Don't order the ceviche if you don't do spicy. And I repeat, do not order the ceviche if you don't like spicy. It's very very spicy. My girl was crying after eating that lol. But if you are up for the challenge, it does have a huge kick to it. Ordered carne asada, usually I just pick the most expensive beef item on the menu. Extremely disappointed. Feeling like I am getting street level taco quality paying restaurant price. The onion and the leaks were under cooked. The tortilla was dry. 2/5 Girl ordered taco gobernador. Great sauce. 3/5. Where do I even start? I am a loyal customer to this location. I come every single Tuesday for two dollar tacos and they're happy hour from 3 to 7. I went today with my cousin per usual and we were trying to order the five dollar happy hour well drinks that they have on a sign outside of the restaurant. The server wants to tell us that there is no happy hour for well drinks today because of Cinco de Mayo, then she proceeds to tell us that they're special today is a two for one shots. I keep asking her. How much is your cheapest one and all she's gonna tell me is 1800 and up from the most expensive drinks she still didn't tell me how much they were and we both ordered a two for one then they proceeded to give us eight shots in total. My cousin and I were confused we thought they gave us 8 cups of alcohol because the shot glasses were these very tiny little plastic cups that were not a full shot. We thought two of those little plastic cups equal one shot because they were so little turns out they actually gave us 8 shots when we only ordered two. the bill came and it was $83 for four shots of tequila and 5 tacos (that were $2 each) aside from that, we returned our tacos because they were cold two times. the first time we got our tacos, they were so cold they felt like they were in the fridge, but then we returned them and when we got them again, they were still very cold. We returned in a second time and when we got them the third time they were warm, but then they had less meat on the tortilla. I was very disappointed with the overall service today, they do not know how to act when it comes to holidays because they get busy. My tacos were extremely cold. I had to return them twice. They lied about not having happy hour because they still had the happy hour sign at the door, therefore they did not give me my happy hour drinks, and then third of all when we confronted the manager and the server regarding the tequila being expensive all they did was admit to us that the server and the manager were mistaken and wrong and all they did was say sorry and proceeded to charge us the $83 for the bill. I will be complaining to corporate because I am a loyal customer at this place and today was avery disappointing experience!!!! read more

OMG what an awesome restaurant!!!! The food and drinks were amazing and I definitely want to go back and explore more items and also sit inside. I had to bring my dog so unfortunately we had to sit outside and it was way too hot. It was not a good idea. But the food was amazing, I had steak and eggs which seems typical but it definitely did not taste typical. I also ordered one of their cute drinks and it was strong but yummy!!!! We also got a decent table, but 2/3 into the meal, the DJ started setting up his speakers right in our space. I would not have chosen I that table if I knew we were going to be right where the loud speakers were. There WERE other tables. Why put us there? Why not ask/tell us what was going to go down in a while? The musics was good, but loud. We loved having lunch here on a rainy day! We had initially had a reservation elsewhere but we were with a small dog and the other restaurant had a leaky patio that wasn't fully covered. Luckily Kulturas had us covered, literally! We were at without a wait and the heat lamps kept us really comfortable. The waitress was so lovely she allowed my small dog to sit on a chair behind our table so she didn't have to sit on the cold ground. The waiter for our table was really nice. He made a small mistake on the bill by immediately fixed it when we asked about it. Our food did not take long to come out and there were no mistakes in the order. We all loved our food and when we asked for extras like a side of chips or sour cream, they came out very fast and he never forgot about us. The potato taquitos were my favorite with a lovely crunch and generous amount of topping. This was my first visit but I would be happy to come back again sometime! Was in the mood for chicken enchiladas and found Kulturas on Yelp. Checked out their menu and saw they offered enchiladas verdes as well as mole enchiladas so I decided to give them a try. I sat down and was greeted by Tania who was nice, friendly and attentive. When it came time to order, she noticed I couldn't decide between the verdes or the mole enchiladas. She offered a custom plate with one of each so I could try both. That was awesome!! That made the selection easy. Greatly appreciated her customer service and the business empowering their staff with the ability to offer mixed plates so that a customer can try both flavors vs other establishments who don't allow one to mix and match. I was able to try both of them with chicken and they were great. I'll definitely come back to this place to try other offerings as their menu had other yummy looking dishes. Made a reservation for mothers day @ 1:30 pm. They're IG & the website looked amazing both in food and ambiance. The restaurant is located by Ontario Mills Mall. Since it was mothers day, the parking lot was packed, it's not a huge parking lot to begin with. We finally found parking with 5 min to spare & checked in. Kulturas pitched a tent in 2 handicap spots with chairs for those waiting to be seated. Not going to lie, it was packed. Here are my pros and cons. Pros: - The waiter service was amazing & attentive - Food was amazing and so were the margaritas - Food & drinks were astheticaly pleasing. Definitely IG worthy - Pricing is reasonable. For 4 adults it was 110 bucks - There's a good food variety to keep everyone happy Cons: - I couldn't tell you about the ambiance. As previously stated their IG & Website looked amazing. However, they literally sat us on the side walk where they had makeshift tables & cushion chairs & no it wasn't patio seating. It was hot as heck even though they had umbrellas but it wasn't enough to cover the sun on my back. I was so disappointed. - The whole thing is highly unorganized. As stated I made reservations for 1:30 pm. After seeing several large families get seated before us, I finally went to ask the hostess how long we would have to wait? To which she replied what's you're name? Really? I have a 1:30 pm reservation but whatever, I gave her my name & told her if we were going to have to wait much longer. She replied oh you're next. That's when we were seated on the side walk. - We waited 20 min to be seated after our reservation time. If you're not going to seat people at the time they reserved then tell your hostes to say so like oh thanks for checking in, just so you know were a little behind and it's going to be 15 to 20 min before we seat you but no, not a word, nothing. I know it was busy but it's not fair when you've made at reservation, check in on time and still have to wait. I really wanted to give them more stars but I just couldn't. I try my best to see the good but this was mothers day and they made me feel like I wasn't worthy to sit inside the restaurant. I suppose I could of asked to be seated inside but I didn't want to risk waiting another 20 min. My daughter lives in the area with her husband so it was convenient. However, I don't think I'll go back. The mothers day brunch was suppose to make us feel special. Instead we felt like we needed to eat fast and leave. Kudos to the waiter & to the cooks. We didn't made reservations for lunch on a busy Sunday lunch but got seated within 15m. They have a spacious indoor and patio seating areas. The service is friendly and efficient. The ambiance is contemporary and bright. We started with guacamole which was creamy and chunky, delicious and quoted substantial. We had to ask for a second serving of chips and still couldn't finish it. I ordered chicken mole enchilada plate which came with two enchiladas. I could only finish one because again, it was a generous plate. The sauce was delicious with a kick. The chicken breast meat inside was juicy. Hubby had cheeseburger with fries. Cheeseburger was a hefty size with two patties, oozing with sauce, very visually appetizing and he said it was as good as it looked. I had chamoyada slushy, finished that!
