It's McDonalds. I feel weaker and more disgusted with myself after any visit.

This is the worst Mc Donald's ever. The Men's restroom is absolutely disgusting. The bathroom is always dirty and trash and paper towels are everywhere. They never clean it. Stay away from this place. Transients are in the parking lot too read more

Worst place ever!! Ordered one mcgriddles with cheese. Had to repeat myself multiple times because they kept saying I was asking for hash browns. This place is absolutely awful. It advertise itself as 24 hour drive thru but when I get there at 3 am I find that the drive thru was blocked but the employees were still in. So i walked in to the restaurant and was rudely told to leave. I asked why and the girl said we are taking a break. WTF are you kidding me? I wasted my time driving to this location on the ground that was open just to get the door slammed in my face. Don't ever come here. The girl was so absolutely rude. I am an understanding person if she had just provided a valid reason I would've understood but she treated me like I was in the wrong for coming in when it advertised itself as open. read more

I used to like coming to this McDonald's here on Indian Hill but the quality of the food has just gone downhill. Although customer service is good I purchased $20 worth of food the fries were cold and they look like they've been there for a day or two and they just reheated it along with a Big Macs nothing was fresh terrible terrible terrible I'm sorry I don't think I'll be going there anymore I took the survey and all the survey is is so you could get something buy one get one free but nothing about I will call you back on your experience here disappointing whoever owns it needs better manager service here please I hope you can fix it will be taking my business somewhere else thank you read more

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been too . I sat in line inside while the gentleman at the register struggled with one customer and the line at this point is growing she comes over to help him finally with that customer but walks away from the rest of the people in line still patiently waiting. The difficult customer leaves new customer walks up starts taking forever to order still not a big deal just waiting patiently then the manager who doesn't have a name tag on finally comes to help the next person in lines and after they order she says oh no cards right now our machine is down .. that's the kicker she sees the whole line waiting patiently and doesn't bother to say hey everyone who is waiting so patiently we don't have cards right now only cash !! To top it off she had no register in her drawer so she had to go get one in order to continue helping. I didn't bother saying anything and I just left. I don't generally complain but there were so many missed opportunities for the manager to step in and help but she chose not to. I was there at 9/10/17 at 530 . And I've never had slow service. Worst McDonald's I've been to in a while & that's saying something order something using the mobile app which I was skeptical about from the jump get to this McDonald's there line is taking forever then get here & they say that they cannot find my order after showing them that I was charged for the food which I did not receive they tell me they need the order code I show it & yet the manager still say that he cannot do anything so now I know that they are scamming people out of there money this place is the worst wouldn't eat here if it was the last place on the earth. read more

Came here on Friday, April 8th at 10:00 pm if I could give my visit a 0 star I would, the person taking my order was great, it's the food that I had an issue with.. I ordered a Big Mac and when I took my first bite I noticed that the meat hadn't been warmed up at all, it was fucking disgusting! The bun the meat everything about it was gross and cold. My girlfriend got a hash brown and what do you know that was cold on the inside as well, now I'm no scientist but I know it's not hard to heat up food that's literally already made up how much do you have to hate your job to send out food that terrible to customers!? I got drive thru last night and I ordered 2 checkin snack wraps one medium fri and a big mac. they made me wait for 8 mins then the lady had me pull up to the front because the food wasn't ready. After 20 min of twiddling my thumbs I walked in and waited again to speak with someone about my order. I guess next time I should ask them if they want me to hop behind the counter and help them get my order together maybe that would be sufficient. read more

Management tried to send us to the back of the line for a larger size on our drink. I work fast food and it takes seconds to make the drink larger. We always get the sausage burritos and this time they put almost nothing in there. It was almost an empty tortilla. read more

For the most part, this McDonald's is about as good as any other. But, here is one employee here, a really short girl that "attempts" to work the drive-thru, that is the model of inefficiency. I never have a problem with this place unless she is working. I have been through there 5 times when she is there and of them, 4 times I have left pissed off. The first time, for some odd reason, the only drink that they had was Dr Pepper. Nothing else worked or was available to drink. HOW THE F@#K DO YOU PULL THAT ONE OFF? I worked at a McDonald's when I was in high school. The places run themselves! You just have to keep the machines stocked! Even an idiot like me can do it. THERE WAS NO EXCUSE FOR THIS! The next 2 times, including the most recent and the reason for this review, the ATMs were down. Again, HOW THE F@#K DOES THIS HAPPEN? And only when she is there? Is she chewing on the wires? Why do I never have problems with the other employees there? On top of all of the failures that seem to surround her, she moves at half speed. Does she not realize that it is 5am and people have places to be. Every time there was an issue with her, she would run off to the back, leaving me there waiting. Normally this drive-thru is pretty quick but you can tell when she is at the helm because the cars will be backed up. This morning I drove right up to the order box and had to wait to place my order. I round the building and there was just one car in front of me at the window. I sat behind that car for 2 minutes and started wondering what's going on. Sure enough, she stuck her head out of the window, looking even more confused as ever. She looked like she was babbling to the car ahead of me about something. She left, came back, and left again. All of those times nothing was ever passed to or from the car other than words and ignorant looks. Finally, a drink changed hands. Moments later, the drink went back in the window. A few more conversations went down. Then the drink comes back out. While all of this was going on, which seemed like forever, the cars were stacking up behind me. There were even a few that started honking. FINALLY, the drink puzzle was solved close to 7mins later, I pull up to the window. I hand her my card and her response was "Uh, You don't have cash? So I always have a problem with this McDonald .. each time I go there , there usually missing something either napkins or a straw with the order .. this time I had went yesterday around 6 and the first girl I spoke with giving her my cash seems very unhappy and hate her job very much .. the second window was a guy and was very nice , such a sweet boy .. I left having and had stop to eat turns out my chicken nuggets were very burnt and had burnt crumbs , my fries seems like it was just the rest of the last fries of the bad very sharp .. I'm a pregnant women having burnt food and very sharp fries to eat .. The drive thru line can be very long but moves quickly in comparison to other McDonald's so this is convenient when in a hurry.

I hate that this Mc Donalds is the closest to work. On several occasions they have the worst soda like they don't check carbonation in their machines and with lines always long they rush you along before u can check your food which is always something wrong. Today pies were so cold and disgusting. I will be driving a little out of the way to go to another location with better quality. read more
