Dubai Croffle, Pistachio latte and London Fog

Unusual but yummy drinks and deserts. Located in the Koreatown plaza on the 2nd floor (off the street level), it is a must try if you're in the area. The cafe is small but they do have both indoor and outdoor seating. You place your order at the counter and are given a pager that will buzz you when your order is ready. We got the London Fog, the pistachio latte and the Dubai chocolate croffle. Everything was delicious. We liked the London Fog drink the best. The Croffle was also good but wish the ice cream had more pistachio flavoring. Overall we really enjoyed our visit and would go there again. Underground parking available for free with validation. I

I love the black sesame einspanner so much that I can't try the other drinks because I keep ordering the same thing Service is quick and they give you a buzzer if you decide to wander off somewhere while waiting for your drink. Always my go-to coffee place before getting my haircut upstairs :)

I wanted to get something to drink after doing some shopping so I stopped by here. I ordered the black sesame einspanner. The drink was soo creamy and the flavors are well layered. I also really liked the foam on top which made the drink more rich. Drink came out within a minute of me ordering which I really enjoyed. The staff is also very friendly. I definitely will be back to try more drinks. Try it out if you like. :)

Honestly don't write many reviews for cafes but this spot was such a surprise. I heard about this spot a while back but finally went years later and I loved it. First of all it's inside of a mall so there is parking (validated tooooo). They do have a selection of matcha, einspanners, cute trendy lattes as well as a cute almost study area (kinda small) to accompany it. I personally wanted to write this review for the mugwort einspanner. It was earthy, sweet, creamy, and such a refreshing midday drink. I don't think I've had anything like it. Will be coming back!!

Cute cafe in Koreatown. Saw this place get reviewed by a matcha instagram page and made it a goal to visit while in LA. I got the matcha einspanner and it was delicious. it has a creamy top and a bold matcha taste, mixed together just tasted so good! If you're in the area and craving matcha, I would definitely recommend. They have other drinks on their menu, as well as some yummy looking pastries! Parking: they have parking lots in the surrounding area. Fairly easy to find.

Located inside Korean Plaza. A small & clean cafe with unique flavors on the menu. Mugwort Latte - Herby but not overwhelming, thankfully. I liked it, my bf did not. Hit or miss type of drink. Black Sesame Latte - I usually love black sesame drinks but I didn't like the texture in this. I would've preferred it smoother. Flavor was decent. Parking - 3 hrs free with validation. Not a bad try but nothing to come back for.

Newer coffee and pastry cafe. The inside has a modern aesthetic and they have a lot of trendy items on their menu including Dubai chocolate croffles We came in to check their menu but wanted just a little snack and opted for their early gray financier (good flavor, not too sweet, not too buttery and perfect for sharing) and the peach yuzu add, bubbly and refreshing. I personally am not a big sparkling ade person so I'm not the biggest judge on giving a recommendation on this style of drink, but it was good enough for me to sip on. I definitely would come back to try other items on their menu.

The cafe has a cute monochrome aesthetic that's clean and minimal. It's located inside Koreatown Plaza, so you can get free parking validated for 3 hours, and there are a few tables if you want to study. The drinks at definitely look amazing on the menu. I ordered the black sesame einspanner, and while it was pretty, the taste didn't quite live up to the hype. The layers felt really separated, and, it was like biting into sugar crystals. My mom tried the peach yuzu ade, which also leaned on the sweet side, but it was more refreshing overall and had a nice citrusy kick to it.

I don't get the hype of this place. Looking over their menu it looks like it would be good. They have different einspänners and some unique drinks such as their red bean einspänner. They even had some yummy looking pastries like the black sesame cookie and the hyped dubai waffle. But sadly what we had were underwhelming. I got to try their popular mugwort einspänner that everyone recommends. No! Just don't. It is not like matcha at all so y'all reviewers and IG influencers can stop. It's maybe an herbal tea thats more like weak coffee. The only thing good was the cream on top. The black sesame latte was also underwhelming. Nothing special and I can think of 2387420 places in LA thats better where you don't have to park in a structure and walk into a mall for. My drink also took a long ass time. They give you a pager thing so it beeps when your drink is ready. There is sitting inside and outside. The shop is located in the Korea Plaza mall on the 2nd floor. It's above H Mart and across from the photo shop. The staff is nice but man the drinks took forever on that Saturday around 1pm. You will not be catching me here again.

