Dear Ernie's Fuel Stop owner and management, please pay attention to this situation…read more Unfortunately, my experience at your truck stop was extremely disappointing. After reading many other reviews, I can see that my situation is not an isolated case. Many truck drivers mention the same problems: rude employees, poor customer service, dirty restrooms, and a lack of basic respect toward customers. The location itself is actually very good and convenient for truck drivers. This place has a lot of potential and could be a great truck stop where drivers would want to come back. But unfortunately, the attitude of some employees completely ruins the experience. I would especially like to bring attention to the night shift from July 5th to July 6th. The woman working that night was extremely rude and disrespectful. When I first asked about parking, she responded with irritation and a bad attitude. Later, after a long day on the road, I wanted to take a shower. Instead of a normal explanation, she raised her voice at me and said the shower was not available. She even told me not to wash myself in the restroom -- only quickly wash my face and leave. I travel all over the country and visit many truck stops, but I have rarely experienced such poor treatment of drivers. Truck drivers spend days and nights on the road. We are not asking for anything special -- just a safe place to park, clean restrooms, a working shower, and respectful communication. Based on many other reviews, this seems to be a long-term problem with customer service and cleanliness, not just one bad experience. I truly hope management takes this seriously, because this location could be much better with better employee training, improved cleanliness, and more respect for the drivers who support this business every day.

THE LANDING @ RENTON…read more Parking is available throughout multiple lots, but it is mostly street parking and can get extremely busy. One downside of this spot is how crowded it gets due to the number of stores in the area, along with limited parking that is also used by employees. While you're usually able to find a spot, be prepared for some walking, as the complex is fairly spread out. I really like The Landing. It's located in Renton right off the 405 freeway at Exit 5, which makes it very accessible. The area has a great mix of food options, including Red Robin, Korean barbecue, Thai food, and even a movie theater. The layout is well spread out and the area is especially known for its Asian cuisine. I definitely recommend taking your time to walk around, especially on the weekends when it's lively and busy. It's also conveniently located next to a park, which adds to the experience. The selection here is mostly food-focused, with limited shopping options such as Ulta Beauty and Target. Overall, the value of this place is decent, though it does lean more toward the expensive side due to its touristy feel. Despite that, I still recommend stopping by.

My husband had booked Wally Park airport parking for me and had given me the QR code to exit. However, the QR code did not work. The gate assistant Selam told me that I needed the original email, which only my husband had, but he didn't have phone signal so I couldn't reach him. I asked to speak with Selam's manager multiple times but she refused. I told her that we had gotten a special deal for agreeing to park on the roof, and after 50 minutes of being unhelpful she finally asked me which intermediary company I used. I didn't know because my husband was the one who booked it. I asked her if she could try the most common company, but she refused to unless I knew for sure. At this point, I had sat in the Wally Park for a full hour trying to get out, and I asked her if I could just pay again to get out (even though I had already paid). She refused; she said that she didn't know how much to charge me. She also asked me how I got in. I told her that the gate was open when I came in on Monday, June 22, and nobody asked me to scan anything. She told me that was impossible and accused me of lying. I told her at this point, she was holding me at the Wally Park against my will, and that it was not my fault that the QR code was not working. She responded that it wasn't HER fault that the QR code was not working. She actually suggested that I call 911. At this point, I had wasted 60 minutes at Wally Park and had no way of getting out, so then I called 911. I explained that Wally Park was falsely trapping me in the parking garage even after I offered to pay a second time (essentially offering to pay twice to resolve this ridiculous situation). Selam started yelling at the 911 operator through my phone that I was lying and that I never offered to pay. Thankfully, at this point, my husband came back into phone range, and told me that he used Park Whiz. Then Selam let me out of the garage. This was the worst parking experience of my life. My time is valuable, and I don't appreciate being called a liar, not being allowed to talk to a manager, being told to call 911, and being told that the fact that their QR code wasn't working was not Wally Park's fault. This was the most unprofessional, rudest customer service I've ever received. To top it off, it turns out the QR code said Park Whiz on it all along. Somehow even though I showed Selam the QR code multiple times, she didn't recognize the significance of this. I would think that staff in the parking garage ought to know how to process Park Whiz QR codes. I deserve a sincere apology from her, which she didn't offer.
