This place has the best PHO! I've eaten at a lot of PHO places and this is my favorite!!! The OMG sauce is out of this world. So good dipping ur steak in that delicious sauce. I unfortunately don't live in the area. We are 5 hours away from here and visit this restaurant every time we come to Mammoth. Today we visited since they were close Tuesday and Wednesday, Elsa helped us out and she was amazing. The restaurant was pretty busy and she was by herself but she kept up with everyone's orders. Found this nice cozy restaurant after a hike near June Lake. The staff were real friendly and nice. I ordered a #2, pho with braised beef, #8 spinach noodles with OMG sauce and a oolong tea. The beef brisket had a wonderful flavor that went really well with the broth. The OMG sauce is no slouch, goes very well with the spinach noodles. 10/10 would come back to try the other items on the menu! read more

Great place for pho or noodles. Had such great service. Must have been asked 5-6 Xs if we needed anything. Staff was quick with water refills. The tables have everything you need on them including , forks, spoons, chopsticks , and all the sauces. The portions were absolutely massive. None of us could finish. Food came out quick. Place was packed, but you would not know it. It was so quiet. No loud music or banging pots and pans. Bathrooms super clean with good signage. Multiple servers all so willing to make sure everything was going well. Great beer and wine selection as well. Food was super tasty. Forgot to mention that most important fact. This is by far one of the best places to eat at in mammoth. You come to here knowing that it's going to be mediocre bar food on the whole mountain, unless you spend a lot of money. A bit of a mixup on the opening time. We went on a Thursday at 4:30 pm and the sign said they opened at 5 pm. Not a big deal. They let us in around 4:45 and we were the first party of people. By 5:06 pm no joke all the tables were full and people were waiting. Service was prompt. No takeout. We ordered different noodle soup bowls and all were good. I would say go with the regular size number 3 and an order of number 8 for the table. Everything was fresh and delicious. Not too spicy which was a plus for me. I will be back for sure. It was my boyfriend and I's first time in Mammoth we are from LA. after a long day of snowboarding we wanted some hot broth so we looked in the area & seen this place had 4 and a half stars upon arriving we got sat immediately, it's an amazing feeling when you're hangry we ordered, the time frame of us receiving our food was pretty quickly I think it just felt longer because we were starving we ordered the #1 and #2 the pho with rare beef and pho with braised beef, it really hit the spot but the reason why I am giving my review a 4 star is because I felt the broth was a little bit on the saltier side the beef was cooked perfectly in the broth & the noodles were not under cooked nor over cooked, so far the service and food is good!! will definitely come back if we're in mammoth again. read more

We found this tucked in the corner of the shopping center in Mammoth and I am glad we did! Partner and I went in for some dinner and we were treated to two huge bowls of delicious noodle soup. I tried the chicken (pho style) with some extra veggies added. It was hearty and filling and soooo good! My partner got a veggie noodle soup which was very tasty. While visiting Mammoth mountain, I came here to dine-in and try Pho for the very first time. This definitely hit the spot for the cold weather. They have plenty of options for meats and seasonings. I was able to get the flavor just right with spice using the sliced jalapenos and hot salsa they had on the table, and enjoyed every bit of it. read more

I don't really want to let everyone know about this great new place in Mammoth Lakes because soon it will be so popular I won't be able to get seated!!!! The staff are friendly, the food is tasty and the menu is nice and simple. The amount of ingredients served in the bowl (not counting the broth, both sizes) can be a bit skimpy and there hours of operation are a bit limited for a resort town and difficult for locals that can only sneak out between shifts. I'm sure they'll work out these kinks. I'm happy we have a nice and reasonably priced, very tasty addition to the town. Welcome! read more

Frequent visitor to Mammoth, did not actually get to try the food, so take this review with a grain of salt Did not have a chance to try because was not given the opportunity. After a long day skiing wanted to try hot noodle soup. Called the place at 5:30 pm to get the exact location and got turned away because they "could not handle any more customers, not even to go orders". Now this could be taken as a compliment or a stain on their reputation. But cmon, how can you be a reputable business when you can't handle enough customers on a Monday (not even a weekend). Granted it was 12/20/21 Christmas break. Like they say in team sports the most valuable players are the ones that are available, same goes with restaurants. I gave this 4 stars, which is generous. I don't want to mess too much with a business's reputation if I have not tried yet. I'm mainly want the owner to know that they have a major problem not being able to handle customers. read more