It's such a small and quaint cafe!! I'm an avid lover of earl grey, and the way it's perfectly achieved in such a form is amazing. The earl grey was light but not overwhelming, the notes of earl grey are present but balanced with the milk!! Notably, one of my favorite earl grey drinks!! As for service, staff is welcoming and nice!! They're relatively quick and consistent with their drinks, no complaints here !! c:

This is a Cute and minimalistic cafe that I've been bookmarked since I saw a reel of this place!! Everything here looks delicious so I couldn't help but ordered 3 drinks plus 2 pastries for breakfast!! lol I'm not a big fan of red beans but their Red Beans einspänner and mugwort einspänner is a must try when you are here! Perfect sweetness and you can taste the flavor but without over powering the drink. I also got the black sesame latte which was really good too. You can instantly taste the black sesame latte which is the nutty toasty flavor. But I can't take caffeine drinks that well these days and it still tastes good after two days. They got a couple new items in and one of them is Dubai waffle and it is a must try. The way they make the texture and flavor is on point. Then I got the then cookie butter cream croissant. It is just as yummy as the waffle. Nice and creamy!!! I also got a black sesame dessert bar from them togo. It was also delicious. I love their service and I can't want to come back for the rest of the other stuff. It took me two days to finish everything but it was still good the next time! If you like my vibe. Came on a weekday so parking was easy. Located on the 2nd floor of the Koreatown Plaza. Obeem has a nice clean look. They have seating both on the inside and outside. There weren't a lot of people so service was fast. I got the Strawberry Matcha cream. It was sooo good and creamy! I would say it's more of a strawberry milk with some matcha so if you are looking for a stronger matcha flavor this drink is not for you. My sister got the green grape aurora ade and she liked it. It's fizzy, a little tart and had some grape pieces in it. This is definitely a place I recommend!

Here is another brand new cafe in Korea-town. Easy access if you wish to shop in Korean market. Place was super clean and simple interior. Staffs are kind and service was good. I ordered mugwort latte and marshmallow cookie. I cant taste mugwort much in latte but i like overall taste. Marshmallow cookie was not too sweet. I had a black sesame latte and oh my god it was soooo good. I was apprehensive about getting it and I'm so glad I did. It was sweet, but had just the right amount of sesame taste and foam on top. This place was so good! I got the matcha einspanner, and the matcha flavor was delicious! I do wish they put a little less ice, but since the drink was so concentrated, it still tasted good while the ice was melting! My friend got the mugwort einspanner, which was also delicious! It had a nice herbal flavor, but I wish the texture was smoother as it was very grainy. The drinks were out super quick. I will definitely be back someday, it's a nice addition to the Ktown Plaza! read more

Loved the mugwort einspanner! There is no coffee in it (I wasn't really looking for much caffeine today), and I was able to sub oat milk in it, too. The seating areas are nice, and the wait for our drink was not very long around 11am on a Sunday. read more

Service was okay and the interior is small, yet modern. There's also an outdoor area inside the mall. Matcha einspanners were creamy but the strawberry one was on the sweeter end. The peach yuzu was perfect, there's peach chunks at the bottom and it has the perfect amount of sweetness. The earl gray latte, is pretty much an expression with an earl gray foam. The matcha croffle was very and doesn't seem freshly made. Overall, it was okay! read more

Busy Saturday so service was extremely slow. Ordered two cold brews (as opposed to Iced Americanos, which were also on the menu) but the drinks were clearly not cold brews. Had there not been such a long wait for service, I would have returned the drinks. Or asked for the prices difference back. They need better management. read more

I came back twice and tried their lattes and it is really good! Their black sesame latte comes with a cream top that is so decadent and delicious. The flavor profile is great and the black sesame isn't grainy at all The black sesame is kind of sweet and settles at the bottom so it's best to mix the coffee. I would've liked it if they mixed the drink before they add the cream top (which I will ask next time!) since I like sipping on the cream and not mixing my entire drink. read more

Mugwort Einspanner was 10/10 but chestnut croffle was ummm really tough to cut and also chew 2/10... I think the cafe needs to change the way it's made. We went on a Friday night, but there was lots of space to sit. I wish there was a place to freely get some napkins too. read more

Wanted to have some drinks and dessert after lunch in the food court. Definitely pass up the first floor and head up to the second floor to try the delicious drinks at O.Beem. We got the sesame and mugwort lattes. The drinks were amazing with a thick and creamy froth. Service was friendly and prompt in a modern and quaint setting.. The pastries are just okay and the drinks are pretty disappointing. I tried three of the signature drinks(black sesame, Earl Grey, and pistachio) and none of them really work together. I could taste the flakes? whatever thats at the bottom were bitter and the texture wasn't great either read more

