Previously, the slices were thin and slightly rare when coming out so they weren't over done. Now, the cuts are thick and chunky and much tougher to chew. Interestingly, they just dump the cilantro into the soup directly rather than have it on the side for you to garnish. They still provide a sizable pieces of tripe, which I like. The tendon is smaller and not as big chunks as before. Sadly, I left a bit disappointed. I might try again in another couple of months to see if they return to the previous level of quality.

Full bar. We shared the breakfast that had 3 scrambled eggs with biscuits and gravy and breakfast potatoes. SO MUCH FOOD! Plus got crispy bacon on the side.
