Ok first off, when you are waiting in line to order, there are pictures and videos of the various sandwiches on the walls. The pictures do a terrible job showing the true size of the sandwiches. The meat and toppings are quite thick and the bun itself is also large so the burger is definitely enough for an entire meal even without the fries. The best part about this place is you can substitute any burger with any protein you want - Beef, pork, chicken, tofu (didn't ask if they had veggie patty). I had the Godzilla attack burger with chicken and curry fries with spicy mayo sauce. Burger itself was quite a mouthful, it was big and was difficult to hold( one of my friends deconstructed the burger since it was too big - abomination, I know). The burger had layers of vegies(julienne cut lettuce, onions, tomato), pepper jack cheese, sauces(Tonakatsu Sauce, Spicy mayo) and a crispy fried chicken between the buns. I felt the sauces where a little over powering for me to even taste the chicken or the cheese, it was a little too tangy. I tasted a bite of just the chicken and it was crispy, but the coating lacked seasoning. The burger could tone down on the sauce and let the pallet taste some chicken. 3/5 for the burger. The best part of the dish was the curry fries. Highly recommend if you are visiting this place and don't hate curry flavor. I enjoyed the fries so much that I took one order home. Pretty awesome place that puts its own twists on each of its burgers. Each of the meats are deep fried before being placed into the sandwich. That alone caught my attention. I came in for a late lunch on a Monday afternoon and ordered the Godzilla Attack, which per the menu, describes itself as - SPICY! 12 Spice Sprinkled on Crispy Grass Fed Beef Katsu, Jalapenos, Pepper Jack Cheese, Tonakatsu Sauce, Spicy mayo. Finally, each burger is topped off with red onions, pickles, tomato, and shredded cabbage. It took about 7 minutes after ordering to receive the burger and damn, this thing was exploding with flavor. You could tell the beef was high-quality. The spicy mayo had a nice kick to it and the shredded cabbage provided a nice cooling agent to the spiciness.
