I can't remember not having a great time when dining at Olive Garden. The Italian themes restaurant with Italian designed decor. They make you feel right at home. Customer service was great. From the hostess to the server, everyone was very good. The server added plenty of parmeasan cheese to our salad and entree. The food and drink were great. The salad and breadsticks were wonderful. We came because we wanted a good salad. I had angel hair pasta with mushrooms sauce and grilled chicken. I also enjoyed my pineapple and coconut margarita. I didn't taste the pineapple. I encourage anyone taking the time to read this to check out my page so you can see that this is not a normal review for me. Today I placed a $500 catering order for a soccer party to be picked up at 6:30. I checked in at 6:28. 30 minutes later, they still had not brought the food to my car so I came in. My entire order was just sitting in the lobby of the restaurant with 4 girls standing at the counter chatting away. I asked them if I could take it and somebody wheeled it out for me. I tipped the person who walked it out $30. I drive the 20 minutes back to the hotel, and we start putting out the food and noticed that they never gave us the plates, plasticware, Parmesan cheese, utensils, that we had requested. I called and spoke with someone about having all of those items brought to the hotel for us and they told us they could not. My mom called back to speak to the manager, they put her on hold, and after 10 min they hung up on her. I have been ordering pasta stations for these tournament parties from various OG's over the years. I have NEVER had an issue. This is obviously a very poorly managed establishment. read more

We are here now, enjoying our meal. Definitely a slow night for this place, we got seated right away and most booths were empty. We had a lovely server. Kids got Mac and cheese and enjoyed it was breadsticks. We got salad- it was very crisp and fresh. Husband got angel hair pasta with meatballs and loved it. I got my all time favorite- spaghetti with mushroom creamy sauce and it was great. Once again, kids food came out right after the salad, that way our kids were busy eating and we could eat without constantly telling them that the food is coming. I am a sucker for a good Olive Garden visit. I'm not really a huge fan of chain restaurants but lately I have been adding them into my list just as much as I have small businesses so I can see if they still have that taste that I like. The service was good as it usually is and it only took about five minutes for us to get seated. They were pretty packed, so I was glad that it didn't take long. And he's always very well late in the place and I love the wine bottle wall look it is very high catching. My favorite appetizer was the Shrimp Scampi Fritta they took that off the menu so now I typically go for the calamari which is usually always good. I will if they give you two different dipping options and I use both. For drinks the margaritas are always pretty good and Aris is an amazing bartender. All the food was freshly prepared and cooked to perfection. This is actually my go to location and I have not had a bad experience this far. read more

Hadn't been to Olive Garden for probably 15 years because my last experience service was not by good but ended up there on Valentine's Day and it wasn't horrible. Probably could've scored five stars if it wasn't for the chaos and the other customers. We had called earlier and been put on the waiting list, but there was probably as many people waiting to get a table as those that were dining. We were surrounded by a horrible parent, rude customers and a couple that lied to try to get their bill comped. I felt sorry for our server because she was working her butt off. We have frequented this location sooo many times without any serious issues but this last time when it counted... it was a horrible experience for everyone but my stepdaughter. I spend $163.05, which $21.27 was gratuity. My daughter and granddaughter ordered Shrimp Alfredo and the shrimp had gray spots all over the edges as if it hadn't cooked thoroughly; enough to not want to eat it. While I ordered chicken Alfredo with shrimp, mushrooms and broccoli added. I had no shrimp and I barely had any fettuccine sauce! My stepdaughter had chicken Alfredo which turned out correct. I did this because we had gone skating and we were going back to my daughter's hotel room that she had rented to just kick it. Olive Garden is a favorite Italian restaurant of mine it never disappoints, the only thing I've ever ordered from Olive Garden is the Fettucine Alfredo with broccoli because it's just that good of a meal, the salad and breadsticks are equally as amazing. The service was really speedy for a 3pm on a Saturday evening even with it being a nice crowd of people. Olive Garden was very clean, although I'm not a fan of dimly lit restaurants I think that's what gives it the feel of an authentic Italian restaurant. read more

