It seems like it would be easy to remember all 3 ingredients.....roll, lobster meat, and butter, unfortunately, there must have been a supply issue with the butter. after a very long wait, I did not have the luxury of extra time to have them use all 3 ingredients in this very complicated recipie. I got the three mini rolls with lobster, crab, and shrimp. My husband had the lobster roll 6 oz lobster roll and there were massive chunks of fresh lobster. The meat was very fresh and sweet! I wanted to try all three, so this was a way to have the best of everything as they cut up a roll into three portions and you get 2 oz of each. My daughter had the chowder and she said is was really good. There is a parking garage that isn't crazy expensive one block east of the restaurant so you only need to walk half a block to get there. Prices are typical of what you would pay at any restaurant for lobster rolls. Bread is fresh and tasty as well! read more

One of the best places I've been to eat hands down. To start, service was impeccable. The staff is patient and knowledgeable with questions. The food is mesmerizing. I got the warm butter lobster roll and it tasted incredible; buttery and spiced to perfection while still letting the lobster shine as the main star. The establishment is super clean and well kept, and they even have a card at every table illustrating their lobster sourcing process. Food didn't take long to be prepared (which is shocking considering how tasty and aesthetic it was!), but you can definitively learn a lot about their ethical sourcing process during the short wait it takes for the food to arrive. Can't wait to come back here! So worth a stop for one of the best meals ever. read more

Pac NW is known for fresh seafood...and this place is right by the Farmer's Market so I figured I could make a better choice for my 1st Lobster Roll. Wrong. This absolutely horrible. The fact that I'm taking time out of my vacation to write this review will attest to this. The lobster was bland and rubbery. There was pretty large chunks but...and I'm not kidding here, it tasted artificial/imitation. And when I tried to pull it apart the flesh just stuck to the skin. The guy who took my order also had the personality of a bland fish to match. I would suggest walking a lil bit further ahead to the Alibi Room. There food isn't all that great either, but the happy hour prices are fairly decent and theres booze. read more

the meat is nothing special. it's just unseasoned shrimp/lobster/crab on toasted bread. that's it. I also think it's mad overpriced. personally, the price would be more fair for the quantity we get if it were halved. read more

My first impression of this place has to be extraordinary, the way that all of the food is presented is exquisite. The service was a scale 10, my favorite part of it all is "Luke's Trio" can I just say that I don't usually like seafood but as recommended my a friend, it was another one to add to the list of places to make my spot to visit atleast once a month. Apart from all of that, the food came out no less than 30 minutes, and wait times were not even a problem, everything about this place is worth it. I high recommend it. read more

Their clam chowder is not good. It's chunky like it's from a can, with mealy potato bits running throughout. The clams seem fairly fresh and there is no line here. But I think there is better clam chowder for $9, especially in a city like Seattle. read more

Recently opened, very friendly & helpful staff. Rolls are delicious, but not cheap eats. Trio, 4 oz lobster roll, a beer, and 2 bags of chips made for a $75 lunch between two people after all said and done. Received our food within 10 minutes of ordering. Finished everything, no leftovers, but we did not leave hungry. Staff helped to bus our table. Interior is clean and inviting. read more
