Food is excellent! Service is amazing! Wait time is long but once you get seated, they serve your food pretty quickly

I was very impressed with this place. Large menu with sweet, savory and healthy options. They even offer an avocado toast menu for your CA basic betches and a gluten free menu for those in need. Hubby ordered the breakfast burrito and enjoyed it with their house-made salsa. It actually had some heat too it unlike most places! I had the Waffler Benedict, which is a waffle topped with bacon, avocado and perfectly poached eggs, with Ika's salad (cucumber, tomato, onion and bell pepper) on the side. This was HUGE and they definitely don't skimp on the avocado or thick, crispy bacon. What thoroughly impressed us was the service. Each person greeted us and politely proved they wanted to accommodate to our every need. From the host and hostess, to the server, to other servers checking in, to the bussers - everyone checked in on us and ensured we had everything we could want or need. The restaurant interior has a very local hidden gem feel to it if you know what I mean (think small town vibes), but the crowded atmosphere of people dining reminds you that you're still in L.A. and this spot isn't so hidden :) We ordered a few different plates, including the waffles of course, and it was all yummy! read more

If I could I would give this place 3 and a half stars. Was here yesterday to grab some food and it was okay. Me and my girlfriend ordered the same thing to eat the 2 pancakes combo for takeout. When we got home we saw that They only gave us one side of syrup for 2 pancakes and no butter. I had to get some syrup from my girlfriend and still was not enough. It's like getting one ketchup for a order of fries. Other then that food was okay cause the one syrup was annoying. They have a lot of parking as they are in a large plaza. Staff was friendly. I would come back to this place but would ask for like 4 syrup if I order pancakes. read more

Busy little breakfast spot in a shopping center, near a large fountain. Have been here on several occasions, prices are reasonable. Stopped in on Monday for breakfast with a friend, Belgian waffles are usually fantastic, but came out cold this time. Have had their eggs Benedict on one occasion and spinach souffle Benedict this most recent time... Their hollandaise leans much further towards the mayonnaise side of flavoring and could use some work, so I don't think I'll order anything Benedict from there going forward which is a bit disappointing since that's typcially my favorite breakfast meal. the spinach souffle was so rich I was only able to finish half the meal, so I'll be sticking to waffles on any return trips. Visit felt a little rushed (they delivered my check when they delivered our entrees) even though there were no other customers waiting for outdoor seating. Consistency & customer service are so key in this industry & I can always count on MTW to be exactly what I come for. The wait isn't bad if you're a regular & you know the hours to avoid. Hint: Sunday mornings, you're gonna wait. They have terrible cell service, but the wifi is awesome! I always get the Mediterranean, with a waffle AND potatoes. Unflavored coffee, water & extra salsa! The Ika was once recommended to me by Ika herself & it did not disappoint! You also have to try the Ultima atleast once! If you're ever lucky enough to sit in Marci's section, she is a riot. If you're having a bad day, just chat her up for a little sunshine. All of the staff move quickly & are on top of top offs/refills, extra napkins & customer satisfaction. Their customer service really sucks. As well as the food. I found a hair in my fresh orange juice cup when I went for brunch with my girlfriend. In addition, that day, I was expecting an important call. I asked if they have phone charger to charge my phone. They said, they don't have. I had to go around and look for a cable. Hopefully, I got one. When i give it to them, They said they don't have adapter. Eventually, I borrowed it from the Cinema coffee shop in the front. When, I brought the adapter, cable and asked to charge my phone, surprisingly they refused. It seems they were just trying to get rid of me, but thought they really didn't have it. They could have told me, we can't charge your phone from very beginning and I don't have to keep going back and forth looking for a cable and adapter. Yesterday, I had a horrendous experience when I literally destroyed my tire pulling into a driveway. I have used this Midas location several times and always with a great experience. I called them emergency, and they squeezed me in. I knew I had to drive 35 miles home and knew I needed "last minute emergency help". 5 min after dropping off vehicle I learned not just the tire, but I destroyed my m. When I got this news, the owner/manager had already looked into the repair. His receptionist drove from Simi to Valencia and back and he was able to do the repairs in seconds flat. I really don't know how to give this business a better review. All I can say is care with love. I feel blessed to know I have a team there that has always had my back and highly recommend this business. I have the utmost ultimate faith in their service, and need to share my experience. Sunday Morning Breakfast Five stars food restaurant .The food is sooo delicious no question about that and deserve 5 stars. It's really very unique way of cooking the waffles and very interesting way of mixing the ingredients together to have a very yummy yummy plate at the end. BUT, the service (check in /out and in between) needs a lot of improvement. Also, the place is sooooo noisy and crowded. And because of how crowded the place is you can't enjoy eating your order because the servant are rushing you up to finish your food very fast and check out because there are people waiting outside. We were eating under the pressure (Kinda we were timed up). The experience ruined our Sunday. I will never go to this place again. Although the food worth try but the customer service and the noise are soo bad. If you are willing to put up with bad customer service and the noise then the food worth try. read more

Came here for brunch after walking around the plaza. Such a cute spot! It was a beautiful day so we opted to sit outside. I got the epic protein waffle. It came with banana, flax seed, chia seed and peanut butter drizzle. So so good! My friend got an omelette and that looked good too. Love this place. While there is often a wait to get in on the weekends, but that should tell you how good the food is and the service.; its other the wait. Starting with the hottest--who I suspect is an owner--you are made to feel welcomed and taken care of right from the start. The serving staff is very good, young and friendly with a strong sense conveyed of wanting to take good care of you. When I was there last, on a Sunday, they had a guitar player performing. I must say that often this has been intrusive to the dining experience at other restaurants, but here it lent itself to a convivial atmosphere and was never intrusive. I order the California omelette, it was very big and had lots of bacon that was a plus. My daughter had the Chicken and Waffels. The chicken was good, the waffle had chicken inside.