I usually never write yelp reviews but this is just absolutely ridiculous. Drinks took FOREVER to come out. Waited 20 min for three simple drinks and it wasn't even busy. They didn't even apologize for the delay and just smiled. Like wth. You also need to work on customer service. Seriously don't waste your time coming here. Oh and the drinks aren't even good. To top it off, it's super overpriced. There's a bunch of good coffee shops down the street and downstairs that has no wait time. If you want something similar go to yeems or cafe mama. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Let's first start off with the coffee itself, it's mediocre at best. For the price, the quality and taste of the coffee is laughable. Moving on from the world's most mediocre coffee, let's move onto the terrible service. I would love to hear an explanation as to why there are 4 staff members behind the counter, and no one is making coffee. Why would 2 lattes and 1 iced americano take over 20 minutes? All of the staff saw me wait at the table for over 20 minutes, and no one said one word about when my drink was coming out. It wasn't until I walked up to the employee and asked when my drink was coming out they finally let me know that they were in the process of making it. Anyways I truly don't recommend this place to anyone - besides the service the coffee itself is just not worth the wait or the money. There's thousands of coffee shops in ktown that outshines this place by a million miles. read more

The double mango matcha uses fresh fruit syrup so the mango flavor was not too strong and my drink was very creamy due to the signature mango cream on top. Usually, I would enjoy a creamy matcha but it made me more thirsty on a hot day. The service took a bit of time since they had to mix my matcha the legit way with the bamboo whisk. The matcha tasted like premium, ceremonial matcha since it was stronger and authentic in taste. Overall, both drinks were enjoyable but if I had to choose one, I would go with the orange espresso tonic even though I love mango matcha!

Anywhere from 30-50 minutes is pretty normal, and if you show up later in the day, there's a good chance they'll already be sold out some of the items. The one upside is that it's far enough east that you don't get the full 405 west crowd bcz its "too east 405" to show up... so there's that. ;))) A couple of downsides: there's no indoor seating, and the inside has a pretty strong greasy kitchen smell. I stopped by O.Beem to try their highly recommended Mugwort Einspanner, and it didn't disappoint. The drink was a perfect introduction to the earthy flavor of mugwort. Unlike other cafés in Koreatown that rely on syrup for flavoring, this drink offered that grainy texture that really elevated the experience. It's easily one of the best mugwort drinks I've had in Koreatown. I also tried the Black Sesame Einspanner, which was equally impressive. The roasted sesame seeds added texture, making it far more enjoyable than the syrupy versions I've encountered elsewhere. Based on these two drinks, I'm excited to come back and try their Matcha Einspanner - this place has set a new standard for textured drinks. The pastries, however, were underwhelming. I tried the Cream Croissant, the Matcha Financier, and the Chestnut Croffle. The Cream Croissant was tasty, with a nice balance of cream and pastry, but it was small and not as flaky as I'd hoped. At $4.25, it felt overpriced for the portion size so I took one star off for this pricing alone. The Matcha Financier was fine in texture but lacked the bold matcha flavor I was expecting - it wasn't bad, but it was forgettable. The Chestnut Croffle was overly sweet, with the croffle and chestnut topping both adding to the sugar overload. While it's a decent dessert to share, it's not something I'd go out of my way for. Overall, I wouldn't recommend making a trip to O Beem for the pastries alone. Service was quick and efficient. It took only about five minutes for everything to be ready, which was welcomed. The café itself is cozy and can fit around 10-12 customers. It's bright and airy, with a modern vibe that feels perfect for casual socializing rather than studying or working. A super cute cafe that I didn't expect to see at Koreatown Plaza!! The interior is great with seats inside the cafe and a lot more available to the side. I ordered a mugwort einspanner (which was so good) and my friend ordered a Strawberry Matcha Cream (you'd love this if you like sweet drinks!) and their new Dubai croffle which was so good :) The workers were also very friendly and were very happy to answer any questions I had. This cafe is clean, has amazing drinks and friendly staff! What more can you ask for? I love their Mugwort Einspanner! End up wanting more after every cup. I'm lactose intolerant and stubborn. I refuse to take lactaid pills and refuse to substitute milk to another. So you can take my word when I say it's worth the pain and I'd go again and again to have some more! The Chestnut Croffle was excessively sweet, and the croffle base was quite hard, making it impossible to finish. The drinks were also overly sweet, despite our request for less sugar.
