I do my laundry here pretty often since the one close to my house is temporarily closed. The machines are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The manager is always checking in on the customers seeing if they need help. I enjoy the step stools they have because I'm short and it makes it easy to load my detergents. There are plenty of machines and dryers. They aren't coin operated. They use a laundry card and you can put money on it via debit or credit. There is a parking lot but sometimes it can get busy. read more

I haven't been to a laundromat in a while -- not since moving to LA. I was looking up reviews and a lot of places have pretty poor recent reviews, including this spot. This seemed like the best option so I came here to do some large loads. Overall, I had a pretty good experience. It was a little confusing at first but I didn't immediately ask for help. When I did ask for help, the man at the front was kind and helpful. I noticed all the employees were very kind, patient, and extremely helpful to all that were using the services. The washers are LG and did a good job. I thought it was a little pricey with the cheapest/smallest being $3.75 but idk whats typical these days. I did notice the soap dispensers could use a little extra cleaning but overall I thought it was a pretty clean spot. But the dryers?! Wow! It's $0.25 per 6 mins and some of my loads only needed 6 minutes! I swear these dryers worked better than any I've used before. I think I put my towels in for 18 minutes and they were good to go. The service & dryers really take the cake here. I don't want all the recent reviews to scare off people who need to get some loads done. Def a good option in the area! read more

I've been coming here as of recent as I live in the area and it's quick, easy and the machines WORK unlike a lot of laundry places!

The card machine is ridiculous to try to get a card to use the machines. I wasnt the only one that had a hard time with it and ended up giving up to go to another nearby laundromat. Go to Love Laundry instead. Plus, the laundry soap machine took $3 but only gave me $2 credit and I had no additional dollars to add to purchase the $3 soap so took the $2 soap as the only alternative. No one there to complain to. read more

I moved into a new home without a laundry room, for the first time in my life. The last time I needed to use a laundromat my washer had broken down. Some creepy guy attached himself to me as I waited, interminably, in a grimy, smelly facility. I had to call my then-husband down to run security ops. When he and split up, I found the perfect townhome. It had no laundry room and he encouraged me not to rent it, genuinely concerned for my safety. For the past 10 years I have enjoyed the bliss of convenience. My daughter recently found us another perfect townhome and, by this time, ex-husband opinions hold minor sway. And, I have an incredible fiancé with a sweet laundry room with new appliances. Seeing as he lives an hour away, I have found myself un-blissfully inconvenienced with the developed world problem of dirty laundry at times. So grateful that I found this laundromat over Yelp. Not sure what my face looked like when I wandered in, but the worker immediately knew I had no clue. I was barely up to his window when he dropped whatever he was doing and started showing me the ropes. Showed me how to buy a card. "How much laundry do you have? Use this type of machine. It will save you money." He noted what appeared to be some kind of group home arriving in the parking lot. Helped me quickly stake out my machines. He even helped me pick out the best laundry detergent for my needs because - in the fluster of running out the door dragging a giant bag of clothes - I decided not to lug a gallon of Tide. It was actually quite satisfying once I got the hang of what he had told me to do. And, I was happy with how quickly commercial machines do their work, as opposed to the old ones I sold for $100 on FB Marketplace. Sat in my car with treats from 7/11 for a lot less time than expected. This more than made up for the creepy guy experience at the other laundromat and adds to the enjoyment of my beautiful new home. read more

I've never been to a laundromat before and although it's not rocket science, it can be intimidating! I'm so thankful for the help I received from the attendant regarding the size and time it would take in less than 40 minutes I had 2 weeks worth of mine and my boyfriends laundry washed and dried. Not sure what to compare the prices to, but I love that I didn't have to worry about bringing quarters as they have contactless pay on a card that you reload at a machine by the front. All of my clothes came out clean and dry- what more can I ask for? Will definitely be back again next week until my apartment laundry room is repaired! read more

A very convenient laundromat for me that is both clean and easy to make my way around. The smallest washers seem to be $3.25 and are the perfect size for one load of laundry. The dryers are huge for 25 cents, but I've noticed they need two cycles (10 min each) to be fully dry. read more