Forgot the drink and utensils. Offered a refund, but I had to follow up half a week later to get it done. Made me regret leaving a tip and not checking our order. I understand that mistakes happen and that utensils are an add-on during the online ordering process, but utensils should be included by default, as well as the standard condiments. Luckily, we had forks in our lunch bag, otherwise, we would have stormed back for sure. We didn't order pho because we knew that the rice noodles are packaged with the broth, and that egg noodles hold up better. My family has pho restaurants in So Cal and we package the broth separately for this reason (the pho noodles are quickly cooled down in cold water or an ice bath for packaging). The bbq pork egg noodle soup was okay and would have been better with a more flavorful broth, wontons as an option, and veggies (like bok choy, bean sprouts, etc), although understandably pricey due to higher costs. Great broth doesn't require lots of condiments added to it. Our total for two people came out to be $45 including tip (2 soups, 1 drink, pork rinds). At this price, just throw in the utensils and condiments already, and offer to package the broth separately (32 oz styrofoam containers are not that expensive). Normally, this would receive a scathing 1-star review by most and we were definitely hangry, but I'll leave that up to other customers if these mistakes are not learned from. Besides, I would like for this business to succeed, especially since the food service industry is tough enough as it is and made more so due to the pandemic. First-class managers would have offered a coupon code or something to improve their chances of customer retention. To the owners, I hope you guys improve your product and service every day. (Btw, you still have a notice on your Yelp page regarding a snowstorm closure that was posted on January 28, 2021.) To the customers, check your order. read more

We ordered the large #1Pho and the large #5 The Noods for takeout. Both were delicious, but the Pho was next level. The broth is exactly what you want in a good bowl of Pho, incredible depth of flavor. Everything was generously portioned, especially the noodles and beef. Pleasant Vietnamese restaurant. Workers were friendly. I liked how the menu was simple and short and posted on the wall so that we didn't need to touch the menus. It was interesting how they had the menu on the wall and also an option to scan the code for a menu. They also offer a lot of options for drinks. They offered me a cold sample of the butterfly pea flower tea. It was unique. I ordered a hot pot of it, and thought that the cold one actually tasted better. We ordered the chicken noodle, beef pho, and the spinach noodles with omg sauce. The food tasted very good. A Hearty helping for any noodle lover. What I chose was the rare steak pho w/ extra noodles and it certainly did not disappoint. Living in San Diego I have the option of trying some of the best Pho places in the United States. Not only was the pho phantastic (slaps knee) but the service was great as well! You can really tell the owners not only care about the image and ambiance, but the quality of food as well. A generous amount of noodles as meat. Try the Thai tea as well! Perfect for an evening dinner to warm you up after a long day on the slopes/hiking. Love it and will certainly return next time I'm in town. read more

I love this place SO MUCH. Their vegan ramen is absolutely delicious and very high quality. They offer rice noodles to make the dish GF and their portion sizes are pretty big which I'll never complain about. I love so much that they also offer Butterfly Pea Flower tea! It's such a beautiful, healthy and tasty tea. The standard order comes unsweetened which I appreciate too. The staff has been so nice and they offer online ordering/curbside pick-up due to COVID. I've gotten take out here each of my last 4 trips to mammoth and with a few different people. So far everyone has loved it. We call ahead and they are good about estimating when it will be ready. If it's busy, keep dialing. I got the #1 every time so far. I recommend it. I just wish and usually remember to ask for a little more basil. If the amazing smell doesn't immediately grab you, the friendliness of the staff will. The owners are both amazing and Taylor makes you feel like you've Cooke to her house for dinner. Good place to unwind and have a nice hot pho after a day in the snow. Food was tasty and reasonably priced.

Noodle-ly needs to work on their take out game. I have never ordered from a noodle shop that sent noodles inside the soup with a sticker that says eat immediately. I took it home to 2 bowls of pho l and Khao Soi mush. Super disappointed as I have eaten in before and really enjoyed it. I would definitely not recommend picking up from here and would wait til I can dine in. read more

I don't usually think highly of Asian noodle shops located in a predominantly non-Asian areas. However, the owners of this shop did a great job of capturing the authentic flavors of traditional pho infused with modern eating trends. I had the #3 which was very delicious. The soup was spicy enough without overpowering the taste/flavors. Food was fresh and the staff was friendly. The only con I would comment on is the lack of boba. Nonetheless, I would eat here every night if I could. I hope to eat here next time I come to Mammoth. read more

We have been coming Mammoth couple times during pandemic. First time the business closed and second time luckily we could order to go, didn't expect that much but the taste was very good!
