Noodle-Ly in Mammoth Lakes serves up noodles the right way and the quantity and quality is worth the $. Noodles cooked fresh daily, bowls are $17.95 regular or large $19.95, get the large! Today we got the #3 Khao Soi (Laos version) which comes with rice noodles (huge portion) chicken broth (tasty), minced pork, all cooked in chili garlic sauce with tomatoes and topped with cabbage, cilantro and chicharrones (fired pork skins) 5/5. Also tried a passion fruit tea with crystal boba 3/5. But interestingly you can add a shot to any house infused drink for $6 you choose, coconut vodka, vodka, rum, spiced rum, or tequila! Note: Open Thursday-Monday (closed Tuesday and Wednesday), lunch hours 11:30-2 and Dinner from 3-9. Gift cards are available. Small shop with some seating and pleasant staff. Will definitely be back here to order some more noods in the future!

Friendly and efficient staff and service was quick. Colorful interior and simple decor it all works great. We ordered the steamed dumplings which were cooked perfectly and the pork filling was tasty. The #1 Pho w/Rare Steak had a very generous portion of meat, LA restaurants pay attention! The broth was a tad salty straight up but perfect with the noodles and meat. #2 Pho w/braised beef also had a generous portion of meat which was savory and tender. #3 Khao Soi was perfectly seasoned and not too spicy, I did add a little chili flakes to it but that's me. The broth was savory and reminded me of a tonkatsu ramen broth I had in Japan. All in all an amazing dinner on a cool evening in Mammoth Lakes! You can't go wrong here...

It was a lot of noodles, good for a hungry skier after a long day. Pho was alright, I've had plenty better but this is kinda in the middle of nowhere in a ski town so I'm not gonna hold em to SoCal standards. :) At least service was efficient and the place a cozy hole-in-the-wall!

Great service, huge bowls of soup, and amazing selection of boba teas make this charming local favorite a must go-to if you're in town. You will not leave hungry

Tried to come here 3x, but it's always so packed! Luckily came in during lunch and was seated right away. Also when it's packed they do not do take out orders. Got the pho regular and khao soi regular. Their regular was huge at least 1.5 meal, so idk who the heck is ordering a large. Both were solid and had clean flavors! Service was also great, both waiters extremely friendly and efficient! Learned a lot about hunting dogs!

Surprisingly authentic pho! Nothing beats a hot bowl of noodles on a chilly night after a hard day of skiing. Menu is simple with a variety of phos and only boiled dumplings for appetizer. They have a wide selection of boba drinks available for take out. I've had to wait as long as an hour so plan ahead. They will take your cell phone number so you're not tethered to the waiting area.

Highlights: - coming from an asian person, you know what? not bad for mammoth lakes area - khao soi was flavorful and full of spices - pho was ok, (7/10) but probably the closest you'll get in the area - soup just hits different after a long day of snowboarding - get the green thai iced tea! - you put down your name and they text you when table is ready

The service is fast and the servings are big! You don't need the large pho to get a fair amount of food. Inside is always busy (in a good way) and lively. You shouldn't have to wait long for a table if you're a group of two. Definitely try #3 if you like spice, but a classic like #2 will never disappoint.

To be honest, Mammoth doesn't offer that many restaurants with good food however one of our favorite restaurants in Mammoth that is a non-negotiable for us to go to is Noodle-Ly. They are open until they run out and they don't accept reservations...that gives you an idea of how good this Pho is. The soup is made fresh daily and they have plenty of options for all dietary preferences. The service at Noodle-Aly is top notch and always so friendly. You always feel taken care of here! This food is the perfect meal post skiing or hiking!!

Quiet environment. The sauce with potstickers taste the fresh ginger so delicious. Phone was amazing! The flavors were on point. The fact that they have a variety of noodle types. Service was great. Highly recommended.

Very mid pho. But it's the only one in mammoth, so here we are still coming to this place. The drinks were overly sweet. The noodle soup was lacking in aroma and flavor. The service was very very slow. There's always a wait because how slow they are. Takes forever for food to come out.

Was craving some pho on our roadtrip and stopped through mammoth. Super happy to find this pho spot and a place that goes it well! It wasn't very busy when we came for lunch and got seated right away. Plenty of tables and parking which makes it easy. Server did a good job of answering our questions mainly about how spicy the spicy noodles are (not that bad he said) and he was right. I ordered the pho (no spicy) and my boyfriend got the spicy noodles (forgot exactly which one). We both really enjoyed it. Would recommend this place !

