Had the #7 Veggie Noodle bowl with rice noodles and it was one of the best noodle soups I've ever had! The veggie broth is extremely flavorful. Also added the OMG sauce which was a additional flavor bomb! My wife had the same but with spinach noodles which I sampled and I will definitely have to try it the next time as the spinach noodles were also delicious! I was overall impressed with the quality of food offered here. I ordered #3 Khao Soi and #4 chicken noodle. For anyone who hasn't eaten here before, Khao Soi is similar to Vietnamese Bun Rieu but with Banh Pho noodles and a little bit of spiciness(not too hot). The Pho noodle was a little soft for my liking which is why I gave it 4 out of 5 stars. Flavor was on point. this is a really good spot if you're tired of all of the typical foods along the main road. The staff is also really nice. At 12$ a bowl for regular size, it'll fill an empty stomach. It's a decent value considering pho restaurants in LA and SGV are going for $10+ these days. Great portions. Decent tasting pho. Friendly Staff. Safe handling of customers and food. Just one issue. You can not effectively put the soup and the noodles in the same container for a "Take out" order and expect there not to be mushy noodles and no broth by the time you get back to your cabin even if it's only a 5 minute drive up meridian. There is no way this works. All 4 soups ordered for my family had this issue. PLEASE separate the broth and noodles in different containers. read more

Stopped by Noodle-Ly on our last trip to Mammoth and it was delicious!! We will definitely be back. The staff were all VERY conscientious about COVID and it felt safe. We came back to Mammoth the last week of March. This time, I was with my family and we enjoyed our meal so much that we returned again before we left. I could not get the flavor of Khao Soi out of my mind. I thought it tasted better than our first trip. Be patient because service was slow due to being short staffed. In fact, when we came back they couldn't provide dine in service because of staff shortages so we had to do take out. I cringed at first because I really hate soggy noodles--if you know, then you know--and they don't separate broth from noodle. However, after expressing my concern, the chef was able to time it perfectly so that when I sat down to eat 10 min later, it was actually perfect, the rice noodle was still intact and had a slight chew. Glad we had our last meal here! Will we return? You bet! read more

There were three of us so we all tried (and shared) something different. #1, raw beef bowl was very good, #3, spicy pork was very tasty and #8, noodles with OMG sauce (added chicken and vegetables) was OMG! Used to be in Mammoth frequently and was always struck by how mediocre the food was given substantial LA cross-pollination. Stopping through on my way down 395, I'm glad to say that Noodle-Ly defied expectations in the best way possible. It's so bad, I wanna give you a 0 but that's not possible so I give you a 1. There were so many things wrong with my experience here. - When I was ordering, the lady asked me what kind of noodles I wanted and there was only 2 options on the menu: egg noodles or rice noodles, so I chose egg noodles but then the lady said sorry, we're out of egg noodles - They messed up my order, I ordered 5 pho with rare steak, 1 the noods, 1 chicken noodle, and 5 thai teas without boba. When we got there they only wrote the order down as 3 noodles, changing the noods to a veggie noodle and forgetting the 4 pho with rare steak. They only charged us for the order they got wrong but we also had to go back to the restaurant cause they forgot to give us the thai tea. When we went back they gave us a thai tea with boba in it because they just handed us one they had just made that was probably meant for someone else read more

After being told this is a must try from our foodie friend last weekend, we have been back twice this weekend. Probably the best noodles that I have had. I've tried the chicken soup and it was wonderful for my cold and today we tried the Thai version. Both are wonderful and the topper is the spinach noodle with omg sauce. Wish they were a franchise and would move close to home. One of the best parts is the staff are all so accommodating and the owner is wonderful. Great spot for Pho!! I ordered the #2 Pho with braised beef, great broth and the beef was tender! No wonder they are closed Tuesday and Wednesday it takes time to prepare a great broth. This is definitely one of my favorite places now! Next trip to mammoth I'll be sitting here chowing on a bowl of their soup. Order the butterfly tea with lemon for a color changing experience. The Large bowls are HUGE and a great portion if you got done with a long day down the mountain. Our server, she was SO NICE! She was very patient as we couldn't decide what to order and try first. Prices were pretty good too, especially for the portion. Next time, I'll get the small bowl because I wasn't able to finish and I don't eat leftover very well. Check this place out! Amazing service and food. They were happy to customize ramen based on our requests which turned out to be delicious. Nothing like a good soupy and brothy ramen on a cold day. The staff were friendly and cordial, and provided wonderful service throughout our visit. The owner/manager was very kind and courteous, she was chatting and checking up with customers herself and personally ensured everything was great on our end. Great place if you are craving for hot soup noddle. Simple menu which is good sign of specialty restaurant. Item # 5 looks like Thai's Tum yum but it's way different. It tastes more similar to Vietnamese bun rieu. Dried egg noodle dish is very tasty w the OMG sauce. For this entry, portion is small, so go for the large size. read more
