Beautiful interior, great for meetings or sitting down to enjoy coffee and food. Long tables and family style seating areas. There is a lot of coffee merchandise available for purchase, beans all the way to a espresso machine. Everyone working there is super friendly and helpful. I purchased beans and Josh was kind enough to ground half for me. Coffee is great and all of their breakfast items look very tasty. Smaller parking lot but seems to move along. read more

My client and I just finished a showing appt and I wanted to buy him a coffee so we can sit and talk about it and catch up after the holidays. The parking was kinda tough. Why is there a valet person? He ended up leaving after an hour anyway and wouldn't let us park behind him. I like places with room to park. Anyway, we got in, greeted by a nice gentleman. Ambience looked and felt nice and cozy. We got the cold brew with sea salt cream. Not my favorite. The cold brew was very acidic... so we ended up putting a whole bunch of heavy cream to balance it out. Next time, I'll try something else. It looked packed for a Friday early evening. Looked like a lot of students. We sat outside and got to play with some dogs. So it's dog-friendly! It's nice to support smaller businesses. Check them out! read more

Armed with a half open concept as movable walls and lots of glass to allow ample sunlight the ambience is simple yet modern with both indoor and outdoor seating. The service is friendly and inviting. They have a selection of both pre-made and hot food available. Tried one of their signature drinks - the Hulk Juice - which is an unique matcha drink mixed with coffee fruit that is akin to the taste of honey. Found the combination to be wonderful as was a balance of creamy, sweet, and bitter. This may be one of my favorite beverages as of late. We got the cold brew with sea salt cold foam and the churro latte with almond milk. I like that they don't up charge the house made almond milk which is definitely a plus. However the cold brew was very sweet even before mixing the foam which I thought was strange since cold brew typically isn't pre-sweetened, or maybe it was the foam that was very, very sweet. It made the drink taste off. The churro latte was spot on! Service was questionable. We got redirected since the main line which was taking too long after waiting a few minutes as second in line, which was fine however they didn't redirect us to the correct spot and then when we got to the front of the correct place a different worker told us to get to the back of the initial line which was confusing. We had to clarify that someone else initially redirected us there...at the new register they didn't have the same menus so they told us to go back to the front of the other line to find the menu. They were also restarting the registers so we spent more time doing this change than if we had just waited in the original line. Overall it felt very disorganized despite it not being too crowded or busy. I feel like the cafe could benefit with more clear placements/instructions and menus on both sides to be more efficient. This place is a fun place to be! Great for studying and hanging out. They have power outlets all over the place and lots of space to plop for studying/working. Came on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't too busy, we ordered at the front and sat and waited for our drinks. I asked what the most popular drinks are and he suggested the churro drink or the matcha. I got the churro as I asked someone in line about the matcha and they said it was not good quality here after already going to Japan and having matcha from there. So I stuck with the churro coffee drink while my friend decided to try matcha. Server suggested half sweet for my churro drink and I am so glad I did because it was pretty sweet still. Tasted like cinnamon milk coffee and I tried my friend's matcha and it was not that much of a stand out for me as a matcha girly. Lots of room here to work from home. I tried the iced churro latte, and it was a game-changer! The balance between the coffee and milk was perfect, and the churro flavor was subtle yet prominent enough to give it a unique twist. My friends tried the hot churro latte and a large iced latte, and they both were equally satisfied with their choices. Despite it being a Tuesday morning, the coffee shop was surprisingly busy. There was free valet parking available for customers that want to sit inside or there is 10 minute to go parking spots available as well. The only downside was that there weren't too many outlets by the bigger tables, so it was a harder for my group to find a big table with outlets for us, especially because it was so busy. The availability of Wi-Fi is for two hours per drink/purchase and each device will need a unique code to connect so if you're looking for a coffee shop where you can sit for hours at to study, this might not be the place. The coffee shop had great aesthetics, which made it an excellent spot for taking some Instagram-worthy photos. The staff was also very friendly and made us feel welcome, which added to the overall positive experience. I came here for the first time two years ago and hadn't been back since. A colleague of mine wanted to work together from Moon Goat, and having forgotten about it in so long I figured why not, it's close to my house so an easy option. The drinks are always good, but for working here, the internet is abysmal. It's horrible. It's so slow, the process to get connected is painful (they give you a code if you buy something, but actually connecting once you have the code is difficult... and I am tech savvy). The food is good but so overpriced !!! Unfortunately, with so many other options nearby, this would not be my first choice for a coworking spot until they get high speed internet. Overall, a great place for coffee and a chat, but awful if you need internet or have work to do. read more