This pho spot is so very, very busy. It's like they don't get any breaks! There's a waitlist, and the line never ends. Once you get seated, there's more people coming to wait in line fora table. However, the workers are still very attentive and provided good service. We ordered the #2 Pho with Braised Beef and #4 Noodle-Ly Chicken Noodle. Very good and tasty pho, although the soup did have too much salt.

Ordering through the QR code was super easy and straightforward. I ordered the BBQ pizza, onion rings, pretzel bites, and chicken tenders. Everything was really good! The onion rings were definitely the highlight for me. They had this super crisp texture that I honestly haven't experienced with onion rings before. The pizza was also good, and the cheese sauce was so yummy and added a lot of flavor. The pretzel bites were a little too salty for my liking because of the thick layer of salt, but once I brushed some of it off, they were actually really good. The chicken tenders were solid too and came out crispy and tasty. I also really appreciated that the service was more hands off. Sometimes you just want to sit down, eat, and enjoy your time without someone constantly checking on you, and this was exactly that. Everything was easy, relaxed, and enjoyable. The food is decent, it's never going to absolutely wow you but it will be sufficient and well priced. This time I tried their mac and cheese, it was cheesy and I liked the type of pasta noodle they used that allowed it to get extra crispy and crunchy with the spiral texture, however it was a little dry and on the blander side for mac! The ordering system is great and straightforward, you order and pay on your phone and then food appears straight to your table! Genius, convenient and perfect for groups as there's no splitting the bill awkwardly at the end. And the dog friendliness is so clutch, our pups always enjoy the sunshine and rest. Ravioli Bolognese: The standout dish. Rich, meaty, satisfying, and exactly the kind of homemade pasta dish that makes this place worth visiting. Pepperoni Pizza: Excellent crust, good char, and crispy pepperoni cups. Simple and really well executed. This is genuinely good pizza, not just good pizza for a mountain town. Caesar: One of the more unusual Caesars I've had. It arrived with essentially whole heads of lettuce, celery, and a homemade crunchy component that reminded us of a savory funnel cake. The homemade dressing was excellent. Different, fun to share, and memorable. Pasta: This is where Vulcania really shines. Everything tastes homemade, and I'd be comfortable ordering just about any pasta on the menu. Chicken Parmesan: Pretty good overall, with a creamy, rich sauce over the top. It was a little too heavy for me, but everyone else at the table loved it. Meatball: I would skip this dish. The meatball was undercooked and felt like it was lacking a binding ingredient. One thing worth knowing is that the kitchen isn't particularly flexible about modifying dishes. That makes sense for a chef-driven restaurant, but it's worth considering if you have picky eaters or prefer lots of substitutions. Overall, Vulcania is still the best pizza and pasta we've had in Mammoth. The handmade pasta is the real draw, the pizza is excellent, and dishes like the Caesar give the menu enough personality to make it more interesting than standard Italian-American food.

Cam recommended "family style" as many of the entrees are large and it gives you a chance to sample everything. We started with the asparagus summer rolls and tricolore salad. Both were delicious and refreshing. For the entrees we shared the cacio e pepe, margherita pizza, orechiette nero and chicken parmesan. Again, everything was excellent. For dessert, the gelato comes with three huge scoops along with three zeppoles (Italian donuts). The food was excellent and probably one of my new favorites in Mammoth.

The vibe is casual and inside is a pretty nice collection of Kansas City Royals baseball memorabilia. You don't have to love KC to enjoy this - if baseball is your thing, you will appreciate this. Dan even gave us the back ground on the owners history with KC. I highly recommend the baked brie as an appetizer - it was crazy amazing! I ordered the meatloaf and trust me, this isn't your ordinary meatloaf. It was recommended by a friend and you cannot go wrong with this choice. 5 stars! My husband had the salmon, and although it was very good, he wished he had gotten the meatloaf, so I graciously gave him half as the portion is huge! The only reason I didn't give it five stars is the dessert. Dan had recommended the carrot cake and said the portion was larger than other selections so, when we got home, we were disappointed in both the size and the taste. Although good, both my husband and I were expecting an amazing carrot cake and it tasted just normal. Admittedly, both my husband and I are carrot cake snobs so maybe our standards were a bit too high. But I would try another dessert. Plus, the cake was in a large container so by the time we got home, the frosting was all over the side of the container instead of the cake. If you get dessert to go, ask for a smaller container. Although this must sound picky, after such a delightful dining experience, it just felt like a little let down when we got home. Other than that, the experience was top-notch and I will definitely visit again the next time we are in Mammoth. Thanks for a great experience, Dan!
