I would give ZERO stars. They took advantage of an elder female. She went to get a new key and they charged her $600 and took out the key inside the chip used to open the car. They never told her there was a key inside. They gave her the old key chip without the key! Now she was having problems with thel new key and called this dealer and they told her she had to tow in her car to their dealer so they can do a diagnistic (to charge over $$1,000)!!!! I dud some research and found out these dealers are very dishonest. They should of told her there is is a key and tried troubleshooting over the phone!!! They knew it was the battery!! They wanted her to go in so they can charge an arm and leg!!! I left messages to Art and he has not called back!! He is the Service manager. I have a 2019 discovery. For the past two years I've had issues with the coolant light coming on. I take it in. They tell me they top it off. All is good. I went in for my fourth and final maintenance 10 days ago. They now it's supply you with a video showing the technician working on your vehicle told me everything was good the following day I got more bells and whistles across my dash than I've ever seen no power steering brake and stabilization issues. LandRover was excellent and towed me to the Cerritos were the car stayed for six days. Service was at a loss. They did not know what had caused the problem. However, they did tell me that they would back me up if the vehicle had this problem again since I was only another 20 days before my warranty went out. Two days ago the coolant light came on again the following day the emission light came on. I took my vehicle back to LandRover Cerritos at this point I'm just really concerned it just seems so odd that my vehicle was almost out of Warranty that these things started to happen. In fact, I was speaking with Mike and Mo down there and was ready to purchase a new evoke the following day, but that's when my car shut down. I'm still not totally unsatisfied with Landrover but I would really like this problem resolved. Well, we'll see what tomorrow brings. Hopefully I'll get an extension on my warranty for this. read more

The customer service is awful. They clearly only care about a customer up to the point of purchasing the vehicle. After that you won't be able to even reach a customer service rep to answer your questions. I got no response from the finance office about my Gap insurance after a phone call and email. I will never purchase a vehicle from here again nor refer any one else. I've had top notch service at Toyota and can't believe that Range Rover cannot even come close to competing with the service I received at the Toyota dealer. It's disgraceful. read more

Not long after purchasing my XJL I stopped by Envision to ask a simple question about how to check my oil level as this car can only be checked electronically and does not have a dipstick. The manual doesn't mention that the hood of the car must be open for the oil level system to check. When I came into the dealership three service advisor sat behind one long table. When I asked them how to check it one of them mentioned the hood but not one of the three could be bothered to stand up and walk to the service Bay with me and point it out. There was no one else in the dealership or service area so I don't think they were busy with customers they just were sitting there talking and would not bother and we're less than polite about it. I must say the difference between the Mercedes dealer that serviced my last car and this is huge when it comes to customer service read more

This review is for the finance department and who ever is supposed to walk you through your features and set up of InControl. I went to this dealer since I heard such great things about the Cerritos location. Well those reviews were for the previous ownership not the Envision. I had nothing but problems when setting up my contract. My sales guy was great but everything after was horrible. With a new car you would think that it would be an easy process but it was not. After going to finance we started the process and even though it was toward the end of the night the finance guy seemed in a hurry. He stated he would forward me copies of warranties, etc. the next day (this didn't happen and I had to contact them back for these). Next, weeks went by and I had not received my bill and I called to inquire and was told don't worry they may just be backed up right now. So I waited and finally gave them a call again and spoke with the GM. They told me over the phone that something was wrong with the contract on their end and I would need to come in to fix. So even though it is out of the way I went back in and signed a new contract. No one even reached out to me so if I didn't reach out to them my file would have just stayed on someones desk. So I'm expecting that everything should now be good. Not! I had to call back and was told that the contract was with Chase and everything should be good to go. It was weird to me that no one could give me a straight answer. So, I decided to call directly to Chase and they said their is no application with my name. I call back and finally got in touch with finance and was told that they messed up on something else and forgot a signature and now I would have to resign (this is now the 3rd contract)! I wish I was making this up. I should have just returned the car and went to another dealership. Finally a month after my first application my account was created so that I could pay my bill on time. Also, in the middle of all of this drama I had traded my car in and they were late getting my previous finance company the pay off even though they were selling my car on their lot. You have to check in on everything here which became very stressful. Next, I noticed I could not update my vehicle or sign in to InControl. It kept saying to contact dealer. I contacted my dealer and went down there a total of 4 times to try to fix. Everyone said it was someone else's job to set this up. They finally said it must be a service issue and of course service said its not their issue. Frustrated, I contacted Land Rover's Customer Service/Relations number and they were able to fix the issue immediately after a 15 minute phone call. I think Land Rover/Range Rover is great but stay away from this dealer. I will probably take my care farther to get serviced because I also see that the service department is lacking as well. read more

The staff is rude and unprofessional they lack customer service skills.. the service advisers are not helpful and they don't seem to care about keeping you informed on what's going on with your vehicle. It's that time to start shopping for a new car as my current lease will be up in a few months. I want to treat myself to something nice. Why not Range Rover? But I had all these questions, what model, color, what features do I want/need? Drove down there last weekend, I was feeling a bit hesitant as this is a luxury dealership and sometimes you just don't know what experience you are going to get. Upon walking in I was greeted by the receptionist. I browsed the show room and within a few minutes Joey came up to me and asked me if I needed help. After sitting in a few cars, the sales manager Dino came out and asked how everything was going? It was going great! Both Joey and Dino made me feel at ease and the experience was great and I did not feel intimidated or pressured at all. I felt like we were all friends. After all my numerous questions, I decided that my next car will be a Range Rover Velar. Definitely recommend this dealership and their staff. I will be back soon! read more

We loved this dealership when it was owned by Penske. We purchased two cars from Penske and serviced both for everything with them. We were always treated kindly and as if we mattered to their business. Everyone from the sales department to the service department was happy to make our experience worthy of Land Rover. Since Envision has taken over we have only been treated as if we're a nuisance. All three of our interactions with the new service department has been sub-par. It's been very clear that they are not interested in long time customers and they do not apologize for that. We've been customers since our first purchase in 2016. We will no longer take our 2 Land Rovers in for service. Waiting weeks for an appt, charged exorbitant amounts compared to prior service appts, no loaner cars and service advisors not caring about the new changes to their department does not make us want to make the drive to Cerritos for service. Penske was welcoming from the moment we stepped out of our cars and never had a problem with loaner cars. Envision told us to get Lyft to take us home and bring us back to pick up our car. We told the service tech this is nothing like it was with Penske and he could care less. We canceled our upcoming service appt and won't be back. read more

My wife and I brought our Range Rover sport for service a few n giving you updates for your vehicle. You call service, and can never get thru, just a random voice mail box that never gets checked. Believe me, I did leave a message. I have given the place benefit of doubt that the service writers were having an "off" day. So we tried going there again. Our last service they had a problem with a tire (which wasn't there fault) but didn't call me. I tried calling, again, no answer, just a random voice mail box. So I drove there to see what was going on. The service writer told me to he was going to check on it. He walks into the mechanics bay and comes out, walks right past me ignoring me. 20 min later the service manager comes out to explain what was going on. Really????? Service writer can't just give a simple update???? Just a simple heads up on what's going on???? You have to get the manager to talk to me????? I'll give props to the service manager, he actually gave me updates on what was going on. But the service writers are the worst I've ever dealt with. This place is horrible... We're going to drive 20 miles farther and hopefully have better service than here.... read more
