We decided to pop in on a Friday night after work and were pleasantly surprised to learn they have live music on Fridays! Be sure and bring cash to tip or Venmo him, he's great! Food was delicious. We started with the SSS Brussels sprouts and OMG they're amazing! I need to go back soon because I need more of them! The main dishes we ordered are always solid! Service is warm and friendly. Lovely little place.

Stopped by for a quick lunch and had a pretty solid experience overall. The place has a cozy vibe with colorful decor and a laid-back atmosphere. Portion size was decent too! I had plenty of leftovers of the my dish.Service was friendly and efficient. The food came out in a timely manner, and we didn't feel rushed at all. Overall, it was a satisfying lunch spot with tasty food and a pleasant atmosphere!!

Unfortunately, I would say our experience was average at best. I think it's amazing that there are so many vegan options- thank you!!! I tried the vegan pad soon sen and while it was fine, just average. It didn't have standout flavor and the noodles were all clumped together. My family felt the same about their food - edible but just not great. Our experience was for takeout, which was a smooth process and no issues. Maybe we'd try again for dine in??

Today I had the pleasure of eating the lunch special at Madam mam's north location. This is a great deal! For $15 you get a soda or tea, Eggroll, soup and choice of many entrees. I had the drunken noodles with tofu. It was so spicy and perfectly flavored. It looks like this location also has live music on the weekends.

WHAT DOES THE SPICE LEVEL EVEN MEAN THEN??? Ordering online it says "Extra Spicy - select up to 5" so what does that mean? Twice now I've ordered it at spice level one and it doesn't seem to matter, I get my food covered in red chili flakes. Their online menu is way too unclear and needs updating. Is 5 the spiciest or is 1? Also, their online menu has zero descriptions or photos of their food. They got our (mine and girlfriend) orders mixed up. View photo descriptions. Their in store atmosphere is nice. But the slow service, AWFUL online ordering experience and unclear menu would make me avoid this place entirely if it weren't so close by.

Our go to takeout! Panang chicken curry is amazing but overall I can't live without their pad thai, double meat chicken/beef no bean sprouts. That's my perfect order and will get it every time I need a good comfort meal. Takeout is always fast and pipping hot. Great for rainy days at home.

Overall just an ok experience. Service was fine no problems there. Friendly and semi attentive. I ordered the egg rolls for a $6 starter. I was less than impressed as they had more of a rubbery texture as opposed to crispy. I expected the latter. Another disappointment was lack of flavor and somewhat greasy. I would not order those again nor recommend them. For my main course I was delighted to find Khao Soi on the menu. I ordered this yellow curry dish with beef for the protein of choice. The curry was nice and flavorful with just the right amount of heat. The noodles were done just right and coupled with the curry they saved the dish. It was lacking on amount of beef and onion. I was expecting more of both. If I am ever here again and order this dish I will ask for extra. Most likely won't happen. MEH for me. Not worth a planned visit unless I am invited by other people.

Consistent Thai takeout in the area! I've been going to madam mam's since college and every once in awhile I'll crave their pad se ewe with beef. It's sweeter than other spots but good! This time I got a full order delivered: Thai tea- this was good! Held up even after a day in the fridge. Khao soi - I had never tried this before, but it was delicious. Only qualm is it was pretty skimpy with the chicken. Mango sticky rice - this is my fav dessert of all time, so I was amped to try madam mam's version. It was good but that could mainly be due to mangos being in season right now.

Love coming back here when visiting Austin. So many memories Friendly and fast service. The portions were generous, and all the dishes were very flavorful. I always go back to Madam Mam's for F11 lol Guay Teaw Kua Gai with Beef is soooooo good. Stir-fried wide rice noodles are seasoned with soy sauce, garlic, and sometimes a hint of sugar, giving it a savory and slightly sweet flavor. It is served with a side of fresh lettuce for added freshness. We also always order Som Tum (Papaya Salad); it is incredibly refreshing and packed with flavor. The combination of tangy lime, spicy chili, and savory fish sauce creates a perfect balance. The crunch of the fresh papaya and peanuts adds great texture.

The foot was delicious! There were lots of allergen and food preference options which was amazing. Our server made sure our glasses were full and was always checking in. The restaurant itself was very clean and I love the ceiling!

We came early, just before they opened and there was several customers waiting also which can kind of give the hint that you're at a good place. And indeed it was. I got their Pad Thai, a dish I don't often get as I often got the route of Drunken Noodles but I wanted to revisit Pad Thai so that was the direction I took foe this meal. It was very, very good ! The ingredients were fresh, the sauce and noodles were great! It was a decent sized meal which I appreciated as we had a very busy day ahead of us with shopping and being tourists and this meal was one of virtually all of the meals in Austin to be great to outstanding!

The restaurant itself has a lot of indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a bar. It seems like a nice place to have a meal. As for the food, we ordered: Pad thai with chicken, mild spice - unfortunately this was a bit dry for me, though the taste was good. Pad see ew with chicken - I liked their version and would probably get it again. Pad woon sen with pork - typically my favorite noodle dish and I think they did a good job. Garden roll - good but not as packed as others I've had, and at a higher price point. Pineapple fried rice with pork - I liked this but was a bit on the oily side. Tom kha soup - I thought this was very good and had a decent amount of chicken and mushrooms Overall I liked everything but some items I felt I had better versions of elsewhere. It's also on the pricier side. Still, if in central Austin I think it's a solid choice for Thai food.
