All the reviews are correct, this place is amazing. Got the waffler (eggs and bacon on a Belgian waffle) with Hollandaise on the side just to try something new in a new spot. Very impressed! The only downside is that I live about 25 miles away, but this just might give me a reason to make more trips out to the valley. I came on a rainy Saturday around noon and there were about 10-15 ppl waiting outside. I put our names on the list and only had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated. I ordered the waffle Benedict which was so delicious! The flavor was great and the hollandaise sauce is some of the best I've ever had. It also comes with home fries which was cooked perfectly with onions and peppers . My friend got the French toast waffle which was also fantastic! I always appreciated the outdoor seating, but now with the qaurantine it's a great commodity. More than waffles has always been a delicious breakfast spot and they never disappoint. It does get very packed so come early! Also you may or may not see someone you recognize or even a celebrity, it appears I always do when I come, last time I saw Chuck Liddell!!!! But anyway I digress, this last time I came around 8am and got seated right away. Recently I've been getting into a keto lifestyle and it was so awesome that you have options and customization that allows you to follow your regime. I had the california omelette with extra ham and traded the waffle for sausage. Extremely delicious and filling, although I highly recommend their waffles and french toast, they are always brought out hot and fresh and just melts in your mouth. Service was very attentive and constantly making sure my coffee was topped off and that I didn't need anything. The owner was also out asking us if we found everything to our liking and we absolutely did! Where can you get that kind of love around here anymore? No where! Free coffee on the patio on weekends. Indoor seating is elbow to elbow. Wait for a table is long. Parking is decent -- and free -- in the underground lot. Been coming here for years and we usually go her for special occasions due to the great food and nice scenery. Prices are quite high but you do get good portions. Waiters give great service but the hostesses aren't so warm and friendly. The wait times can can horribly long so ordering pickup is a good alternative. HOWEVER, docking 2 stars for asking for extra salsa in our to-go order which they did not do. When I ask for more they proceeds to threaten a CHARGE of $6.95 for extra to deter me from asking. Mind you, they attest it's unlimited when dining in which we normally do so this comes to a total shock. My total to-go bill is approx $60.00 pre-salsa charge and for me to truly enjoy this meal, i begrudgingly pay. This experience really deters me from coming back. read more
