Could it be?? Has my search for a go to pizza and wings delivery spot come to an end? Mountain Mike's checked all the boxes for me- reasonably priced, delicious, quick, and they even have their own app! We've been trying to keep away from DoorDash because of the added fees that restaurants don't see, and it was so exciting to see that Mountain Mike's has their own app! AND the have rewards directly in the app- 5$ off your first order was such a nice treat! We got the Everest without olives or onions and 12 honey garlic wings- both were plenty of food and absolutely delicious. The pizza had a perfectly crunch bottom crust and was loaded with toppings, and the honey garlic sauce on the wings was delightful. The ranch that came on the side was a very generous portion too which I appreciated! We're beyond thrilled at this find and can't wait to come back- especially for the free rewards you get when you order! read more

I have really increased my ordering food for take out and dining in over the last few months due to health issues that make it hard to cook consistently. And because of that, I am obviously (to the point of being annoying) more focused on how far my dollar goes. So after a day of resting and sleeping and laying in bed I decided on pizza for dinner. I recently saw pics of a Mountain Mike's and it looked like it could be similar to my favorite place in town (boulevard) but closer to home. So I downloaded their app which had a $5 off coupon for first order and currently has 15% of a large pizza too. I did a large (14 slices) create your own with 4 toppings which comes out to be around $31. Ranch sides are $0.69 for 2 oz cup, I ordered 3. Then I did the twelve Buffalo wings for $12.99, the app asks which side you would like and selected ranch. I placed the order and on the confirmation screen says you'll receive an email when they confirm the order. That didn't happen so after 15 minutes I called the restaurant and ensured they did get it, which they did, so just don't expect the email if you use the app. I pull up to the empty restaurant. There are zero signs outside about masks. The older gentlemen who is bald (maybe owner? Or manager?) Has no mask on. The girl working the front has a mask on her chin as does another blonde girl in the back. The only worker I saw with a mask on correctly seemed to be a shorter (I think, ironically since masks cover so much I'm not for sure) Hispanic woman who was boxing up pizzas. So for me, I then question how sanitary they are if they don't take covid seriously... probably not disinfecting tables, menus etc. The box looked small for a large, and when I get home there are 12 slices, meaning I got a medium. So are they offering the 15% off coupon and just giving you a medium instead? The Buffalo wings didn't come with the ranch, which wouldn't be a big deal except you have to pay for every ranch side here. I request my pizza extra crispy as I hate soggy crust. It was crispy, but I could have used maybe one more round through. They do a lot of toppings, mine was Canadian bacon, olives, mushrooms and bell pepper. But I would say they did a lot of the Canadian bacon and olives and regular on mushrooms and bell pepper. The crust was more doughy than I generally prefer, if I ever do come back I am exploring the thin crust. In the end the food isn't bad, but the no masks, and feeling jipped on food left a bad first impression. So for now I will just cross my fingers that Boulevard (loyalty program, good pizza, free ranch) opens up a second location in South Reno. read more

I always get pizza from Mountain Mikes on S. McCarren near Mira Loma in Reno, NV. I just love their 20" pepperoni pizza! the pepperoni is legit, just like one of my favorites in New York where I ate pizza for years! $47 for a large pizza and a salad delivered... honestly, I'm not mad at it because the pizza was really good. Or as my dad said, " Really, really, really good." We probably both ate more than we should have because we have no self control and I couldn't bare the thought of reheating it. We ordered at 6:25 on a Saturday night and it was at the house shortly before 7:05 - within the 40-60 minute timeframe they quoted over the phone. The delivery guy forgot our salad but we usually eat the salad last and he was back in 10 minutes to get it to us. We loved the thin crust pizza. While the salad was very fresh, it was heavy on lettuce and light on all the other toppings. Probably wouldn't bother with it again. I hear they have a deal on Tuesdays. While we likely won't be shelling out $50 often for pizza night, this will be a good treat and well worth it on the nights when cooking sounds terrible and leaving to pick something up seems like a hassle. When I first arrived in Reno several years ago, I tried Mountain Mike's on Kietzke. Worst pizza I ever ate! I can't say that anymore. Mountain Mike's is under new ownership. I was asked to give it another chance, so I did. I haven't enjoyed pizza like this in a very long time. Everything was fresh and delicious. The crust is crispy and loaded to its edge. If you became jaded by the Mountain Mike's of the past, like I was? Please give it another try. You'll be happy you did. The lunch buffet is reasonably priced and a good way of testing their pizza. The owner is also opening a new restaurant on Keystone near the freeway by the new Sonic. He believes in a clean restaurant and a quality product. I verified it and confirmed it. read more

This restaurant is a 5-minute walk from my apartment and it took over 2 hours to get delivery. Obviously pizza was cold. I called and spoke to the manager and she said sorry we don't have enough drivers. I asked if it was a scheduling issue and she said no we just don't have enough drivers. The price difference is $50 between having a coupon and not. Been there for their Buffet and if the Buffet pizza is any indication of how they make the pizzas for you to take home or to even eat there then I definitely don't recommend this place the pizzas. For example, the Mount Everest is supposed to be high and toppings, and there was so little toppings on the ones they brought off of the Buffet, I also asked if they could make a special one to bring out to the Buffet they said yes and it was horrible read more

I was going to come and eat and right when I walk in the people who are working in there are just sitting there to the left playing on the computer eating and coughing all over the place without covering there mouths. First time visit. Dine in. Staff are great, we were greeted promptly - they answered our questions and made great recommendations. Pizza came out quickly - we ordered a medium Pikes peak and a small garlic sticks with cheese. Came out piping hot served to table. Delicious flavors. Went there for lunch buffet $10.99 no drink. Have salad bar nothing to brag about. Simple salad bar. They only have two choices of pizzas available to pick from. Sometime four choices the most. If you remember the signature taste of Mountain Mike's Pizza, you have to visit this location immediately. I know we have a lot of CA transplants who know about the unique taste and quality of the Mt. Mikes Franchise. This location moved during Covid and got a huge upgrade. It's very modern, clean, and comfortable. The TVs had the sports games on and it was very a very cool and friendly atmosphere to hang with friends. We ordered a few of the specialty pizzas and were stoked on the signature taste we've come to love. They were all cooked to perfection and loaded with toppings. I highly recommend this location and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I wish I would have taken pics, but the pizza was gone in a flash.
