Customer service- sucks. They were not helpful to my wife. We listened as they were not helpful to others. Order said it was ready on the app, but wasn't ready for another 15 minutes. Which is totally fine if it was all piping hot. But not even a few steps outside to check my order, fries were cold, gyros cold, salmon, tough. Petty. I truly could eat the Greek food at Luna grill every day. It feels good to know you are eating clean, good-for-your-body food . I've learned a lot about the deserved praises of Mediterranean cuisine over the years. It's healthy, it's quick and easy to prepare, and it's delicious. I usually get the Flat Chicken Kabob plate. The flat chicken always seems to be so much more tender. Sometimes I'll add a salmon filet or two with that chicken protein. I'll add to it the Greek Salad and the Hummus and pita chips that rounds out the plate. Other noteworthy dishes include Gyro Meat, sandwiches and complete plates, a Persian Grilled Kabob, Koobidah is generally grilled with tomatoes, green peppers, onions, or other vegetables. The Skewers are mixed with lamb and exotic spices. The Krispy French Fries are great, too! If you truly love Greek and Mediterranean foods, head to the nearest Luna Grill in your area. read more

We come to Luna Grill regularly every Wednesdays after my granddaughter's swim class. Initially we went to the Millenia location because it was closer to us. At first the customer service was great, the FIRST day when they wanted to get us to review their restaurant. Which was fine, I did. But it was horrible after so we decided to go to the Eastlake location. We've been regulars every Wednesday for the past 5 months and the service and staff have consistently been great! We usually work with 2 guys...not sure of their names Robert? Adrian? Diego? Not sure but they're always very friendly and helpful. They haven't given us one of those cards to illicit a comment til last week and I decided it was time because they deserve it for being consistent in their quality customer service. The food always comes out cooked well, my orders have been correct and I enjoy coming here. They are much more busier than the millenia location as well and they maintain their professionalism. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. Overall a great location for us to come to after my granddaughter's swim class, plus she loves her gyro! read more
