The trusted Yelp app again has led us to this popular breakfast spot near the Hilton Sedona Resort. The best part was walking distance from the resort. Luckily, we didn't have to wait long for a table. Lines started to form when we left. The restaurant is spacious and good for groups. I had the full stack pancakes with blueberry. They were huge and fluffy with yummy blueberry flavors. If it wasn't so hot, I don't mind sitting outside to enjoy the magical views. Darling cafe filled with warm people and dish polishing good food! Every single time we visited for breakfast we leave after cleaning the plates with our tongues and a big ole belly to hold the yummy fare. They certainly do not disappoint with their Mexican style items. And what do you absolutely have to order if you do only come by here once? Hands down, the chorizo and eggs, bar none! And what goes incredibly well with said chorizo and eggs? Their homemade salsa! The combo is breathtakingly delicious and you can judge that yourself. The staff in here are super sweet and helpful. The waiter here could give you suggestions in what to order and where to hike. The waitress always swing by with a smile, ready to assist with whatever you need. We have not been to Miley's Cafe for about 10 years. The last time the food was terrible. We saw there are new owners so decided to try it again. The service was efficient and friendly but there were only a few customers. We ordered a Philly Cheese Steak with french fries. It was delivered quickly. The fries were hot and delicious. The sandwich was a disappointment. The bun was burnt. The steak resembled beef jerky as it was super dry. Even more cheese would not have resurrected it. I asked for Au Jus to try to make it edible. The server did not know what I was talking about. The beer menu is very limited with no amber beers even though Oak Creek Brewery is in west Sedona. Oak Creek Amber beer is my husband's favorite. Other food that came out of the kitchen looked good. We are not sure we will try something different. We certainly will not order the Philly Cheese Steak again. read more

Miley's Cafe has the best menu!!! We went for breakfast and was blown away by all the choices! I ended up getting the Mexi (vegetarian) omelet, I didn't want potatoes nor bread so asked for some fruit instead and got some delish slices of cantaloupe. I was really happy that they had Turkey bacon as one of their sides. I was very content with my breakfast. My husband had a great meat lovers omelet with their wonderful salsa added to it, it made it even better than it was!! The staff was constantly making sure we were okay and was right their for coffee refills! Only negative is I wish I had asked for more cheese on my omelet.
