So we waited more than 30 minutes in store, frustrating when you have a toddler in the car. Would not order again because this is not reliable. 5-10 minutes grace, even 15 but this was unacceptable.

When I stepped into this fish market, I found that they have a lot to offer and the main reason I came was to get sushi. I didn't need to drive out of the way. This Is a casual setting but if the executives come in after work, no doubt, they will be dressed to the T. My dish Valcano roll- White sushi rice, seaweed, spicy salmon, avocado tataki, spicy mayo, crunch, and scallions off of $14.99 Crazy salmon roll - it has the same ingredients and the same price. This was really good but I would have preferred the little cup to mix the soy sauce, Ginger, and wasabi sauce. But for the most part it was really good. I definitely will be buying from here instead of driving out of the way to get sushi. And I'm getting much better at using the chop sticks. I then asked who I could complain to, and was told it would be him. I was very embarrassed and upset for the birthday person, mostly because the restaurant and staff did not apologize, nor attempt to resolve the situation. it's too bad that such very poor customer service could destroy an special evening out. in the future, I, and hope whoever reads this, will not patronize an establishment that does not care about their customers.