I sat in the bar area and beside the bar is what appears to be a prep station the servers get ice, cups etc. it seemed like it was also the gathering and gossip spot for the employees. Came here for a birthday celebration. Parking was ample. No reservations can be made so we had to wait for an hr to be seated . Weather was beautiful so my party decided to wait outside. Once seated staff was very friendly, helpful and apologetic for the wait. Explained short staff and they had to seat accordingly to have a pleasant experience with our dining options. Our waitress Tadarra was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Helped us order , was very patient and professional. Food was delicious and hot . I ordered the shrimp fettuccine with added broccoli and it included salad and breadsticks. I ordered the green apple sangria. My mom ordered shrimp scampi and my sister ordered chicken carbonara. So this restaurant is not that far from my job . I had an issue with an order that I placed , and I did an email to let them know my concerns about my order. With that being said they did reach out to me and I got to speak to the manager at the Olive Garden when I tell you, he was amazing and he addressed my concerns with the utmost respect and he put it as a priority, he allowed me to know that he was very sorry about my experience and wanted to make it up to me. He sent me a gift card. So then I can return back to the place and I have and when I tell you , the changes that were made was immaculate , all you have to do is tell people what's wrong and good people will fix the things that are wrong. I enjoyed my food. I enjoyed my visit the staff. He is doing his best to get things in order. And there are multiple managers there, so you have to be patient. I guess because they are learning how things are going and they don't know if there's a problem. The wait is ridiculous. Almost always an hour or more. Start to finish, plan on 2.5 hours minimum. The food is passable but nothing special. Why is it like this?Understaffed? It's possible. Seriously, boil some pasta, open a jar of sauce, throw some frozen breadsticks in the oven, toss a pre-made salad. Save yourself a ton of money and time. Well, I made a mistake. Stuck hanging around the area for a soccer tournament on a rain delay. Thought we would be okay at 2:30. We walked in and it seems like pure chaos. After about 10 minutes, the staff member at the To Go table said someone would be right with us. After waiting several more minutes listening to staff yelling and arguing, we left. I've never had a bad experience at this location, and I've been there many times. I have to say that my last visit was the absolute best. I placed an order for carry out, using their online system. When I arrived my food was ready and the lady working the "to-go" station took extra time to make sure that my order was correct - even taking the initiative to ensure that I got extra sauce to take with me, because she noticed that the pasta was getting a little dry. Even when I asked to add on to the order that I was picking up, she was super friendly and accommodating. I was even offered a complimentary beverage while I waited. I'm sure that they do that for everyone, but still - it was a nice offer. Which I took them up on. Lol Honestly speaking, good customer service is sometimes hard to find. And I truly appreciated that this location went above and beyond with their level of service. As a customer, I felt valued - which overall was pretty darn amazing. We visited around 9:30-10, knowing they closed at 11. We ended up going late because we had just gotten out of a movie. Very accommodating for us showing up at 9:45. Restaurant has a few people in it still. Waiter was extremely polite and very helpful. I got the chicken and gnocchi soup, very tasty. We also got salad and breadsticks. Well worth it. My girlfriend got the stuffed shells, and loved it. Her only complaint was that the shells could've been cooked a bit longer. I got the chicken scampi and I wasn't disappointed. Every time I go to this Olive Garden they always find a new way to disappoint me! We went for lunch but after waiting 35 mins to be sat the lunch specials were over. Sat at our table for 20 mins and not 1 person came by to get our drinks. The hostess walked by us twice not once asked if we needed drinks or if our server had come by. (Turns out she sat us in a section that had no server) had to get most of the food to go since we had already been there a total of an hour waiting. Finally go to eat my soup at home. The prices are outrageous! $20 for a pasta entree is ridiculous. $50 for 2 to dine on 2 entrees and 2 soft drinks. The pasta was dry and not nearly enough sauce. And the breadsticks were hard and crunchy. Our server was less than attentive for a slow Wednesday night. And the room was freezing.
