This is the second time this has happened. Both times, I ordered lunch online and had it submitted and confirmed before 11am. First time, scheduled delivery was for 11:45am during a weekday. I ordered 5 or 6 pizzas for a class lunch. Second time, scheduled delivery was around 11:40am during a weekday and this was for 1 lg pizza and a cookie dessert. The first order didn't come on time, in fact it was over 2 hours late. The pizza was for a bunch of gentlemen attending class at our office. They were scheduled to break at 12noon for lunch. And I had lunch ordered and scheduled to be delivered and set up before the class lunchtime. But when I called the store to #1 to confirm order and then #2 to make sure it was going to be delivered on time, well, it didn't show up and then onto #3 when I called just before noon to find out it was out for delivery and to allow driver 5-10 minutes. Well, 5-10-15 minutes go by, nada. I call the restaurant again to be told delivery driver is just around the corner. An hour goes by with no delivered pizza and calls to the restaurant. The driver shows up just after 2pm with piping hot pizza. Driver and Manager promised to take care of us and all the things they promised never happened. A year or so goes by, we start ordering from them again with no issues until today - which brings us to the second time. I ordered pizza for our ladies in the office who take care of everyone. Lunch time for us is between noon-1pm. Order was placed before 11am - and confirmation received with est delivery time 11:39am. I'm thinking we will get it by 12noon for sure - so we are all good. Well, it approaches 12noon and nothing. First call to the restaurant, a sweet lady answers tells me the delivery driver just left and he'd be here in 5-10 minutes. Well, 15 minutes later still no pizza and, yes you guessed it, I called again. Again I was informed this time they talked to the delivery person and he'd be here in 5-10 minutes - he had to make deliveries before ours. At 12:20p our pizza was delivered lukewarm at best. I mean I do enjoy cold pizza - but I love to have my first or second piece be piping hot. Delivery driver waiting around for a tip which I didn't give him...and that's not normal for me - but I didn't believe we should have to tip him and I believe the restaurant should do something to rectify this problem and make things right. I did get a I'm sorry on my last phone call to the restaurant to let them know pizza was finally delivered and I did tell the man, Joaquin, that the pizza was luke warm at best. He said I'm sorry. And that was it. I love mountain mikes pizza, HOWEVER, I will not be reordering from this location. There have been other things but these are the BIG things...and they (the management) repeatedly does nothing to make it right. How unfortunate. I ordered $50 in pizza (pepperoni) and received a cheese pizza instead. When I called all they offered was $5 off the next pizza if I picked it up. I don't like cheese pizza. So $50+ straight to the trash and $5 off the next one. I have enjoyed the pizza for years, but if this is the level of customer service I receive for either an employee or website error then I will have to consider another pie parlor in the future. I ordered from them in the past and always choose pepperoni. The manager was as polite as can be while not solving my issue. Welcome to the new age of American excellence. I love mountain mikes. I go all the way from Spanish Springs to get it. !! When they do it right its the best. Unfortunately two out of the four last orders were not right. The first time the manager told me to come back and he replaced the order, got one pizza totally wrong. Last night $60 for 2 larges.. ordered online and asked for extra sauce on both pizzas... was barely any. I even put on the comments please add the extra sauce. I called to let them know and that gal was nice. I told her i didnt want a refund or a discount, just wanted to let them know it wasnt what i wanted. I probably wont be going back. read more

If you don't want to be courteous on Christmas Day then don't open! I called in dinner for our family and the lady taking the order did not care to listen or care to take the order she was very unprofessional and had no idea what she was doing. Told me an hour to an hour and 15 mins. I call back after 2 hours and a guy answers "mountain mikes we are closed for the night" so I told him I needed to check on my order.... He says it will be there in 15 more mins then just hung up on me as I began to speak. Very rude. Glad I wasn't dining in and won't be back! read more

3340 South McCarran This is an entirely new operation, moved a few doors down from the old one. They've obviously put in the investment to run a top flight operation, and after talking with the new owner, it's obvious he's excited to be a part of the local community. Absolutely a pleasant change from the prior iteration. The pizza is up to standard as well. If the old Mountain Mike's soured you, this new location and the new owners will bring you back. It's definitely worth your time. read more

After years of sub par Mountain Mike's Pizza at the Mira Loma Shopping Center, the franchise was apparently sold and re-opened by a new owner. Our first order was good. Next two orders, not so. We asked for the pizza to be cut in squares so we could serve appetizer style. Both times, we confirmed our request while waiting at shop. Both times pizza sliced, not cut in squares. When you pay $32 for a large pizza, I don't think it is unreasonable to honor customer requests. read more

One small pizza and a 2 liter was $30! This would've been slightly ok if it weren't for the general manager being horrible and having no mask on at all. This visit I went again, a guy behind me said he had been waiting 30 minutes for his medium pizza, the girls in front were rude and unprofessional, had to ask for help 3 times before they actually came over. The biggest problem I had with them was the fact that I saw 4 employees in the back including the manager with no masks on (at all not even around their ears) AND no gloves. We are still in a pandemic and whether or not they like it there are people out there literally dying because of their ignorance. I asked for a refund (I didn't make a scene I just said it made me uncomfortable and that was the reason for a refund). They took yet another 10 minutes of my time to do this and after wanting to talk to someone they simply ignored me. Overall I spent over 45 minutes waiting for food, trying to talk to someone and eventually getting a refund with no apologies or even glances. I almost never give people shit because I myself have worked in food and retail but this place has toxic written all over it. Don't go here! read more

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, I tried the chicken club in a size large and the manager even suggested I try their Indian style special in a small, it was phenomenal. The inside was super clean and overall a great and welcoming environment to be in. read more

We've been happy to know that Mountain Mike's is back in the area! BUT -- wow what a SUPERIOR disappointment today, Wednesday October 13, 3:30PM - ordered take out large pizza and classic wings, got home sooooooo hungry and ready for the experience we used to get in California. Well, looks like they packed up some one's old, cold, hard wings. We only live 8 minutes away!! Seriously, W-H-Y can't we just get what we paid for???? Still looking for good pizza & wings.