Was pleasantly surprised to see this place open at 9PM on a Saturday evening when most coffee shops I looked up were closed. From the outside, it could've passed for a brewery! The interior is huge and industrial for a coffee shop. Lots of seating and plenty of college students were there studying. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and my husband got their churro latte. The pumpkin spice latte was a little too sweet for my taste, but the churro latte was perfectly balanced with a hint of cinnamon. Oh my god. Like, oh my god. I'm at a LOSS for words. I was in the OC area on a Saturday night with the husband and we wanted a pink me up even though it was like 10pm. (Yucky Starbucks, all shade) Load and behold... MOONGOAT. We ordered a medium iced churro latte and a medium iced chai latte. Cue the stairway to Heaven sound effect. My body when I had that first sip of the chai... left this earth straight to heaven. The barista or the tea itself put its entire bussy in that iced chai. I'm a HUGE fan of chais and noticed everywhere makes it different, this place, I don't know if it's crack or what, but I sipped so slow wishing I asked for a gallon size cup of it. It was absolutely amazing. Amazing. It had an aftertaste that made you want to continuously drink it. I wish I could have it breakfast lunch dinner and all in between. I don't care if it would shave 10 years off my lifespan it was just that good to me. Next the iced churro latte. I've had this strain of latte before from different roasters but man oh man. I don't know what it is, but I'm telling you y'all... this place is the place for tea/coffee drinks. I was sipping between the tea and coffee cause I couldn't figure out which one I wanted more. They have a lot of offerings on their menu for drinks and food. There are bags of beans available to purchase along with merch. Parking lot can get a little hectic and was consistently full when I arrived and left. Service was friendly. They always made sure you were helped if you came up to the counter for went near it. I got a drip coffee and a spinach egg biscuit sandwich. Coffee was fine. Sandwich was a little sad. I keep hearing great things about this spot though and I think I ordered the wrong things. My first visit and I'm really impressed, however, it was the GF's third time here so I had some idea about the ambiance and menu. She's tried Sandwiches and other things, for example, and several hot and cold drinks. Parking can present a bit of a challenge here, so be aware. Most of the out front spots are reserved for call ahead pickup orders, so you'll have to drive a little deeper in where other businesses might also have parking restrictions, so read all signs carefully. Anyhow, inside is a very spacious interior. To the left is where you order and pickup your drinks, there's a kitchen there as well. On the right is another bar area and small marketplace for drinks. They also have quite a schwag collection of canvas bags, ball caps, and a number of T-shirts with different designs and colors. Additionally, they sell their own roasted coffees in bags or cardboard containers. Then, there are several different seating options: We aimed for the couch in a lounge area with a coffee table and several chairs surrounding it. There are high bar seats, and a patio out back. I liked the Pour-over option and chose Ethiopian Wush Wush, a light, smooth, and slightly sweet coffee the whole presentation was neat. She got something that I enjoyed several sips of. Basically, it's iced coffee with a thick layer of salted cream whipped to a rich, icing-like consistency. Sort of like the weird cheese caps at Boba tea houses, but better (IMHO). I'd definitely Do That! The atmosphere seems conducive to study, apparently there's a Concordia University nearby so at times you might hear Bible talk. Personally, I'd pick a comfortable chair and bring a good book to read. Music is the soundtrack of late 70s and 80s AOR rock, but it contributes to the chill beachy bohemian vibe. read more
