asked for red under my nails and a red heart on my nail i didn't get the heart and this is how she did the red then tried charging $10 extra dollars for this she was very rude she also cut my finger with the drill and this is the person in the first chair as soon as you walk in to your right with the gold glasses she did horrible and i asked i guess her daughter or whoever she is to her would she wear these she said "she just needs to clean them up " i saiddd ohhh but she's saying she's done then the daughter tries to argue about the price but i didnt feel like i should pay $10 for this i paid $60 she was trying to charge me $70 for black nails with red behind which was fine but she only if you shaped and painted it right and she didn't offer to fix it they're absolutely terrible i will never be back

Ann was very nice and very quick! If you don't want to sit in their (amazing!) massage chairs longer than necessary I recommend Ann. She helped me match the color I have on my nails and was very efficient with her movements. Sometimes when a tech moves fast it makes me nervous because I've been hurt a few times by fast pedicures, but she was gentle. $50 for a classic pedicure with gel and gel removal (which they charge extra for). I'm happy with toes and that it only took a half hour from start to finish.

Purple stiletto nails.

Linda did it again! Linda always keeps my nail game tight! Try her, she won't disappoint.

She didn't brush the lint off my nails and as you can see in this photo she painted the clear gel over it. TERRIBLE!!!!
LaMont M.

The nail tech rushed on my medi and pedi, they did a poor job on executing what I wanted. In the pictures below you can see small air pockets in the gel, she didn't really take her time to make sure my nail was covered in gel neatly. They charge a 3.5 percent surcharge on credit or debit payments. I will never return to this place.

I came here for the first time 2-weeks ago and was serviced by Larry. He did a solid job on my nails and was very nice. I returned for a fill-in today and was absolutely disappointed. I went against my judgement the first time after reading these reviews, but every negative review is correct. The wrong color acrylic was used on my nails after I asked to ensure the same color was being used. I had one nail replaced and it looks completely different. Why? This was clearly noticed before my nails dried and I given so many excuses as to why it was a different color. I had a simple clear acrylic set and they're talking to me about ombre. There are so many other places I've could've gone and not wasted my money on a sloppy fill. Save yourself the headache y'all!

Zoom in! Uneven and way too much acrylic.

Sloppiest work ever. Kim did my nails, this was my first time here. She brushed over fuzzies on my nails and if I didn't say anything she was starting to brush acrylic over a large bristle that came off the brush and stuck to my nail...wth...my nails were extraordinarily crooked and had WAY TOO MUCH acrylic. I asked 3x for her to fix my nails and on my 3rd request she got frustrated. After washing my hands I saw how horribly they really were, I left and went somewhere else to get fixed. She didn't fix not one thing that was wrong unless I said something!!

Should you decide to venture into Largo Nails I only recommend "We" #5 for your pedicures and nails. She has the short buzz Hair cut and maybe smoking a cigarette outside but she's the best in there. I felt kinda bad bc I told her I was very picky and needed the best in there she sweetly said "let me do for you honey" I rolled my eyes and said ok. But she was a doll the entire time.

The salon is spacious with 10-14 nail stations and about 10 pedicure chairs . There is a television showing mostly travel images and music is played. They do offer beverages during appointments. The last two visits (actually 3) have been less than pleasant. The nail technician does a good job, but the polishing could use some work, the sides of the nail are often missed as the painting is a straight line. The front desk and lack of punctuality with appointments is what is upsetting. An appointment before Christmas was not honored, in fact the technician was over 20 minutes late and nobody said anything, no acknowledgement that the technician was running behind or offer of water etc. I walked out. The woman who works and the desk chased me down and begged me to return. I had another commitment directly after so I said I would come back another day. That evening another person from the salon called me to apologize and offered a discount when I returned. The discount wasn't honored. Again during my last appointment the tech was late (15 minutes) and this was after an older gentlemen working the front desk called to ask me if I would be on time to appointment. Lastly, their prices are not posted and I feel they are quite expensive ($55 for an acrylic fill with gel polish). They charge an extra 4% if you use a credit card to pay. Pack your patience and make sure you know what you're being charged for before visiting this location.

The other tech said yes. The person working on me started to speak another language. After further inspection, all of my toes have the same bleed. Rather than redo them all I opted not to have them all done. Is it really so hard to polish toes and not file off your cuticle beds to correct the mistake?

Good pics on Yelp, poor communication and treatment/ hospitality…read more. I called to schedule an appointment to ensure they had time for me and they answered yes. I walked in, was rushed to pick a color instead of greeted. Said I could grab some water, which was nice. The mumbling in Viet started as soon as I sat down, could really make you feel out of place. (Just because someone doesn't know the language doesn't mean they don't hear the tone and can pick up on context.) Cut me twice, apologized, and a couple other hiccups that I won't bother to mention. She lightened up throughout time, but I may have to give it a second thought before going again.. I still tipped well because the actual nails came out good. (My total ~$96.00)Not to my like, as she was not easy to tell what I wanted done. Lady came in right to the end of my service with an appointment, and needed to get acetone removed from her hands that lady doing my nails had wrapped in foil and said, "excuse me- can you--" (I'm sure her hands were either hurting or were uncomfortable), and lady doing my nails interrupted her loudly in front of the whole salon, to say she's almost done with me. I felt terrible for her since she had an appointment on top of that. The fact that there's a lot of competitors for you (Nova nails) should push you to improve in timing and care with how you talk to clients and be careful about what you say you can and can not do for a service. I'm still looking for a place that is both well at communicating with clients, and has the skill set for an awesome set. Please remember to treat people kindly. How you make someone feel is really important.

