I've been ordering pizzas from different places in the McKinney area, sadly to say, this branch is getting worse and worse. I ordered a Pizza at 5:39pm and I have to call them twice to ask where my pizza was at 7pm. They said they were short on drivers and sent the pizza with Doordash, is 730 and I havent receive my order yet... I called them to cancel, this is a JOKE. They better not charge me a cent for this because we are going to WAR! This is ridiculous, I am not a new customer, I've been ordering from this place for a few years... NOT recommended and they left my family starving. PS, the Doordash driver probably eat the f** pizza! read more

The food here is consistently great. Definitely one of the best Marco's locations in the area. Service is alright. I usually just order a couple speciality pizzas, a cheesy bread, and a drink every now and then on my phone for family dinner. I walk in, pick up the pizza, and go home. Went to pick up my order . I was told they didn't have change , I was paying cash . In the entire store at 7 pm on a Sunday . The cashier was completely unhelpful and just continued to stare at me . Ordered from Marco's for the first time and it was delish! We got the Deluxe Original crust and you can tell the ingredients are all fresh .... as if we chopped up the veggies and put it on ourselves. :) We added black olives & ground beef which made it extra yummy. I also had a random craving for brownies. Luckily they sell them. I was skeptical when I ordered these, thinking it might be too sweet like other places, but it was not overloaded with sugar at all. This was a last minute impulse "hey what do you want for dinner?" My wife suggested pizza and we've heard good stuff about Marco's. The pizza is very good, fresh sauce, two types of pepperoni and velvety cheese. The 5 stars though isn't as much for the pizza as it was for the nice young man who took my order then greeted me with a friendly smile, I asked if he was the one that helped me on the phone and he says yes, I reached out to shake his hand and tell him "thank you" As I settled up the bill he then said "enjoy your meal" This is the reason for the 5 I believe his name was DeShawn. These guys were AMAZING and honestly saved my a$$!!! I was hosting a training conference in Allen this week and totally forgot to place my order for Friday. We'll Friday morning at 8AM I go online and order 33 large pizzas and 2 orders of wings. They didn't open until 10:30am, so I called to make sure they saw the order and were able pull thus off. 1st let me say the pizza was really tasty, good value for 2 medium 2 topping for $6.99 each! Really close to my house so pickup is easy and I don't have to hit any busy streets to get there. Online ordering is awesome. Go check the place out, even has tables if you really want to eat in Few observations: Wasn't greeted by anyone upon arrival! Phone ringing off the hook when I walked in and employees seemed to not care a bit. Online ordering is the way to go for sure but just show up more on the tail end of your ready window or 5 minutes after, hopefully they get their process down but I went 3-4 weeks after opening and still saw gaps and lack of anyone giving a rats ass. one gentleman was sitting an waiting a while like me and when his order wasn't right and asked for mgr and comment card but the employee said there wasn't any. The pizza was okay, but the order tracker is and customer service are extremely lacking. Originally said the order would be ready in 13 minutes, then changed to 23 minutes. Never once did the tracker indicate the order was ready for pickup. So I show up about 5 minutes before the new time. Call the number on the door, was the only car there for pickup. Phone rings, goes through some bs message, then puts me on hold followed by another bs message and puts me on hold again. Employees were walking around seemingly without a care. Male employee answers 'Hello' and I'm like um, yes, I have an order to pickup. 'Oh, okay, I'll bring it out' Employee brings it out per their policy and never greets, nada. I'm all hey, how's it going? grunt, hands me the pizza. 'well okay, have a good evening' wow, rude af. I mean if you don't like your job, quit, there are plenty of people who would like to be working now. I mean were they pissed off they cut a deal for special priced pizzas and we actually used the deal? The absolute worst!!! Our pizza was delivered 25 minutes late! We called at least twice to see why they could locate us. The "manager" Aubrey hung up on on not only me but my husband with a very rude disposition! We get Sunday night pizza delivered from other establishments regularly but what we received from Marcos was so sub par we HAD to request manager about the order. I have ordered before and had great service, but today our cheese pizza was cooked almost to burnt and the driver forgot our drinks. When she came back with the drinks, they were not what we had ordered. Too many other choices in this area to give Marcos another shot Update: Sister wanted Marcos. 7:08 placed order, 7:50 estimated delivery, 8:10 called and asked if our order was missed and was told she was just about to send it out the door, 8:32 called again and asked if our order was on it's way.... 8:42 pizza delivered. So living across the street, we had seen the place but haven't had a chance to stop by, we ordered from here & so Glad we did!!! The Pizza was the BEST I've had in a looong time-the crust & cheese were soooo Good!! (definitely better than Pizza Hut or Domino's!) The cheesy bread was just as good! Well I was craving Marcos so bad. I tried the re-order option multiple times it did not work. So I had to start an order from scratch which is fine. it said a 77 minute wait which was also fine I realize it's in the middle of the day on a weekend. Well order showed up 25 minutes past the 77 minutes I'm too tired to do the math right now. Pizza was barely cooked screwed up my order cheese looked like it was not even real cheese. Awful. Especially since I paid almost $30 for a medium pizza. I hope this is a one off disappointment. When Marcos first opened they were amazing. I'm from New York so I am very critical of pizza. Marcos was the closest thing I could find a back home. Today was a horrible disappointment. Hopefully it'll be better next time. read more

Don't order from this location. They used to be great, but now the customer service is terrible. They only have one driver so plan to wait two hours or more for your pizza. Be prepared to wait to speak to someone in person. Don't know how this branch is still open. read more

Did a custom order with "white sauce". Zero sauce pizza arrived. Just dry flatbread basically. Called to inquire and was at first told they could deliver another. Well, not even five minutes later someone named Brad called me back to tell me that he made the pizza personally and that their "white sauce" was garlic, water and butter which apparently gets soaked up by the thin crust pizza (well duh, it's basically wattered down garlic butter) so it comes out dry. He acknowledged that the description online should be updated to accurately reflect this and apologized but that's all. No offer to send something that actually tastes like pizza. read more

First off I'd like to say I always enjoyed Marcos Pizza . In fact it is the only place we now order from in McKinney. With this being said the customer service my family and I received today was one of the worst experiences We have ever had. Our pizza was delivered on time and was as good as usual. But the jalapeños and side of Jalapeño ranch that was on the side was not there. I called to tell the staff what had happened and the girl who answered the phone laughed at me and gave me to someone else. The person who answered the phone said in a condescending voice there was nothing they could do for us. Need less to say I am very upset! This is not the way to treat your customers.
