Hands down!!! The food is always fresh! The ambiance is always pleasant and the service is superb!!!! Jesus is still the most outstanding server amongst all the staff in the restaurant on Mondays especially. Jesus always treat us with utmost respect!!! Most of them are very nice except for one individual who seems to be very unfriendly with my group, her name is Gloria. She gives us an attitude and disgust look every time we are there. My whole group notices it, she is snobby and showed implied sarcasm. She only likes to be nice to our friend who treats us most of the time there. Mondays is our hangout day at Luna Grill after our workout. Luna Grill has the best food to replenish hunger and protein. We always want to start our week with good vibes. But when Gloria is there, it kills our good vibes. Our Mondays are always good days at Luna Grill, but We hope she won't be our server when we go there. After all, it is her job to treat all the customers equal. If she has a problem with seeing our Monday Group, she should either suck up her pain or deal with it in a professional way. read more

I freaking love this place! After a good gym seesh I every now and then frequent this place. It might be a little wait for your food but it's because it truly is fresh and made to order. If you dine in they bring your plate to your table. Inside the establishment is pretty clean and the vibe is very laid back. The employees are nice and it can get busy with phone in orders so just cut them some slack if you are waiting in line to order in person. The parking can be overwhelming if it's busy especially during peak dinner time hours. But if you don't mind parking a bit further and the walk then you are good. Plenty of seating space inside and now that the weather is warming up there is a lovely outdoor seating area in general. My go to is always the Santorini bowl with chicken for my protein. It comes with tzatziki, hummus, pickled onions, basmati rice, pearled couscous and olives. In my personal opinion the olives are a bit overpowering but just a few pieces is enough for the flavor. Highly recommend this location it will not disappoint! read more

It's a hit and miss sometimes . My salad had a lot of liquid from the trimmings but what upsets me the most is that my side of Pita was missing . The feta fries was more like "A tomatoe feast" very light on the fries and soggy due to the overload of tomatoes. Wifey isn't the best cook so we eat out a lot so when we do we try to eat healthy. I love Luna Grill because one, the food is delicious, two is very affordable, and three, there's usually one close by. The service is pretty good. I've had an issue with that. Sometimes I don't have the time to prepare a home-cooked meal for my family, and there are not a lot of healthy choices out there, until now. This is the kind of food I would be glad to bring home to my family. The kids loved their burgers, they were juicy and the bun was wasn't flimsy, they fought over their french fries. I ordered the mediterranean salad, lentil soup, and grilled hen kabbobs, husband ordered the sirloin and chicken combo. All of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals, and we had plenty of left-overs for lunch. Super fresh and the meat was tender, perfectly cooked. Yes, the prices are not like McD's, but then again you are getting best quality meats with no MSG, I would prepare my food at home the same way. The old saying goes a long way, "you get what you pay for!" BTW, the staff was so friendly and kind, it's an unexpected switch to be treated like that in a non-fancy restaurant. He told me if I wanted to go eat some Mediterranean food , at first I was like what the f is that until we to Otay I believe and ate some expensive but worth buying food. Today at this location I ate and let me point out that the food was very good everything tasted fresh even the gyros were really good and tasted fresh! Despite that it was really busy they gave phenomenal service and were very attentive with what a customer needed. I committed a spill over at the soda place and the manager told me, oh don't worry about I got it all undercontrol while I was freaking out. That proves that this manager really cares and its attentive to help the customer who walk in it's no wonder the place is always full when I walk in because of the customer service they provide! It's a very good well run place but the only down side is they have no coffee drinks and it's sort of a drag to go back in forth from one place to another. Really nice food and colorful, I remember me and the family came here last month after my graduation and started with the taste of luna , the starter included Stuffed Grape Leaves, Baked Cheese Triangles, Falafel, Gyros Quesadilla on multigrain flatbread, cucumber-yogurt dip. I didn't really enjoy the Falafel and cucumber yogurt did :( but the family did but sometimes your favorite restaurants have food you don't like. As for Salad I order two the Mediterranean Chicken Salad and the apple walnut salad both were delicious I was very hungry I didn't eat anything before graduation. As for entrees I order the $20 gyro packs and also I enjoyed the chipotle chicken wrap as well after Luna Grill I left full. I am usually not this far from home but I was visiting friends and to my surprise they said lets go to Luna Grill!! What there is a Luna Grill here I said! I am a patron of the one in hillcrest. Regardless...This place is way cooler and as soon as we walked in Carlos the manager took care of us. You can tell he was made for this job! A big sincere smile greeted us. We were having a hard time deciding what we wanted and I must say the professional yet fun manner he assisted us with made us feel welcomed and not a bother! I had the sampler everything was fresh and on point with the spices!!! I had to sneak a bite of my friends chicken kabob! you need to try it for yourself. YUMMY!!! I had a a really great experience today. The staff was very spot on with my order and the food was really juicy and tender. Customer service the lady who attend me in the front when i was paying the cashier was super adorable she greeted me and my family as we walked in and as we went out. Theres a lot to say about this restaraunt and the guest experience you can recieve from here the ambience in this place makes you feel happy. The customers are smiling the workers are all having a goodtime it really shows that they are having a good time with work. My food was a little pricey but all that made up for it. The food and concept is decent. Unfortunately, this location is owned, managed, operated, and staffed by a bunch of dishonest, thieving, incompetent, drooling imbeciles. Preparing food orders is not exactly rocket science. You get a printout or screen telling you what to make. You make it, pack it, and it gets picked up. Your average teenager can handle this reasonably well. Which makes me wonder how this place can screw up nearly every to-go or UberEats order we ever place with them. The only answer I can conceive of is that they must be doing it on purpose. In our last order for six items, two were missing and one was incorrectly prepared. How do you even do that? We've given them enough chances. Absolutely pathetic. read more

