Best place for personal pizzas! Unlimited toppings and no one to judge you if you like pineapple on yours! Yoi can choose from different sizes and even the thickness of your crust. If you prefer a salad, they have those as well. Usually they have a couple local beers on draft. My favorite is the drizzle after they cook the pizza ( you do have to ask them for it , they don't ask you) it's a very chill laid back atmosphere, the workers are usually super fast and even if there's a line, it doesn't take long to order. I'm updating this review during the covid-19 pandemic. Mod had a special for free delivery on weekends with an order of $15+. We ordered online. My son has food allergies so we took advantage of the deal when I wanted to get a much needed break from the kitchen. Delivery was fairly quick, the pizza did arrive cold(we just warmed it up) I'm sure they're swamped on weekends. They ask you to leave specific directions of where to leave the food, ring the doorbell, etc when you place the order. The delivery driver was not wearing a mask nor gloves. Which is probably another good reason to have no contact delivery. He followed the directions we typed in the box and the only notable difference on the pizza was the smaller amount of toppings they put on as well as then being out of shrooms. It was still worth the price and we were happy to be able to get free no contact delivery. I would recommend they provide their drivers with masks and gloves to keep everyone safe. The reason I don't give 5 star is sometimes (not often) I'll get burned pieces (literal chunks) of whatever from their oven so then it tastes like charcoal in my mouth. This was my first time trying MOD Pizza and honestly, this was beyond my expectations. The store was nice and clean with a friendly environment. I placed an order online and the ordering experience was very smooth and easy to navigate. Upon picking up our pizza (first time customer) I was a little confused on whether I needed to wait in line or if there was a pick up window for online orders. So I went ahead and waiting behind customers. When I got to the teller lane the server directed me to the register for online pick up. I received my order quickly and on time. Unfortunately my order was very underwhelming. Ordered 2 gluten-free pizzas and brought them home. They smelt & looked incredible but the dough was limp and kind of oily. I broiled the pizzas in my home oven to try and get them crispier but that didn't do the trick; which already was an annoyance since we only live down the street and the pizza wasn't even cold! We saw on the menu they had gluten free crust and dairy free cheese...and MOD Pizza did an amazing job for us when we mentioned one person in our party for our take out order had a gluten and dairy allergy. Her pizza and salad were delicious as well and she had no issues from any cross contamination at all. The manager had assured us that they would all change their gloves and use a separate station and use separate cutters when preparing her order. It was such a wonderful meal for all of us. Having celiac means you really can't eat out a lot and this was a wonderful experience for us! Unfortunately my daughter is visiting from North Carolina and there are no MOD pizzas where she lives. Love the build your own pizza option, I have been to this location several times since their grand opening and I always get the added pesto finish after my pie comes out of the oven. Since I work nearby, it is a delicious and quick way to get in and out on my lunch break. You have the option of eating there or taking your pizza to go which is a plus. The staff is always very inviting and makes an effort to greet everyone who comes in. A must try is their marion berry lemonade, I can't get enough of that stuff. Yes, I understand they can get busy, but that is no reason to have flys in the food and tops. Really, the whole place is not kept clean and they have baby flys all over their women's bathroom. The staff is as friendly as can be, but most of the time they act like you are bothering them. There is almost no space to sit anywhere without bumping elbows with the person next to you. The 'Pizza Builders' (I'll call them) working the fresh build your own pizza line were very informative on the ingredients. There was not a single ingredient I wanted that they did not have. Local Dragoon and Borderlands beer available on tap. Staff is energetic and set a good vibe in addition to the classic hits playing on the house speakers. A modern loft feel sets the stage. Pizza was delicious, very tasty. Pizza dough is crisp and lite and crumbles in your mouth. I did the build your own option; red sauce, mozzarella, minced garlic, pepperoni, regular crumbled Italian sausage, whole garlic and oregano. After baked they topped it with chopped basil, by request. I also got the Strips- garlic bread made on the same pizza dough. Crispy, buttery, garlic flat bread. Was really good.
