Went to Le burger a few nights ago. The food was absolutely phenomenal and two of the male workers there were great one was very attentive and very sweet, but unfortunately there was a girl working on the counter who was so extremely rude and seemed like she didn't wanna be there. Even though there was nobody in line she was so mad that we didn't know what we wanted to order the second we walked through the door and if we had any questions acted so annoyed to be answering them even though it's her job. just wanted to mention because everything else was so amazing but unfortunately that tainted the experience. read more

Actually pretty good for the money! Both my wife and I agree, the ingredients are good and the flavors were pretty solid. With that said, they say the burgers were wagyu and in my opinion were not anything like wagyu burgers I've had in the past. These were more crumbly and less fatty for sure. I also thought the salt level was a tad low and the cook was a bit over. Ended up somehow with an almost dry wagyu, odd. Still for ~13 dollars this was a good burger, make no mistake. You could do way worse. The pomme frites-not French fries-they're different- were delicious and I loved the dipping sauce, we shared one order which felt fine for lunch. The ambiance is kind of odd. The door on the street seems like a back entrance and the dining areas between the front and back are styled quite a bit differently. Booths vs small tables with small chairs crammed in a little too tight. I think overall it's a cool place though, there was a style they went for and spared no expense executing on their vision, even if it lacked some coherency. Think like, a McDonalds but if it was spruced up by some French folks. I'm docking one star though because congregating around a small table with paper menus before you order at a register felt too awkward. The service is fine, kind of a fast casual style so no real full service experience, but if it keeps the food cost low I'm just fine with that, stuff is getting way too expensive. i've gotten l'oignon three times and each times has been delicious. the service goes by pretty quickly. i love how tiny they slice the carmelized onion and the pickled shallots add a nice balance of acidity. the buns of the burgers are so fluffy and have a great texture biting into it. must try the la coco soft serve ice cream if you're a chocolate lover. i don't know how but it's the fluffiest ice cream i've ever had. love the ambiance and aesthetic of the whole restaurant. also huge fan of their napkins lol they're so thick read more

Every time I've been to Le Burger, it has blown me away. To busy winter nights and even busier summer days, the service is incredible! The staff are so quick and attentive, as well as being extremely polite. The seating is super cute. Moody lights and a cute color scheme! I have truly never tasted a better burger in my life. The burgers were fantastic! The meat melted in your mouth and the onion burgers flavors blended perfectly. The texture of the sesame seeds paired with all of the other components of the burger was a delightful experience. The burgers were a 10/10, however the frites were underwhelming, too salty, oily, and almost hollow. The price overall wasn't too bad, but the drinks seemed overpriced. We picked up our order to-go, which was a good thing! We went the day after Christmas and it was hopping. And for good reason! My goodness, I may just have a new favorite burger place. this is officially my favorite burger place. as a girly who can't eat beef, I've never been interested in burgers/experienced burger fomo. Came here hearing the food was good. Came on a Sunday--this is where the horrors start. Parking situation? Bad. Came in, crowded, had to wait 30 minutes. Finally got a table and had to wait 40 minutes for a burger. Burger? Okay, nothing special. Fries? Very greasy. I go home that night and throw up. I will say I did enjoy the burger but it's nothing mind blowing. The soft serve ice cream is great and I didn't try the chicken but I feel like I should have. Based off looks the roast chicken is probably even better than the burger. Went 2 times while out there the first time the burger was pretty damn good but the second time it was just alright. Walking in it a a cute casual place! I'm not sure if they wanted people to go through the back door or front door but it was confusing walking in and knowing where to get a menu and order at the counter. I ordered the vegetarian burger since I do like beets! The part was good but the pesto was wildly over powering of garlic and super salty. The fries were also very tasty but super salty! The worker also reccomended the fish sandwhich so I might be back. I hope the saltiness was just a fluke that night. Cool concept. I was kinda hoping for being a nicer place and tipping/spending so much that we didn't have to get our own water and napkins, but it's fine. Everything other than the soft-serve came at once. I was also hoping we would get the salad first, so that we could enjoy it before the burgers got soggy. Salad was very refreshing and had good flavor. Burgers were almost too flavorful, two burgers was a little overwhelming. Chicken sandwich was nice and crispy, flavor was good, and had a nice kick. Soft-serve was very good. We tried coming here last weekend when they opened but it was just too busy so we decided to try again on a weeknight for a smaller crowd. It was worth the wait and I can see why they were so busy over the weekend! Super yummy burgers. Fun flavor combinations and you can tell the ingredients are good quality. Fries are crispy and delicious. Perfect meal! [Updated after 2nd visit] I saw a review of this place on FB (that claimed - not incorrectly - that they have maybe the best fries in the cities) and had to try it. It did not disappoint. I got L'Americain and pomme frites and they were both great. I love a good burger but rarely eat them, and when I do, I like a classic burger - and this was a very well done (quality not meat) classic burger with wagu beef, cheese, pickles, lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mustard and mayo. It sorta fell apart on me a bit - I should have kept it in the paper - but it wasn't so messy that it bothered me (I really don't like a messy meal) and, I know it's a weird thing to point out, but they had quality napkins (those almost cloth-like paper ones) so I only needed one. The burger was delicious, but I also love the size - it's a 4 oz patty I believe - so I could actually finish it. It wasn't one of those gargantuan gastropub burgers that you need to cut in half to try to eat. It seemed reasonably sized. Fries were just as good as the review had claimed. Super crispy. This is easily my new favorite burger in the cities - just a perfect burger - simple, well done and well-sized. The space is nice. I went on a Sunday at an off-time and even being open only a month, they were full. Still, I was able to get a table right away. It's one of my favorite styles of restaurant - where you order at the counter and then wait with a number on your table. The food came out pretty quickly - maybe 20 min? The space is really cute and they seem to have a big kitchen for the size, so they can keep up with volume since I think they're usually busy. Staff were helpful and friendly. Updated: after a 2nd visit, I'm bumping my score up from a 4 to a 5. I love regular burgers, but largely eat vegetarian and their veggie burgers both looked great. So I went back for the veggie patty made with beets. You can actually order any of their burgers and substitute as veggie patty, so I got L'OIGNON with the beet veggie patty and it was delicious. Not as good as L'AMÉRICAIN with a beef patty, but one of the very best veggie burgers I've ever eaten. We went opening week and it was very busy but the service was excellent, very helpful and quick! The seating inside is limited but we were able to get a spot in the back and it was nice to enjoy the new spot on the block. The burgers were phenomenal.
