The kitchen was struggling to keep up! When the wings arrived, they were hot and delicious. FBAG is big on "trashed wings" which apparently means that they are fried, sauced, fried AGAIN and sauced again. It makes for a different flavor and they were terrific. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and it was packed. Sports fans watching football on the many screens provided and people just gathering for trashed wings and beer. Sometimes simplicity equals comfort. That's how you'll feel, especially if Chuck the owner is checking in with everyone to make sure the food is good and they are having a good time. The menu is huge with a lot of options, but they are known for their trashed wings (be patient they take a little time to prepare). The fried green beans are so good and salads are huge and delicious. Everyone can find a favorite here. The vibe is local fun. Nothing fancy, nor needed. With a great staff you feel welcome to sit in the various areas inside at the bar, on the enclosed patio, or the outside seating weather permitting. Live bands in the summer- check the website. Great for families! Be prepared to be patient with the service. They do their best, but sometimes the food takes a while to come out of the kitchen.

None of this was particularly "bad" or inedible and I honestly ate every bite, but it just doesn't compare to a steakhouse for example.
