Either with Oak or Soy, but many places use cream instead. Don't drink anything else. I was passing by Chinatown, it's pretty much the only real milk tea place around. It's also not my 1st time here. It needs more oak milk to smoothing the tea. You can tell when the tea is not white enough. I usually don't get it from this area, mostly in the San Gabriel valley.
