Kazu is a carry out sushi store in Dogtown. The owners are very friendly and efficient. I ordered edamame and Philadelphia maki. The edamame was a generous portion. I liked the Philadelphia roll because the salmon was fresh and there is a hint of scallion. Many restaurants don't add scallion, but I prefer it because it has a fresher taste. It was delish.My only complaint is the small pieces and portion of sushi rolls.