I order on door dash and don't receive my items. I once waited about 1 hr for my food when I ordered on the phone and had to leave with no food. Today I got nothing in my veggie Santorini bowl they forgot the spicy pesto sauce and the cabbage. Which I believe sometimes they serve old cabbage. Look out for that because it can get you sick. Also forgetting the pita is 50% of the time. Worst part of today is having a bowl full of oil and being told there is no oil in their bowls. Best part is the shift leaders (oscars) excellent customer service. And well that's about it since I got a good 9 bites and my food was gone. I love coming to this place! its brilliant and awesome the food there is better and for my first yelp review Im going to review this place because I feel it deserves 5 stars because mostly all the reviews are like 2 star or 4 stars First , the food there is fresh like the Luna Burger so unique at first I was like this has a lot of grease then I asked one of the employees and they told me It was organic so I was like okay I'll eat it !! It was very good and so the next week I tried another plate it was burrito containing fresh veggies and gyros which is this meat that looks similar to like carne asada stand alone except its like rectangle looking and looks like chaca chaca. This place is awesome !! i have been here a few time already and nothing has change, people are super friendly and attentive and the food is excellent i just went there to get a salmon plate with my wife who ordered a luna salad with lamb everything was really fresh and tasty. I recomend that Allis takes your order she is really energetic and with an excellent attitude but if not everyone there looks like they love their job and they would be more than glad to help you. I recently dinned at Luna Grill in Eastlake, and their food is amazing! Customer service is friendly and helpful. It is a family friendly restaurant. The music was a little loud for my taste but over all we had a great experience. My husband had the Cornish hen plate ( recommend by Joana our cashier) and it was delicious. My husband was very satisfied with the recommendation. I had the salmon with the Luna Salad and our kids had the jr chicken kabob with rice. The chicken was juicy and tasteful. You definitely get for what you pay for. Its a great choice for a healthy meal. Restaurant was clean and the service was very nice and attentive to our needs. Definitely going back soon! read more

Five stars all day long!!! The food is so fresh and the employees are always so kind and always wiling to help even with the pickiest of customers, such as me. I have eaten here consistently for a year and a half now and always bring my entire family. The restaurant is always up to par with cleanliness and customer service. My meal of choice is the Cranberry Walnut salad with feta instead of gorgonzola cheese and extra pomegranate dressing. If you're going for a little bit of a cheat meal get the Gyro Quesadilla with extra tzatziki sauce, you won't be disappointed. I will continue to be going to this location!!! Since we moved from Florida, me, my wife and family love the restaurant in Eastlake, Chula Vista. The staff are wonderful and the food is outstanding. We seriously have never been disappointed in the 3.5 years we have been going Carlos, the manager is a fist class person that's very personable, friendly and courteous. He is a shining example of how a restaurant manager should be. Very hands on helping the staff and at the same time making friends with customers. The sandwich and fries both had good flavor and the prices are also good. I love the food as you can tell, but that will not often get me to write a yelp fiver review. The bathroom always being immaculate plus great food however, will. Super handsome workers, it is almost like the store only hires aesthetically pleasing employees. I had never been to Luna Grill before. But I have to say that I really enjoyed the food. I was having a hard time deciding what to get. The cashier taking my order by the name of Jeannette was very nice and patient, she suggested I try the Chicken/Sirloin entree. It was a great suggestion, a fulfilling meal. The restaurant was pretty busy at the time yet the staff was very friendly and attentive. The manager on duty at the time by the name of Yoslavi was very nice and picked up my plate when I was done, giving me space on the table to finish my work. I had another fantastic experience at Luna Grill! The staff here never disappoints, and today was no different. Jesus greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly friendly throughout my visit, making me feel right at home. Pedro, the General Manager, even took the time to come to my table and personally check how everything was going--such a thoughtful touch. I recently gave Luna Grill a poor evaluation for omitting a kabob from my order and not making my salads as specified. I just received a call from their customer service apologizing for the error and offering me a refund or a re-do on my entire meal! I never expected such a response, but I am impressed with their commitment to taking reviews seriously and to learning and improving from their mistakes. I certainly will give them another chance and I hope you will too. Everyone makes mistakes, but owning them and trying to improve is commendable. Just got done eating at Luna Grill! It was busy at Eastlake location, All I have to say that it was super good and making my first wonderful! My girlfriend had a mahi-mahi plate with carrot and I had the Cornish the one in the picture on the screen. They brought my plates in less than 15 minutes as if they knew or they were aware about me going on break . Everything in the plates looked perfect and tastes so good. Today I was one of the last people to come in! This guys I know they were tired and I know they had a long day and maybe they were busy because Im a usual and I know the time this restaurant gets busy but besides all that they served me very well they asked and me if I needed anything else and as soon as I was done they bussed my table me and husband were surprised as this teens were the ones in charge but I can see in them that they know how to manage there floor they were so organized.
