Served with lettuce, tomato, red onions, Italian dressing, mayo and cheese. They have the bread down! it's soft on the inside but nicely crunchy on the outside. I wish they sold the bread alone so I can make sandwiches at home. The ingredients were all fresh and portioned perfectly with the right ratio to bread. My only thing was that I was not a fan of the crumbled cheese so got it another time without the cheese and it was better. Easy mayo as well since I'm not a fan of mayo. Great solid sandwich, always consistently great. _Slice of pepperoni pizza ($3.50 / .50 for extra topping) added mushroom. The second time we came here we got the sandwich and wanted to try a slice of their pizza. The slice is huge, think Costco slice. They cut it in half which was convenient and easier to eat. This place is very busy. Wasn't sure to try the combo pizza or just the original to get a taste of it. Also ordered a pastrami sandwich. So the pizza crust is okay it doesn't have that wide edge on the side so the sauce and cheese and pizza goes up to the edge now the problem with the sauce, it's a very bland tasting Pizza has no garlic taste nor oregano, Italian flavor. The dough is nice and crispy on the bottom and soft very thin, soft inside. We had to ask for hot sauce to give this pizza some flavor. Now the pastrami sandwich is enough for two people however the pastrami is cut on the thick side which means you don't have those nice layers of pastrami all the meat is very lean it is tasty but it should be cut thinner, as it was a little hard to chew. The bread on the sandwich is very tasty and well made it's soft on the inside and has a light crisp crunch not a hard crunch but just that nice light Crisp to let you know it's been put in the oven. We did advise the cooks of our opinion that it needs garlic and oregano to give it an Italian flavor, and they did agree, so who's the cook here and who's recipe are they using? Staff is polite and helpful. Although we won't go back there again just want to let you know. I tend not to over order at a new place I've never been to, because if I'm not satisfied with the preparation of the food then it's a total waste of money. I've learned that lesson over the years that it's just the better thing to do, do not take your big groups, until after you've had a small dinner or meal at a place you've never eaten before. read more
