Kbbq at home? Count me in! This is just what I needed on a Sunday afternoon to satisfy my meat cravings! I had seen their Ad pop up on social media so I decided to give them a try! You can place your order through Postmates or Ubereats for a local delivery in the area of Glendale/LA or pick up; which is what I chose today! The pick up estimated time was 10-15 min so they're ready quickly. I arrived at the pick up spot, which appears to be a ghost kitchen style building, upon arrival, you put your code into the kiosk and the window opens up to your order. Pretty cool method! Packed well and arrived home safely. I ordered the combo box which consisted of: 2 meat choices (short rib and brisket) and it also came with rice, kimchi, jalapeños, garlicand your own mini grill to grill the meat and sides. The meat travels on ice as well. The instructions are pretty much self explanatory, from how to start the fire to how to put it out, easy and grill cooks the meat quickly since meat cuts are super thin. The quality of the meat is great, not fatty and cooked well. The meat tasted better in the dipping sauce( dark one) the rice is a generous portion topped with sesame seeds. I'd rate this meal 5/5. But, I wish I could replace the kimchi with either more jalapeños or garlic because I don't really like it. Meat portion I feel was decent enough to satisfy my meat cravings. As for the shrimp bowl, I feel the shrimp lacked some flavor, and they're small, big portions of white rice, and this side salad. I'd rate it 3/5. I really enjoyed cooking my own Kbbq meat at home and I would definitely do it again! You can add any type of personal sauces at Home or customize/ add more veggies.

Absolutely fun at the comfort of your own home. I love Korean bbq so much and this was a fun experience! It's easy to understand with the information on the lid to get started so don't freak out! The queslaity of the meat is perfect aswell!

Frozen cheap quality fatty meat served on a wet napkin in a box. I wouldn't mind paying top dollar for a good quality Korean bbq meal but this was an absolute waste. Save your money.

Definitely a great restaurant if you're craving Korean soups - I got the Galbitang and it definitely hit the spot. The broth was so warming and hearty and the galbi were tender and paired really well with the soup and dipping sauce. We also got the bossam which was great for sharing among the group and just a perfect mix of flavors and textures. Side dishes included kimchi, pickled daikon, and fish cakes. Outside there's many plants that make walking in very welcoming. The food may be for some people, but not for me. I ordered 6 on the menu which I expected to be extremely flavorful based on its appearance, but it tasted very plain to me. I did order a more simple item on the menu compared to others, so I guess I should have expected that. My family enjoyed theirs which is good. There are plenty of other options, but they are mostly spicy; however, the side dishes are amazing! The cost is a bit pricy, but if you like it, it's worth it. This was an overall pretty good experience, and would recommend; just make sure you're a fan of this kind of food.

My boyfriend and I decided to treat ourselves to Korean food for dinner and typically we would go to Jincook, but I wanted to try something different. I found K-Street on Yelp and wanted to give it a try. There's plenty of parking in a safe parking garage which is nice! We arrived to the restaurant at around 8pm? Upon walking in we saw that they have a B rating so my boyfriend was a bit weary of eating there. Upon walking in, it was completely empty-- understandable because it was a Wednesday night. The server was a super nice woman who gave us recommendations and explained things I needed clarification for. The restaurant was cute, had street signs for streets in Korea and a huge projector that screened music videos on the wall. I'm sure the place is usually poppin' on nights when it's busy! It was really quiet because we were the only ones there but the music was a nice addition to break the silence. My boyfriend ordered the Bulgogi Dolsot, which is bulgogi with rice in a hot stone. He said the bulgogi had great flavors and the crispy rice was his favorite! The bulgogi wasn't fatty or too tough, he loved that they didn't skimp on the meat. I ordered the Hot Pot Bulgogi, it was a soup with bulgogi, some rice cakes, and some noodles. It was served with rice, but I skipped on eating the rice. The soup to me was a bit too salty! It had great umami flavor and depth to the rich flavor but I needed lemon or vinegar to break up the saltiness. The bulgogi in the soup was nice and tender, I ate basically all of the bulgogi. The rice cakes were nice and chewy, and the noodles made it feel like a complete meal. Was it worth $22? Not to me, for what it was I think it should've been around $15. The also gave us complementary banchan, but it wasn't the best. I understand we were only two people and they were bottomless, but 4 small pieces of pickled radish and 2 bites of kimchi? I could've easily eaten 5 plates of each but I didn't want the server constantly coming back to bring us more. Again, we were the only ones there so I didn't want to feel like a burden. Would I come back here again? Unfortunately not. My first impression at K-Street wasn't the best and there are plenty Korean restaurants that I personally like!

I LOVE TOFU SOUP!!!…read more got the beef tofu soup and it was deliciousss. one of our group had burnt rice but the staff were quick to replace it. the spicy cucumber here is so good i ate like 2 plates honestly. i will say is that the spice scale isn't super accurate. i am pretty bad with spice so i got a mild and it was just ... alright... i feel like i was missing a lot of the flavor, not just heat level. my friends who got medium and spicy let me try their soups and they were way better and honestly not that much spicier. so i would say give a higher spice level a try if you want more flavor in your broth. we also ordered a bottle of soju to share and some of the spicy chicken. those were good too!

I've always loved soft tofu soup (Soon-tofu), and while I've recently decided to learn how to make it myself, this was a wonderful way to enjoy it professionally prepared one last time. Everything was excellent. The variety of side dishes (banchan) was impressive--each one was fresh and flavorful. The soft tofu soup itself was perfectly seasoned and hit the spot. A highlight was definitely the stone pot rice; it was cooked to perfection, leaving that delicious, toasted rice crust at the bottom for a perfect crunchy finish.

I LOVE TOFU SOUP!…read more this place was quite busy when we walked in but we were seated immediately. parking was pretty narrow and limited in the adjacent spots but there were so many people i think they just park on the streets and walk, it's not very far. ambiance is cool they had an aquarium for me to stare at. i really liked the both of my beef tofu soup. it was served with purple rice which was pretty cool. we also ordered the rice cakes with ramen noodles and that was actually pretty spicy, spicer than my medium-level spice broth. but super good! the chicken in the combo was delicious and sizzling as well. overall i don't really have anything negative to say. servers were attentive and were more than accommodating to replace one of our items when the lid of the vinegar dispenser flew off and turned my friends cold noodles into vinegar soup essentially. big fan!

Whoever said good sondubu is only available in Ktown or BCD?!…read more I always crave sondubu when it's cold, when I'm feeling under the weather, or honestly just in general. This is my go-to spot in the area whenever that craving hits, and I genuinely think it's one of the best. The biggest plus for me is that I don't have to drive to Ktown. This restaurant also has its own parking lot, which is a bonus, but parking around the area in general isn't too hard either. The place is small so it can get busy, but the wait is usually never that bad. The food is really good and tastes homey and comforting. It seems like a family-owned business, so the vibe feels really cozy. The staff are also super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!
