Came back and had a great experience again! The food came out super fast and the staff are SO nice. Will be back!

Their chili oil noodle was AMAZING! If there's one dish you can eat, get this one. The service is pretty fast, you order using a QR code and they bring the food out quickly. There's also a lot of seating inside. The servers are incredibly helpful, overall a great noodle place!

My partner wanted to try this place so we went here before another engagement. My partner got the chili oil noodles and those were delicious and flavorful. I got the beef noodle soup and the beef was overcooked so they were very hard to chew outside of two small pieces that were tender. The broth was good but the beef and noodles were allright. The interior is so nice in here and very clean. The service was very fast. Come here for the chili oil noodles.

Came with my fiance on a Sunday afternoon. It was not that busy. There's 2-3 tables in the middle and rest are booths. Inside you can't hide... not really any barriers between tables but that's ok. It was a little dimly lit inside. There was no line. You attach stuff to the end of your chopsticks which was kinda neat. They got cool spicy oil at the table too. We had to ask the waitress to customize our noodles because it wasn't available in scanning menu. The beef shank spicy was decent. Standard fare. The spicy chicken is ultra good. Spicy, light crisp, onion flavor is good. A little on saltier side but I liked it like that. The noodles qq is very good. We got extra noods and it filled us both, we couldn't finish. Their chili oil is quite good. I am a bit sad that you can't change both spicy level and noodles in online menu. They should fix that. But that aside I liked my time and food was good.

Tried OK Noodles recently, and it's one of those small, casual spots with decent, simple decor--nothing fancy, but comfortable enough for a quick meal. Ordering is done via QR code, and the food is brought to your table, which makes the process pretty seamless. We started with the spicy cucumber salad, which was super refreshing and a great way to kick things off--light, crisp, and nicely balanced. Next were the house special wontons, served in a chili oil-based broth. The flavor was actually quite good--spicy, savory, and comforting--but the wontons unfortunately fell apart too easily, which took away from the overall experience. For mains, we ordered the spicy chicken, and this was hands down the highlight of the night. Juicy on the inside, crispy on the outside, and coated in just the right amount of spice--it was absolutely delicious and something I'd go back for without a doubt. We also tried the special hot oil noodles, which I've heard are one of their bestsellers. The noodles themselves were great--thick, chewy, and perfectly cooked--but the sauce lacked that punch or depth of flavor, making the dish feel a bit underwhelming. It might have just been an off day, but it didn't quite live up to the hype for us. One of the biggest challenges we faced was the menu. There are no descriptions of the dishes, which makes it quite difficult for first-timers or anyone not familiar with the cuisine to order confidently. We also didn't get much help from the host, likely due to a language barrier, which added to the confusion. Overall, the experience had its ups and downs, but the food--especially that spicy chicken--makes it worth a visit. I'd definitely go back, but I'd stick to what I know works.

Hand pulled noodles for the win!! The noodles were so bouncy and this felt like such a comforting dish. Super homey and felt like we were family! Things I ordered: Big plate lamb noodles: the noodles were this super wide and flat noodle. The sauce was tangy spicy and there were potatoes, green bell peppers and onions all throughout. The sauce clung onto the noodles super well and the lamb was tender and they were so generous ! Cucumber salad: refreshing garlicky and crunchy! Perfect for these hot days and as a palate cleanser. I love cucumbers so this was such a win for me! Beef noodle soup: the broth is so clean and the meat is just so tender. The noodles pair so well as it's thinner and not as thick as the other dish. Everything here is a 10/10!

Visited the new location on Abel, and haven't been since this restaurant was located in Fremont. Ordered the potstickers and braised beef noodle soup (mild spicy). The potstickers are not made in house: they're the Ajinomoto brand (you can get these from Costco - one serving is 6 potstickers) but they are fried well here. The beef noodle soup was a little light on the beef, but the noodles were the perfect QQ texture and the broth nicely seasoned.

We go to ok noodle four times now. I really enjoy their hand made noodle. It is chewy yet soft. All the ingredients mix well in the month for pork or lamb. Highly recommended.

Been here so many times because it's so yummy and comfort food. Service is great here and it's super easy to order online. Food comes out so fast and is always super tasty. Have yet to try something I don't like haha.

Great wide, hand-pulled noodles with a nice chewy texture. When they say spicy, they really mean it. We ordered the Big Plate with Lamb (non-spicy), which was delicious and came with a rich, tomato-based sauce. We also tried the Special Hot Oil Noodles. That one had a slow, building heat which is not my forte. Service was friendly and fast. You can order either by scanning the QR code or directly through the waiter. They also use these unique chopsticks with a reusable base and disposable tips. That is something I've only seen here.

Went to ok noodle for lunch around 1:30, walked in and we were the only customer which was odd. The gentleman helped us setup but you mainly order from your phone. I've seen from the search that everyone gets the chili noodles which I couldn't find on the app. I had to order it personally from the waiter which was weird. The food came out fast with my buddy getting the lamb which he said had a real strong lamb flavor that was overpowering. The chili noodles were okay, nothing special. The chili wonton which I was wonton in chili sauce but in reality it was wonton in a soup. Overall not the best place for "pulled noodles" but not the worse, I'll say it's OK.

I had high hopes for this spot Not sure if it was the day we went but once we came in, it was dark and it smelled a little off (kind of like the restroom ). I ordered the chili oil noodles with wide noodles, but it came out with regular noodles. I was like it's okay because it's the flavor that matters, but I found the flavor to be underwhelming We also ordered the braised beef soup noodles with wide noodles, and it did come out with wide noodles but the flavor was also underwhelming. Lastly, we ordered the potstickers which our server seemed to forget about, and it didn't come out even we were finished with our noodles, so I just took it to go. I have had this spot on my list for soooo long but was disappointed

Their wide hand pulled noodles are some of the best I've had in the bay! They weren't too busy on a week night and the orders came out within 20 minutes. The beef hand pulled noodle soup was incredible, the broth flavorful and the noodles thick although there was not enough meat. The other order we had was delicious with minced beef and we loved the noodle texture. It was a bit spicy.

We originally planned to dine in, but after waiting a little over an hour, we decided to switch our order to takeout because we couldn't spend that long waiting for dinner. When we got home, the first thing we noticed was the kimchi. It looked noticeably darker and browner than what we're used to. The discoloration was a little off-putting at first, but surprisingly, the kimchi itself tasted good. Galbijjim Meat: 2.5/5 The beef was what Koreans would describe as 질겨 (jilgyeo) tough and chewy. With galbijjim, I expect the meat to be very tender and easily pull apart, so this was disappointing. Sauce: 3/5 You can see some red pepper in the dish, but we felt like most of the heat was coming from something closer to chili oil or a capsaicin-based sauce rather than the peppers themselves. It tastes good while you're eating it, but you'll probably pay for it later. Tteok (rice cakes): 2.5/5 The rice cakes were a little tough as well. If you're expecting the soft, chewy tteok you normally get with tteokbokki, don't expect the same texture here. Portion: 4/5 The portion is definitely large. I'd say one order can comfortably feed around 3 people, depending on how much everyone eats. Restaurant / Wait: 2/5 The restaurant itself is pretty small, which seems to contribute to longer-than-normal wait times. Waiting over an hour for a $100+ dish definitely affected our overall impression. Would we come back? Probably not. My wife gave it 2/5, and I'd give it 3/5. For $101, we expected more tender meat and a flavor profile closer to traditional galbijjim. The portion was generous, but overall, the food wasn't worth the wait or price for us. We'll be looking for a place that's more aligned with the traditional galbijjim recipes and flavors we're used to.
