We had the chance to meet the owner, Erika, who is an absolute gem. She walked us through how she makes everything from scratch daily, and it truly shows when the plates arrive. The food was delicious, got there a bit earlier then the opening hours, it was a very cold morning. The owner got there opened the doors to a designated area for eating and we found warmth. There was about a 15 minute wait for a burrito at lunch time which wasn't a big deal. Very limited menu but ordered the Asada Burrito. So I chose 3 stars but would rate a 3.8 out of 5. The meat was cooked well. The tortilla was fresh and grilled. My only problem is there wasn't any flavor. It was missing something. Everything was fresh but very bland. They give you 2 salsas. Beware of the orange is very hot. The green was good but also lacked any real flavor. It was just heat.
