For a Pho place far away from the city, this is not a bad place. The broth definitely tasted like something you get from the SGV. The noodles even had that nice chewiness to it. I think it's safe to say that the restaurant is owned by Vietnamese people. I saw them bringing in ingredients while dining here. This is not a very big place and larger parties can be an issue. They don't offer much of anything else. Definitely a great place to warm you up after some runs, or not. I will be coming back here when I'm in the area. Too bad they are only open for lunch and then close until dinner hours. So make sure to check their hours of operation if you are planning on coming here after lunch. They are located int he same shopping plaza as Vons, so parking wasn't an issue. I just don't recommend parking under the icicles that are hanging from the 2nd story though. read more

A perfect stop for some hot, fresh noodles with delicious broth. It was rainy and cold outside when we came, and we picked up our order to-go. They do wait until you arrive to finish combining everything together, so there is a bit of a wait - but worth it because it is so fresh. If they are busier or run out of ingredients early, they might stop dine-in or take-out early, so just plan ahead. The Khao Soi (#3)is a great option if you like a kick to your food. Has a good spice to it, a decent amount of pork, and the chicken broth is delicious. Really liked the Pho with Rare Steak (#1) - good amount of steak, and beef broth is also super delicious. They charge $2.50 for a hard-boiled egg, so unless you're really into eggs, there was nothing special about the egg - wouldn't add it on again for that price. We ordered a large for both of our noodles, and the portions were huge! Definitely enough to share if you wanted. We ended up making a second meal out of our leftovers. They also have many different boba options, and the orange creamsicle and coconut bobas were perfectly sweet and delicious! Great stop for some delicious noodles. read more

My boyfriend and I were at Mammoth for a snowboarding trip. I was craving a big bowl of hearty noodles, and Noodle-Ly made my day! We totally "yelped" it and had a great experience overall. We arrived around 5 pm. after a long road trip and had just settled in our place. We were seated immediately and the staff were very friendly and sweet. It quickly started to fill up, too, so I am glad we got there at the time we did. I got the #3 noodle because it mentioned it was spicy, and my boyfriend got the #2 noodles. It was a regular size (and they also have a large size), but we were both astonished by the regular sized portion. The bowl was ginormous, and they gave us a substantial amount of meat and toppings. He finished his bowl, and I was able to take half of mine home for a second amazing noodle meal! My #3 noodle I knew would be their own unique take on "Pho" noodles with the ground meat, spiciness, and chicharons. The chicharons were so fresh that I had to take onr of their baggies home. It is our first time coming to Mammoth, and I have to mention and dedicate its own paragraph. The water they gave us here was the BEST water I ever had. Point blank! You'd think that any water would taste the same, but ooOOOOOoooo, you haven't had the water at Noodle-ly. I'm not sure if it is because we're from LA or if it is just Mammoth water... but nonetheless, the water was delicious. When our whole party came, they told us they couldn't put the tables together. When we asked them why and told them we called, they didn't give an answer and just kept saying no. Cute place. Very crowded on a Sunday evening after skiing all day. Unfortunately, they were out of veggie broth so if you wanted to eat vegan, you had to have the veggie noodle bowl without broth...but staff was super nice and it was just unfortunate but whatever. However, when I was eating my leftovers later, I bit down on something super hard; I think it's a bone? But could be some sort of rock? But low key think I chipped my back tooth. So that's pretty unfortunate since it's a vegan dish so there should not be any bones in it and there definitely shouldn't be rocks...idk. I think for how oily the dish is, not having veggie broth, and then chipping my tooth on something in the dish, I'm less inclined to go back. But my friends liked it. read more

Sad to have to write this review because all the other servers were above and beyond and super friendly. We walked in with our service dog which the lady kindly accomodated. After sitting down this big unfriendly server walks over which somehow triggered our dog to bark a bit. Instead of kindly saying that our dog might be a disturbance to other customers, he says" thats a service dog?! Service dogs barks?!" we replied by showing him our service dog identification which after he replied rudely " if he barks again we are gonna ask u guys to leave" which we agree would be the appropriate thing to do considering other patrons. After, he walks away muttering loud to himself shaking his head saying "its unbelievable that a service dog barks" like what? Overall food was great as was all the other servers. We went in for an early dinner on a Monday. We had prompt, friendly service and the noodles were delicious. I had the #3 which was marked as spicy but I think it would be ok for those who usually get mild to medium. There was extra chili paste and chili flakes on the table along with other condiments in case you want to add more spice. The dinning room is small...probably around 8 to 10 tables. The biggest tables were 6 tops and they were polite about asking 2 tops not to sit at the larger tables in case a larger party came in. The kids are very picky. They're 8 and 10 now, and very decisive about what they like and what they don't like. Noodle-Ly is all around, a 5 star experience! The 8yo would like to share that that the food was amazing and that Dan, our server, who was so very nice. He even showed him where the bathroom was! And the 10yo, a self-proclaimed who critic who loves hot and sour soup, tajin and blue takis, thought the #3 noodle soup was full of flavor, very delicious and not spicy at all. The price is very reasonable $14 for a regular and it comes with a lot!! I didn't even finish my bowl. Been here a few times. First time was during the shutdown in January 2021 and was takeout. Latest was in 2022 and sit down at the bar. Both were excellent, though I do prefer sit down. Large bowls are HUGE and the regular are large, lol. Left very full this last time since I opted for the large Khao Soi. Their noodle choices are both authentic and innovative. My Khao Soi was flavorful. My son got beef pho and said it was better than his regular in the OC. Got my eye on a few other dishes that I would like to try, including the Noods and the spinach noodles with OMG sauce. For drinks they have sake and beer from a variety of places and tastes. My Khao Soi had to pair with a Singha, so that was a given. Parking is in the Vons lot, which can be intimidating. Pick an off aisle and you should be OK. Highly recommend.
