Came here today for some Sunday Pizza Night! I've had every pizza place in town & thought I'd give this a try. I live about 20-25 minutes from this location & overall I was super impressed with cleanliness, quality of food & service. Top #3 pizzas in town for sure! Pizza was amazing but the young girl working today (7/11) refuses to smile and even gives customers coming in, nasty looks. she moves around like she hates her job. absolutely no customer service. customers keep coming in and she visibly acts upset and annoyed that we're here. it's uncomfortable and makes for a very negative environment. do better. read more

I went into this store a few days ago to order pizza for delivery two hours later. The guy who took my order turned out to be the owner. He said a couple of 12 inch pizzas would be plenty and then some for four people. So I ordered a pepperoni/mushroom and one of their specialty chicken pizzas plus a dozen wings. The order was delivered on time and we all agreed - the pizza was excellent! So were the wings and the dessert cinnamon churros. We all ate plenty and still had leftovers. This store is located next to the new In N Out Burger on Keystone. If you live within a few of miles of there, I highly recommend it. read more

We order pizza delivery every Friday night. Tonight we decided to try Mountain Mike's. The crust tasted like cardboard and the fries were cold and soggy. The delivery person was employed by Mountain Mike's and couldn't find our address. He called and his English was so broken that I had to ask several times for him to repeat himself. I've tried the Mira Loma location a few times now and I don't think I'll be back. The first time I got the Everest and it was expensive and just okay. The second visit I got a couple of custom small sized and couldn't taste or see the vegies however the olives were in abundance. The crust was burnt which made it difficult to eat. I had gone to Mountain Mike's in Sacramento and the Everest was the best ever. I guess it just depends on the location. read more

This was my first time trying mountain mikes new location and I was thrilled. It is fairly expensive but I ordered 2 large pizzas, wings, churros, drinks, and I was satisfied with all of it. The pizza was a little burnt on the edges but It was still really good. On top of that customer service was great, the girl had a smile the entire time, she was super patient and extremely welcoming and I made sure I left a tip. Made my double mushroom and black olive pizza perfectly. They seem to know that this type of pizza can make the crust a little soggy, and gave it a little extra time in the oven.....it was pure perfection. The young lady that took my order was extremely friendly and helpful, which seems hard to get these days. The delivery was sooner than expected and there's no complaints about that all. The pizza was perfect, but we requested plates, napkins and utensils as we are staying at a hotel. We didn't get any of these items. We had to go out and get napkins and plates. The pizza was cold when we actually were able to eat it. read more

Not being familiar with all Mid-Town has to offer, we had council in from Chicago (the pizza capitol of the U.S. next to Italy) and they asked for pizza (of ALL things)! So, I pre-ordered pizza, salad and deserts on-line with ease! Everything was delivered to our office by the nicest man and needless to say, our guests were impressed, as was I! The salad was huge and there were only a few slices of pizza left after they tore it up before court! Not leaving room for the dessert, the rest of our office gladly finished the mini-churros and pizza chocolate chip cookie with our afternoon coffee! The food was great however the girl that was taking the orders was very rude and extremely unfriendly. She didn't say a word to us when we walked up to order, just simply stared at us with a blank stare. No, how can I help you, hi, thank you, NOTHING. When she brought the food to our table, I had to ask for plates, when she brought them back up she came up behind me and handed them over my shoulder, again not saying a word. Management really needs to consider who they have on the front lines, staff like that need to be in the back. I would like to eat here again however considering how the staff treated me, it is unlikely, nor would I recommend it to anyone. read more
