The atmosphere, scenery, food, and customer service are always top tier. I usually head to the third floor, which has become my favorite spot. During my recent visit, Fanny was absolutely amazing -- incredibly sweet, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. Her customer service truly elevated the experience. My go-to order is always the mini elk tacos with flour tortillas, and of course the mac and cheese, but this time I tried the queso and chips and it was divine -- rich, flavorful, and honestly one of the best I've had in a while. I paired everything with a Ranch Water and had such a relaxing evening. I returned again on Memorial Day and although the third floor was closed, the second-floor experience was just as exceptional. Lauren -- the one with the long dark hair -- was incredibly kind, warm, and attentive. Ask for Lauren if you visit. She provided genuine hospitality and made the experience feel personal and welcoming. 10/10 every single time. Whether you live in Plano or you're simply visiting the area, Haywire is absolutely worth experiencing for yourself.