It shouldn't be this hard to get, and keep my nails done…read more Most of the nail technicians in here are (artistically) talented, however it's SO HARD to make an appointment. I have shared my concerns with the owner and asked her to implement an online scheduling system. She expressed reservations due to the fact that customers may not know what they want, booking one service online and then coming in expecting another. It's a shame to have such a valuable and sought-after product, but simultaneously making it so difficult for customers to get their hands on that product. Booking an appointment has become somewhat of a guessing game. I give them a date and a time of my desired appointment. They tell me that my preferred nail tech is not available, but NEVER say UNTIL WHEN. So I throw out another date. Same thing: Not available. On and on it goes. Instead of providing me with options (namely, telling me the next available date for my preferred nail tech, or other nail techs who have availability at that same day and time), they repeat what they don't have available, or ask me to blindly pick another nail tech that I've never worked with (I don't even know their names because I've never worked with them, so how can I be expected to pick them?). So I'm expected to be both psychic and memorize the roster of the staff here... Just to get an appointment?! In order to book appointments I had to call multiple times over multiple days until someone was able to give me enough information to book an appointment, reach out to the owner on Instagram, and even drive all the way to the nail salon.... JUST TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. I tried to make an appointment prior to the holidays before everything got booked up. Myself and another customer stood in line for at least 20 minutes in a practically empty nail salon while the owner's mother did someone's nails before she finally addressed us. Even then, she only handed us a register paper and told us to write down what services we wanted and when we wanted to come in, telling us that someone would call us to confirm (which never happened, by the way). We could have saved a lot of time if she had just asked us to do that and leave the paper on the counter while she finished her customer. After waiting 3 days, I finally called the salon and was told that they did not have my appointment request. Not surprising, given that it was scribbled on a piece of receipt paper that was given to me. Somebody probably threw away thinking that it was trash without following up. I tried to book my next two appointments to avoid this headache and was told that in order to book an appointment with my preferred nail tech, I now have to follow her on social media and DM her to try to book an appointment with her there. REALLY?! Instead of scraps of paper, or having to stalk somebody on Instagram, why not keep an old school appointment book, or even one online? It's really not that hard. These nail techs are also not great with time management. Many of my appointments have had to be rescheduled... For the middle of my work day. (Thank goodness for remote work) One of the (now former) nail techs completely forgot about my appointment and passed me off to somebody else without even acknowledging me or her oversight. Another nail tech pressured me into making an appointment earlier than I wanted, only for her to show up 45 minutes after the appointed time. No phone call, no update, no communication whatsoever. Just me sitting there wondering if this was another canceled appointment that they forgot to communicate to me. I say "another" because I had an appointment with the same technician that she canceled, but the salon did not leave me a message to let me know. The only way I found out is because I wanted to add something onto my existing appointment and when I called the salon, I was told that I no longer had an appointment because that person decided not to work that day. In addition to horrendous time management and the hoops you have to jump through to get an appointment, the nail retention is also poor... And ultimately that's why I chose to get my services done elsewhere. Like I said, artistically some of these nail techs do a good job, but in terms of actual quality of work... Not so much. I tried to make it work, because finding a new nail salon can be a pain. However, I started experiencing substantial lifting of my nails after practically every appointment. At one point, I even developed nail fungus under my acrylic, which one of the nail techs ignored completely and just covered with acrylic, and another who tried to tell me "That's not nail fungus, it's bacteria". Whatever it is, it's not supposed to be under my nails... And it wouldn't be if the work was done correctly. Aesthetically, this is one of the nicer looking nail salons in the area, but looks are deceiving. This salon presents a lot of challenges from a booking, customer service, and quality of work perspective.

Overall, I think that they did a pretty good job on the actual painting of my nails. As in, the paint with even without bubbles, etc. That said, The gel on my toes did not last. And two nails in my fill/full set. (Had them since March with no issues) started to lift at the base of the nail. This happened within a week and a half. My big toe polish chipped in about four days. This was before any type of yoga, working out, anything. I also have become very accustomed to the woman who typically does my pedicure is being very thorough with removing ingrown, excess skin, calluses, etc. I definitely found myself wanting more from the callous removal. However, when I most appreciated was the fact that I picked a color that didn't end up looking good on the nail, and my nail tech convinced me to get something better. I'm glad she did because I was super on the fence about it. Also, it's worth noting that this place was absolutely packed on Friday afternoon.

I called at 1 PM and asked to schedule an appointment for 2 pedicures at 5 PM. The employee told me no problem please come at 5 then. Upon arriving the shop was bustling and busy but we waited after checking in. It took until 5:40 to be placed in a chair and then at 5:55 with my feet still soaking I asked how long would the pedicure take? They told me 45 min but I had to leave by 6:15-6:20 so I told them I'd have to go instead of getting my toes done. No one had set up. No one had spoken to me about the service. They put me in a chair and had my feet soaking when I said I needed to go. I promptly offered to pay for just the soak because I had a time constraint and had to go. It is now 6:05 and the service hasn't been started. Immediately the woman who owns the shop was rude and standoffish when I said I had to go, again I called about coming at 5 AND offered to pay for the soak. She just grunted and didn't respond then proceeded to loudly and obviously begin talking about me to her coworkers about my asking to leave (including pointing at me). Taking my feet out the soak I asked for a towel. She grabbed the used, dirty towel someone had just left on the next chair over then just threw it on the floor. DISGUSTING. I was happy to pay for the soak and come back the next day when I had time. Now I'll never be back. Dirty and rude. Highly recommend skipping out of coming here.
