Didn't do it for me. If you've gone to a boiling crab, kickin' crab or anything similar, this place is subpar. We ordered a pound of clams. They were the smallest clams I've ever had. Very disappointing. A lot of them fell out of the shells, is this due to being over cooked? I'm not sure. We ordered the Cajun seasoning. The seasoning was very tasty. Along with the clams, we got a side order of 5 piece sausage. It was good, but you can't mess up sausage. Their papaya salad was spicyyy. We asked for medium level and it came out spicy. The waitress informed us they use dried chilli peppers so they are a bit more spicier than the average Thai pepper. Fortunately, they were accommodating enough to take it back and "make" another less spicy one. The papaya wasn't great in my opinion. I don't frequent the area or know where to get good papaya salad but my sister was craving it and this place was near the 168 off McKinley. The papaya salad was $9.99, priced a little higher than your average. The clams were $9.99/pound. I thought this was priced fairly unfortunately the clams did not make up for the price tag. I think this place wants to create the cool beachy vibe, had TVs all against both walls but they should focus more on creating better food and sourcing quality seafood. 1 Star for the Cajun seasoning and 1 Star for the friendly waitress. read more

The Bad: my wife and I came in and ordered some food. The Pho and boat noodle had no flavor, we tried to add the side condiments to make it tasteful, still no success. The soup also had small amount of meats, it looks like they only gave three piece of tiny beef brisket, two small meatball (sliced to make it look alot) and 4 small strip of tripe. Our papaya salad is very salty all I can taste was the fish sauce. Our skinny finger length egg rolls was a huge disappointment it had hardly any filling and taste of carrots for the cost of 5.99. Our experience today wasn't so good. Long time ago the owner asked me how come people dont come to their restaurant and these examples are why. Looks new and my husband and I decided to give it a try because their food pix looks delicious. We got there, the server was nice and friendly. The food came out pretty quickly and tasted good. The only thing that got me stuck was when i went up to pay I had to repeat my orders which was an inconvenience and the cashier didn't hear me and charged me for an almost exact order with a little difference of extra food but they got it fixed for me pretty quickly. I was passing thru Fresno and found this Lil gem tucked away in a shopping center. The servers were all super helpful and friendly, very engaging. We ordered the drunken noodles, spicy clams, and nam tok beef. The food was absolutely amazing. The beef was cooked perfectly and the sauce it was served with was so perfectly spicy and sour. The drunken noodles were perfectly spicy and flavorful. Even the coconut water was deliciously sweet and refreshing. I'm glad we stopped here! If you're passing thru Fresno I highly recommend stopping here. The service is great, food is great and even the beachy like decor is nice! Went to eat here after class because of the " Good reviews " . I gotta say it's by far one of the worst restaurant ever! First customer there at 10:30 am, nobody came to take our order till 20-30mins later. My boyfriend and I order 1 side of " appetizer " of egg rolls , 1 regular Pho & 1 Thai boat. 5-6 mins after we ordered, we got our pho. Now think about it, we ordered " appetizer " , which is suppose to be handed to us first before our main dishes. Any who, my regular pho was so warm almost as " cold " . My Thai boat was alright. The broth was not as bad as the regular pho. However, not too sure as to why all of my noodle are stuck in a chuck. As much I as I tried to spread them apart , they just get shorter and most of them are still stuck together. After getting both of our pho and eating it half way thru, we finally got the egg rolls. We could barely till half bowl. After getting out of the restaurant , our stomachs was fu Yes, we were on our food because we waited for over 30 mins just to get our order taken. My daughter has been very sick for about 2 weeks and won't eat anything so we brought her here for khaopiek, they made it just right. She ate like half of it and we packed the rest home. I had a thai boat noodles and i love it, they put so much crispy pork skin and meat in it. The broth taste just right. Mu husband's order though, he just got a pho but there wasn't meat in it. I'm not sure if that's how it's suppose to come like, but i just haven't had a pho without any meat in it and plus we didn't ask for vegetarian. We also ordered the Vietnamese sandwich as well, it didn't taste authentic to me because the pork was more of a BBQ taste, it killed the pickles daikon and carrots taste which is my favorites. Love love their Thai boat. After I saw Raina doing a challenge on it I had to go give it a try and yes it is as good as it looks. I ordered pho1, Thai boat, chicken chow mien, salt pepper calamari, spring rolls and papaya salad. I loved everything except for the papaya. Friendly workers and good customer service but I wish they enforced the face mask rule. I see employees walking around with no face masks while serving food. With the ongoing pandemic right now they should take it into consideration and wear face masks. read more

Honestly this place was the last straw for me trying to find good seafood in Fresno, I'll have to save my tastebuds for the bay or LA. Shrimp had no flavor, rice was hard and spicy noodles were basically spaghetti noodles tossed in incredibly way too hot sauce (And I usually love spicy) but the worst thing was the service and I didn't even eat there! I picked up food to go and she was very short with me over the phone, when I picked up the food I said thank you as she handed me the bags and she just turned around and continued doing whatever it is she was doing.