Wow! Little did I know, these new age laundry mats are almost as high tech as our cell phones. I was looking for a decent spot to wash a comforter and decided to try this location. As soon as I walked in and saw the machines I felt slightly intimidated, but to my relief they have a person on site to help with the process, and indeed, the lady working was very helpful as was another patron. I guess you no longer pay with bags of coins and dollar bills...instead they have a machine where you get a laundry card and load money on it. Now that I have the hang of this, I think it's pretty convenient. When it was time to load my items, I ran into a problem with the card and the machine; no worries because the lady once again was able to assist me. This may not seem like a big deal, but I remember back in the day when if you got stuck, you stayed STUCK until you could figure out how to fix the problem yourself because there was no one to "assist" you. The machines are more modern and very large. They even have a couple of machines specifically for washing blankets, comforters, and other large items. There's a snack machine and some modest seating inside, but most people hung out in the parking lot, as I did, which is shared with 7-Eleven; an added bonus if you want a Slurpee or some junk food to keep you occupied. Lastly, they have a restroom customers can access for 25 cents. Overall, this is a cool spot for laundry needs. I'll definitely return. read more

What a life saver this place is! I've never thought I'd leave a review for laundromat but they really do deserve all the great reviews!!! During our kitchen and laundry room renovations for 2 months, their Wash and Fold service was a God sent! Their service is really quick, usually done in the same day. They listen to your requests, like when I asked them not to put certain items in dryer, they didn't and just hang dry for me, which is was really nice. Their pricing is reasonable, and I have to mention Julio! He is really helpful and his customer service is above and beyond! If my washing machine or dryer breaks and need laundry service, I know where to go. read more

WASH & FOLD SERVICE REVIEW: I brought my queen blanket, towels, and sheets here for wash and fold after seeing the great reviews on Yelp since my apartment's washing machine was too small to fit the blanket. I came to pick up my items and was told that a lipstick was in the wash with my stuff and got all over it, but they washed it again and were able to get the color out of all but 2 items that they took out of the packaged clean laundry to show me: a white towel and a white pillowcase. They showed me and I confirmed that the hot pink lipstick was 100% not mine, I had never seen it in my life. They did suggest that it was mine even though I strongly said it was not because the person who did my laundry supposedly checks the drum before each load. Since it was only two items that were ruined and they said the color came out of the others, I accepted a discount on the cost that they offered me. However, I got home and opened the 3 packaged bags to find that nearly everything had a hot pink stain on it in some way. And they weren't all tiny, barely noticeable spots, some were easily visible splotches. Two brand new fluffy towels that were fine after a wash in my apartment washer also came back extremely coarse and rough. If I had known that nearly everything was stained, I would have asked for a full refund, which would only be fair. The manager and woman at the laundromat who discussed this with me were nice and apologetic, and accidents happen. But it's very disappointing to bring your laundry to be cleaned and have it returned to you with almost everything stained hot pink and some things totally ruined. Especially to find out later that I wasn't told about the other items and only shown 2 of the most stained items, that really left a bad taste. Unfortunately I really hoped to have a good experience since this place is not too far and had great reviews, but I will definitely not be using their wash and fold again. Accidents happen and that's totally fine but it's the principle of not being told up front that nearly everything was stained, not just two. TLDR: My laundry came back with hot pink stains on nearly everything and I was only shown/told about 2 items so I got a discount instead of a full refund. read more

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!! Your clothes will stay filthy because to save money they cut back on the water!! So half of your clothes are still dry when they come out of the wash which then leaves behind laundry soap residue! The bathroom is either broken or too disgusting to use. I stand by my review. They keep a clean and safe place to wash your clothes and they do not allow the homeless to hang around like so many other laundry's. I've been in the dirty laundry business for over 20 years and can highly recommend this laundromat: excellent customer service, a variety of front loaders, ample dryers, clean and safe, an easy-to-use card system, and convenient hours. Today, one of the owners (Payman) was there, actively engaged with and assisting the customers (something rare for a 'mat). The place was clean, pretty easy to operate after asking someone who looked friendly for help with the money part. I don't visit laundromats frequently as an adult. (I remember going with my mom when I was a child) I had a great experience. Everything worked as needed and they even had a vending machine if you were missing any products. I've been coming to this laundromat since before the new manager SAL took over and never had any problems. The prices are ridiculous and Sal is rude and disrespectful! He allowed someone to take my clothes out the washer without my permission and I was still there washing clothes !!! No one should ever touch anyone else's stuff without their permission! Made me not want to comeback ! Please beware. Don't waste your time as this laundromat, SAL has zero respect for people and their belongings. Find a different laundromat to go to read more

Really impressed by the cleanliness and variety of machines. The machines feel pricey, but that's probably because it's been awhile since I looked at market prices. Plus I added on extra rinses and wash cycles, which is nice to be able to do. It's a great place to wash larger items that don't fit in my apartment complex mini-washer. My daughter and I went here during Covid-19 lockdown. Did we love being here? We did not. Our rabbit had an accident on a large comforter that doesn't fit in our washer. The staff are very helpful. We don't go to the laundromat so we didn't know what we were doing. This place is kept very clean. It has a pick up and delivery service for a very reasonable price.
