Lotus Pho Vietnamese Kitchen is officially on my run-it-back list Came in craving something warm and comforting and wow... this place delivered. The pho here is beautiful--super aromatic, fresh, and full of flavor. I ordered the tofu pho and tofu spring rolls (both hit the spot ), and my husband went the traditional route with classic pho + Vietnamese coffee--aka the ultimate get sht done* drink. Bonus: they've got milk teas and boba on deck, so you can easily turn this into a full-on treat-yourself moment. The space is clean, service is quick and friendly, and everything just felt easy and enjoyable from start to finish. Safe to say--we'll absolutely be back.

Pho Place - Hidden Gem! Tucked in a half-empty shopping center -- don't let the outside fool you! Inside is spotless, organized, and super inviting. We were greeted right away and seated at a comfy booth. Boba - Perfection. Soft, chewy, not soggy. Probably the best texture I've had in years. Food Rundown: * Chicken fried rice - flavorful and fresh. * Pho combo - broth isn't spicy by default ( perfect for kids). Comes with fresh basil, sprouts, lime, and jalapeño to customize. * Stir fry - another hit. * Egg rolls - crispy and flavorful. * Fried wontons - super crunchy. 10/10 crunch factor. Service - Friendly, quick, and attentive without hovering. Overall - After living 20 min away for 4 years, I can't believe I didn't know about this spot. 100% worth the drive. Will be back!

Chewy Boba, overcooked shrimp in the 16. SHRIMP PHO (Pho Tom) just not same place :(

What happened, new owners? The shrimp was overcooked. My wife had 7 pieces that were way overcooked, and I had 4 in my shrimp pho. The boba was also very chewy. Pretty sad overall.

Came to Lotus Pho but couldn't find the page and learned that it's under teabo which is a lil confusing. Had their spring rolls, pho #10? , and a bah mi! Their food is pretty good! I enjoyed my bah mi, the bread was super soft and crunchy. It's the most soft I've felt that gave me also a good crunch! I wonder if it's fresh baked! Everything was delicious, will want to come back for another bah mi

Ordered $40 through Grubhub from my hotel and requested utensils to be added. When my order arrived it had no utensils or a disposable bowl. How am I supposed to eat a soup with no bowl or utensils? I called and spoke to the manager about the situation and he said there's nothing he can do. I told him I would like my money back for the soup that I cannot eat and would take an Uber to drop the food off. He said not to because he wouldn't refund me my money. Never ordering from this place again 1/5 stars.

Cute little place, the steamed buns and sausage rolls are so amazing! Some of the best I've personally had.

Teabo more like TeaBOO. I usually never comment about bad service but this one lady was especially rude. Ugh what a disappointment.

I tried the brisket pho and bao buns and both were really good. The place was clean and not super noisy or crowded.

These are the types of businesses our money should be going toward. The food is to die for. Of my three visits, I tried a new main every time.. but to start, I always got the beef sticks. They are soooo delicious. Seriously, the flavor is EXPLOSIVE. As for the mains, I can say the same thing. Explosive and fresh flavors. If you love veggies you will love their dishes! I didn't expect to like their soup to the extent that I did, it was WONDERFUL! Service is great as well. Each time, I got served by Isaiah (hope I spelled it right). He is super funny and kind. Honestly, he is very personable and a big part of why I keep coming back! And he is always happy to recommend a new dish for me to try. The decor is also very cute. It reminds me a lot of places I would go to as a child. The whole place, from the food to the ambiance, had a comforting vibe for me. Also, the music is fire I can't lie. I can't wait to come back!

Not sure where wires got crossed but I made it quite clear to the young man who took my order it was for a vegan and shouldn't have any egg to which he replied, " it comes without egg. You have to ask for it." Apparently no one told the people in the kitchen that. So that sucked because it was too far a drive to go back. I may still go back if I'm in the area. And will try other things. I'll just make sure to check the order before I leave if taking it away. I normally don't like the rice paper egg roll. But they were well done and super fresh tasting here. My pad see ew came out perfect and was delicious. The Thai wings looked pale and I wasn't optimistic until I bit into them. The flavor was fantastic. Excellent use of spices. I do recommend this restaurant for a delicious meal. Good service. And slightly higher pricing but worth it imo.

The senior menu had multiple options, along with a lunch menu and a traditional menu. The decor was traditional Thai. You will not see the restaurant from the road; you must drive into the shopping complex, where there is plenty of parking and plenty to do outside the restaurant.

Wonton soup was not wonton soup, but masses of vegetables in a liquid! 2. The fresh shrimp rolls, was again just full of chopped vegetables and one shrimp per roll! 3. The chicken satay, was so skinny, literally no meat! 4. The Pad Thai, was disgusting, again full of vegetables and just a ball of noodles thrown in. There was no proper Thai cuisine preperation here! 5. The Pa-Nang curry, again had its fair share of vegetables. and the skinniest pieces of chicken I have ever seen. To top it off we paid $92.58 for what should have been a delightful meal, the bulk of which ended up in the trash can, disgusting! I am sure that there are far better Thai restaurants in the west valley. This one you need to avoid at all costs, PS. I have lived in Thailand and this cuisine wasn't even close. Respectfully. G

A true one‑star experience is foreign objects in the food, cold meals, or no service at all -- and that's not what I experienced. I ordered takeout, and when I got home the food was still hot. I had the shrimp egg foo young and BBQ pork fried rice. The egg foo young was excellent, and the portion size of the fried rice -- along with the amount of BBQ pork -- was generous. This is easily a solid four‑star experience, maybe higher depending on what you order. I've lived on the west side for years, and I still haven't found a better Chinese takeout spot in the area. One last note: I'm a veteran, and they gave me a military discount, which I appreciated.

I couldn't tell you the timeframe of when the current ownership took it over from the previous owner when I first started frequenting Eest. The change was immediately felt. The level of customer care and taste of food changed. Not for the worst, but different. My last visit this month for an order of shrimp fried rice was my final straw and I will find somewhere else to find some food. It has been a very slow spiral downward with the quality of food. I am talking years where the consistency was slipping. Then last month it was as if they forgot what they were doing. What was served to me was edible, but nowhere near what I have been given in the past. I hope it was a bad day for the kitchen for the establishment's sake! Call in takeout orders have been a speed bump. You call in and you're quoted a time of when your order will be ready. You pay for your order when you get there. Then the clock starts. It totally defeats the purpose of the original quoted timeframe.
