The food is delicious, the staff are so chill, super clean, and the vibe is immaculate. Has this become a favorite spot in Flagstaff? Absolutely! Are we already thinking of what to have the next time we are in town? Hell yeah we are! So far we have tried the Dude Ranch, garlic knots, signature meatball sub (with fries), and the hot hammy and cheese sub (with side salad). We recommend all of it! I only wish I had gotten pics of our food, but it was just too damn good to resist digging into.

The crust was perfectly cooked- a little char from the wood smoke oven and a little chewiness like a good crust should have. Despite the place getting crazy before we left, our waiter was very attentive and got us a box for our last 3 slices (all from the pep) and to-go drinks. Being hot and sunny, we placed the pizza box on our dash and had the last few slices hours later on the road. The only problem with Fat Olives is it being in Flagstaff and not in metro-Phoenix. Okay...2nd problem is I want to try every pizza they have. If the first problem gets fixed, the 2nd problem may go away! Their fat olives salad was good, it was refreshing and I liked the chicken breast they grilled, very tender. The caprese was good too. Don't forget to order tiramisu as dessert, it's not too sweet. The Italian soda was definitely on the sweeter side, but interesting to drink. The vibe was also good, and the staff was friendly. Be sure to make a reservation so you don't wait too long.

We came back again for breakfast and tried the scrambled eggs toast and a savory waffle. Everything we had was delicious, but the Soft Scrambled Egg Plate was truly something special. The eggs were unbelievably light and fluffy, paired with perfectly buttered, toasted bread that somehow felt magical in its simplicity. I know it sounds a little crazy to return twice for something so simple, but it was just that well done. The breakfast burrito was a strong second favorite.
