What a pleasant surprise this McDonald's is! You walk in and no locks on the restrooms! And they were clean. Even bigger surprise, an actual person smiling and taking orders, breakfast condiments out on the counter, you can refill your own cups, people smiling and my order came out in minutes (I didn't have to wait on the same line as the drive thru orders). Really bad experiences at this location. Long waits both inside and in the drive through. Even at off peak times.

While ordering I told the employee what I wanted and this older man made a big deal and said "you sure you want that, it's only for you right" first of all it's nun of your business to why I'm buying this little or this much food it's not like your going to eat it. The food was dry and wasn't even cooked right, The fries they were made overly salty. He forgot my tea and I asked for it and he said "wtf I thought I gave you it" well you didn't this just not aceptable. Busy McDonald's location that sits right off the freeway from 16th street. This is a smaller location inside that is renovated. Not a kids zone as they don't have a play area however still offer the same regular menu items. The drive through has double ordering windows which help move fast. The only issue with this location is majority of the time there is some kind of hiccup and the service is not up to par. Many times I have received cold food, order is wrong or they forgot something. I have dealt with this for years. The service window seems to hold employees that are trainees. I'm not sure but they tend to be not the courteous workers. read more

I was stuck in the line for 20 minutes. No one explained what was happening until I was about 15 minutes in. (Apparently a register broke, and that backed up the three cars in line total) No one took my order and asked me to pull forward. I was stuck between two cars and eventually I asked to get let out of line because I didn't get to place an order and was late for work. (Have the car in-front of me go to the parking spot like would happen any other time there was a wait) I was promptly ignored to be let out but had my order taken finally. At the point I got to the window, my order still wasn't ready. After waiting another 5 minutes I was given the incorrect coffee and wasn't even given an apology for the 25 minute wait and wrong order. Things happen, but how they were hAndled were not okay. Awful service and poor product. I had to order my drink three times then watch the cashier enter it in correctly I ordered a large cold vanilla latte. She asked what type of milk and entered the wrong type. She asked me vanilla or sugar-free vanilla then said they are out of vanilla. Asked me hot or cold and told her cold twice. I requested half the syrup and when I received my drink it was nothing but vanilla milk. I paid four dollars for this when I could've paid an extra dollar at Starbucks and gotten a bigger and better drink. I didn't have high expectations for McDonald's but I thought they would at least get the order right. Then it took 15 minutes to receive one incorrect overpriced drink. Ugh read more

This McDonald's has their situation all wrong. For starters their drive they line up is against a trash receptacle and an intersection. It's hard to get in the drive thru when there's hardly any room. Secondly, I've been having to wait every time for my food. Don't get me wrong I'll be more than happy to wait but why every time? The lack of professional service is astounding and it surprises me that this McDonald's even thrives. I have been waiting for almost ten minutes for a few burgers.
