This is establishment is an Indian/Pakistani restaurant not Mediterranean. The food is ok but the service is horrible. The manager is always hiding and when you ask to speak to the manager, a young man came and after listening to the complaint he said that he doesn't know what to say. Holy shit this food is good! Best Samosa Chaat I've ever had. I don't know how they get their meats so tender. And you can't beat their prices. Large portions the chicken biryani was pretty good. They haven't learned that serving here in the USA should all be done at the same time. I had ordered my food after several friends, but got mine way before them. Had to wait a while for the majority to get their meals. Also, one friend's order was wrong, and then when he got it he found a hair in it. I thought the owners/manager would comp his meal, but didn't do so. Great staff, very clean and delicious. I had the Behari Kabob which was seasoned well and super tender. I'm glad we gave this place a try.

I like the fact that they seem somewhat professional and greet well - the place is clean - they generally make an attempt to satisfy customers - the food was really good back in the day at their old location when they had the family engaged in the kitchen - but they now appear to be losing authenticity given the non-desi employees in the back. read more

Service is pretty third world. Food is expensive for the amount you get. It's definitely one of those places where American/Westernized women can't be themselves without getting dirty looks unless they are in full abaya or hijab. I suspect they try to be more hip and with the times, but the reality is far more disappointing. As far as the food quality... Bundu Khan has way better parathas hands down. The chicken tikka legs are small and not marinated enough (IMO). Bahari kabob- again, crazy expensive for the amount you get in a semi-fast food type of place this is. They don't let you get your own drinks because they insist on serving you, which is fine if it weren't for the fact that the waitress is constantly cleaning and touching gross stuff in between WITHOUT washing her hands! Overall I guess it is not too bad if you have limited food choices and NEED it to be halal. Knowing this is probably why they charge such high prices. The food is mediocre at best though. read more

I love hummus and have eaten it from lots of different places they don't all taste the same but they have all been good. Ok. The food here was good but not great. However, the servers and staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They were very kind and friendly. If not for food, for service alone, they should get a five star rating. Also, food was presented to us very nicely. It's very unlike all the south asian restaurants up and down Hilcroft. Came to eat again tonight at this awful restaurant with rude customer service!! As usual they fought with me for just trying to change a mixed grill order to Bihari kabob and they yelled at me saying "we don't do that here, you have to order both!" That was the rudest thing ever and the manager who has a lisp is the meanest most cold hearted person!!! Looks fantastic from outside. The food was good but basic. It's Americanized Indian cuisine. The staff (women) are a little stuck up because of the cultural differences. Despite the food being ever so delicious and pleasing to the palate, I have one issue with this restaurant. This is my second time coming to this place and again, idk if he is the manager or the owner but the man's demeanor is fucking disrespectful. The first time I came here, he looked at me as if I was in the wrong place. Not to mention he stared at me for the longest wgile i had ordered then.This second time he seemed disgusted by my presence. When he called my name for me to get my order, he dropped my food on the counter and turned back around to handle other orders. I politely said thank you and only the young red haired man said thank you have a nice day. I'm not in the mood to pull the racist card but am I wrong that if I come in to order as a customer and treated as if I'm his half aunty, by this gentleman? He wasn't even a bit gentle. Kabob Corner really knows how to make Nihari and Karahi, two of my favorite dishes here. If you want to eat something by yourself, the mutton Karahi pairs really well with naan and the nihari pairs really well with rice, especially biryani. First time I ate here. So glad I did. The Nihari was excellent and Behari Kebob was out of this world. Wish the Behari Kebob serving was a little bigger but anyway, I really enjoyed it.
