I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT LUNA GRILL. I have been coming here almost everyday for the past couple months, which sounds crazy but there's many reasons why. The food, the service, the atmosphere, and just the way everyone here makes you feel so welcomed and comfortable. Everyone always has a smile on their face and genuinely seems happy to work here. I come mostly for the hummus and pita which is amazing but every meat, salad and basically everything they sell is amazing. The prices are very good for the quality and quantity of food you get. I can already feel the heat I'm going to get for this review, but I'm just not convinced that Luna Grill is all that great. *These experiences are prior to COVID-19* Yes, they have a varied menu full of appetizing items, and they seem to use fresh ingredients for most of them, but so do a ton of mom and pop shops that don't get half the love. Why is the el Greco bowl, which is just fries topped with some feta cheese and gyro meat, almost $11? Why did I pay almost $12 for the chicken kabob plate, which is mostly salad, and doesn't come with much chicken or rice? The food is fresh, but it's not particularly flavorful the way I expect Greek and Mediterranean food to taste. It seems to be more mild to accommodate the people who visit this area. Both times I've been to Luna, I went wanting to like it, but left feeling unsatisfied and wondering why I spent my money here. Don't get me wrong--the place is clean and the employees are friendly...it's just totally overpriced in my opinion, when you could be getting the REAL deal at a family-owned, authentic restaurant for the same price or cheaper. This is coming from someone who, while isn't herself Greek or Mediterranean, has eaten at many Greek and Mediterranean restaurants. My daughter recommended to eat at Luna Grill. It was a little before noon. There were a few customers eating. As we opened the door, they greeted us right away as we stepped in. The restaurant inside is very clean and had comfortable tables and seats. We both ate chicken kebabs. I am not much of a fan of chicken kebab, but not here! The chicken kebab was so delicious! Very tender and juicy, the seasoning was well, and full of flavor! No wonder as soon as we started eating, there was a long line of customers starting to come. David and Ilia, thank you so much for your above and beyond service. We enjoyed the cookie treat as well. You guys really made our day! We can't wait to go back to eat again very soon! read more

I have always loved this place. Unfortunately, they keep changing the salad choices. They used to have a spinach salad that was great, then they replaced with the apple walnut salad that was awesome. Now they have replaced the apple walnut salad with the Peach Burrata salad. In my opinion it does not live up to the fresh tasting, healthy feeling that the others did. Please bring back the apple walnut salad! I now substitute a salad for a Santori bowl. I Prefer the salad with added protein. read more

We had the Family Meal for 4 yesterday, and dined in. Ordered the Chicken and Koobideh skewers, basmati rice, and Modern Greek salad. Everything was delicious - The proteins were hot & juicy, rice was cooked just right and moist. There were roasted Zucchini slices as well. The Modern Greek salad was also perfect, and had roasted garbanzo beans with a texture we'd never had before - crunchy! The Pita wedges and tzatziki sauce rounded it out.
