispy-charred outer shell. My critique would be to dial back the charred-ness a little bit so that it doesn't dominate the center flavor. It goes perfectly well with the sticky rice and the sauce it comes with is really nice. Oh my gosh!!!! This food was DELICIOUS! Never mind a diet when you come here…read more I created my own little combo with lobster, shrimp, and potatoes. The lobster wasn't included in one of the regular seafood combos, so I ordered it separately and added everything I wanted. I chose the Fire Crab seasoning, which I believe is a combination of their different seasonings, and it was so flavorful! I've been to several seafood-boil restaurants, but Fire Crab is easily one of the best I've had. The restaurant itself is cute, clean, and well kept. Most of the seating is booth-style, which makes it nice for families or even a casual little date night. The music wasn't too loud, and they also have a large screen if you want to watch TV or sports. I even used the restroom, and it was very clean and nicely maintained. The waitstaff was also very friendly and welcoming. I arrived around dinnertime at 5:45 p.m., and it wasn't crowded at all, thank goodness, because I was hungry! Overall, I really enjoyed everything, the food, atmosphere, service, and cleanliness. I'll definitely be back whenever I'm craving some really good seafood!

Unlike some places where I leave feeling bloated, I don't get that way here. The shrimp was cooked perfectly, which is harder to find than you'd think. A lot of seafood places tend to overcook shrimp, making it rubbery or soggy, but Fire Crab absolutely nailed it. And the garlic fries? Insane. They definitely do not hold back on the garlic, which I loved. The garlic noodles were also incredibly buttery, flavorful, and downright addictive. What really made our experience stand out was the service. We came with a large group, and the owner was so sweet, attentive, and welcoming throughout our meal. It's clear they genuinely care about their customers and making sure everyone has a great experience. Great food, amazing service, and consistently delicious flavors. Fire Crab is a spot I'll keep coming back to!
