I went to this store to pick up an order that my daughter had made for her sons 18th birthday. When I arrived, the order wasn't anywhere to be found. The young lady at the register went into the rear if the store and get her manager. I explained that my daughter placed the order online, I gave her the name and in short order she found the store where the cake and the buntinies were waiting to be picked up. It was quite a distance across town near highway 99! So I thanked her and drove to that location. Sure enough the order was there. I picked it up and brought it home as the party was at our home. Everyone enjoyed the cake with thin stripes of icing. All in all the cake and the miniature Bundt cakes were delicious. We ordered the cupcake style for my moms birthday however when we popped open the box to sing happy birthday we noticed one of the cupcakes forgot to be frosted lol it was a little disappointing but I understand it happens. We got our usually favorites, and also added their seasonal flavor right now which was like a cinnamon spice cake! It was VERY enjoyable and I wished I would've got more! A friend served the Cookies n Crème cake at her daughters birthday party and it was so good I had to go in and try some other flavors. My favorite were the strawberries and crème and lemon cakes. All of the cakes were moist and flavorful. The frosting is an added bonus! It is rich and creamy. They are a bit pricey but I felt like they are well worth it for the quality. I've been wanting to come here based on reading another review from a fellow Yelper! So today that I was in Fresno I decided to come on by. I was warmly greeted and offered a sample of what looks like their daily sampler and it was so moist and delicious that it won me over even more. I went with the Carrot and the Lemon for my mother and let me tell you we both loved the choices I went with. I had the Carrot and it was moist and flavorful and the cheesecake frosting was sweet, but not intense or over powering. These cakes are so yummy, moist and pretty. I purchased a variety of the tiny bundts for my sons birthday in lieu of a traditional cake or cupcakes. These were such a hit! I also like to purchase towers of bundtlettes for teachers/staff. They wrap them in cellophane with ribbon and flower of your color choice, which really makes for a pretty presentation. I'm all about elevating things and making them special so this hits the mark. The flavors are delicious and the lemon is our family favorite. The ambiance in the store is very inviting. HORRIBLE service. I visited on 10/21/22. I was there to purchase 1 dozen of the $5.25 bundt cakes. There were 2 cashiers and about 3 other customers besides myself. There was one lady in front of me who was called to the counter by one of the cashiers. I patiently waited my turn. The other cashier finally called me but then asked me to step back in line which I did. Then the other cashier finished with the lady that had been in front of me. She totally ignored me, walked over to a lady that came in after me and helped her. I was outdone! I'm an African American woman, almost 6 feet tall with an afro...there was no way she didn't see me standing next in line literally in front of her! I just walked out disgusted. The owner is awful! She treats her employees awful and belittles them and treats them like they are "below" her! All this owner cares about is money in her cashier drawer and an extra star in her rating and doesn't care who she hurts along the way! The owner has favorites and makes it very apparent. Even though customers place orders ahead of time, she changes the rules and doesn't care if she makes them wait long hours for their orders because she knows she will get away with it. Never again am I going to order anything from this place. Now I know why it took me this long to set foot at this place. Don't get me wrong, the cakes are good but not that good that I have to stand in line in the Fresno heat when the line is wrapping around to the back of the building. I made an online order a week ago to be picked up today at 12 noon. I get there at 1223 pm. Like I said earlier, the line was wrapping around the building for online pick up. I asked the employee standing at the front of the store and asked her if that was the line for online pick up she said yes. The ones that they were letting in at this point were the 1130 pick up time. Again, this was between 1220 and 1230. She asked what time was my pick up time I said 1200. Her reply, oh by the time you get to the door they should be ready. WTH?!? They should be ready?!? It should not be this difficult to do online pick up. IT SHOULD NOT BE THIS DIFFICULT! Maybe if they would implement an appointment system or reservation system like oh...let's say open table then this will not be an issue but hey it doesn't matter if people are waiting in the Fresno heat as long as you make your money right? NEVER AGAIN! Oh btw, their phone system is not picking up because they probably don't want anybody yelling at them for the incompetency and insufficiency of the system they have. Needless to say, no Bundt cakes for Mother's Day this year! THANKS A BUNCH! Don't even attempt to contact or apologize! Just fix your system! Have previously been to a location in San Diego, but never tried none of their delicious cakes until today. Boy was I missing out. I had the chocolate chocolate chip and I must say it was amazing. Who would of though Bundy cakes could be so good, but they are. The cake is moist and fresh and the cream cheese frosting is sweet, flavorful and on point. The lady was very helpful in helping me decide what cake to choose and even offered me a sample of their gingerbread sample which I declined since I'm not a big fan of gingerbread. Over all I was very impressed with my choice. Thankfully this location is in Clovis and I'm Hanford because I know I could get in trouble coming here a lot. This much goodness comes at a price....calories. The overall price of the individual cakes was less than $5 which for the size seemed like an incredible deal. Unfortunately my waist wasn't seeing the savings, but my taste buds enjoyed every bite and that made it worth it. read more

2 1/2 stars. These little franchises in San Francisco are decorated very cute. This one was cute too but it sold things that did not belong. You felt like you were at someone's yard sale. They had a table of mugs and keychains ( I think) and a hodgepodge of other things but it made it look messy. Pause there were to many employees in there for that small shop 3 at the door and one behind the counter there was like no room for the customer. Also when you go in they direct you to a table behind them and tell you there are samples. More timid people are not going to walk behind your gang of employees to get into this tight space to get a sample. I understand if you are trying to go with the shabby chic thing. It your cakes are from FROZEN not fresh baked so stick with the companies original concept and don't down grade it with a swap meet that happens to sell bundt. Now the cakes themselves are ok but a little to dense and wet Ian's sweet for me. read more
