Honestly i really enjoyed my visit here! The teriyaki was delicious and full of flavor, served in a generous portion and at the perfect temperature to dig right in without waiting for it to cool. He even let me know that they have a parking garage behind the building and a door from the garage to the restaurant. Finally got over my fear of the parking in this area and tried Othello Wok. Amazingly, I was able to find parking in the garage. Customer service was an absolute 10! Staff/owner are super nice and friendly. Also patient- since it was my first time ordering, I wasn't sure what to get. The ambiance of the spot is like any other teriyaki restaurant. Lots of people coming in to order to go, but yet quiet enough for those staying to eat. Clean, cozy atmosphere. The food was GREAT! Big portions, and big on flavor. I tried the teriyaki chicken and honey garlic chicken combo. Lots of garlic but not so much it drowns out the other flavors. I also had a California roll and for me, this was one of the best California rolls I've had in a long time. Wasn't anything fancy, but was freshly made and delicious. I've changed my mind. After having teriyaki at some other places, I've realized they give such a small salad and chicken portion for the regular chicken teriyaki for the price. I don't eat very much at once and normally can stretch out takeout meals to 2 meals but I ate the whole thing at once. Flavors were average so I can't justify the portion and cost. read more

Came in around 12:00 expecting a lunch crowd. There were only 2-3 people dining inside. I order a small chicken and rice bowl and 1 sush roll. It took over 25 min to get my food. they charge for soy sauce, hot sauce, etc. Drinks were warm since the cooler was not working. The Hispanic young guy was rude and when I asked how much longer he theyre making it to order. I said I'd been waiting for a while he said "he just got there." Othello Wok and Teriyaki is a great stop for a quick and affordable meal with large portions. I've been here a few times now and always just order at the counter for take out. It never takes more than 10 minutes for my order to come out and I've never called ahead before. I usually get the general tso chicken with a side of gyoza. They give me enough chicken to eat for about 3 meals, and the gyoza is always nice and crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside. The chicken is tasty too and not dripping with sauce but also not dry. A good balance and taste. I look forward to more meals from Othello Wok! read more

Really excellent ratio of teriyaki/rice! The teriyaki is perfectly savory-sweet with a wonderful glossy sheen, it goes excellently with the grilled chicken. Wow! The food is so good. I live in LA and I always look forward to stop by here whenever I visit Seattle! We loved the beef and chicken yakitori and katsu and the short rib (marinated galbi)! Nothing too crazy going on here here - just a nice solid spot for teriyaki, yakisoba, and all those comfort foods. Othello Wok and Teriyaki brings a nice variety to an area that is heavily focused on Vietnamese food. I had the Udon Yaki (yakisoba but with udon as the noodles) and was pretty satisfied. First thing I noticed was the portion size - pretty big! As someone who is a big eater, this is just the perfect size. An average eater might have some leftover. I really enjoyed the udon, and there was a nice ratio of meat and veggies to noodles. However, the meal was a bit too wet. A stir fry should be dry, but this Udon Yaki had a ton of liquid and sauce to it. Not sure if that's because of the udon or if all their yakisoba is like that. Overall, nice spot for comfort food. I'll probably be back if I'm ever craving teriyaki and in the Othello area. Other reviews make the other dishes look really good. Also not too bad on the wallet. read more

We got take out here about 2 weeks ago. My daughter had the gyoza, and I got the tofu teriyaki. Gyoza were good, the sauce was a little heavy on the vinegar. Tofu was not my favorite preparation (I strongly prefer the fried tofu, this was grilled and sliced firm tofu), but it wasn't disgusting. Rice was well done, and the salads were textbook teriyaki salads and tasted good. We will come back 100%. read more

The Asian couple who run this place are friendly and smiles, especially the wife. Since I live upstairs, I try to come by here at least once a week. It's in the far ground level corner so by driving it's best to park inside the garage (1 hr is free per ticket). In the garage, you can find their own back entrance to the left of the building Main/Lease office entrance. Or you can walk all the way around via the garage entrance, if you're not a resident---that's what I thought. :) I've gotten the Mongolian beef (?), I think, and egg rolls & also the Chicken Teriyaki: ----Mongol Beef + egg rolls: It's alright to good. The egg rolls' casing have this fluffier/lighter texture than I'm used to. Personally, I prefer the lumpia/thin/crisp style egg rolls... no air bubbles and fluffiness--just crisp 'n crunch. The red sauce(?) is weird; I didn't finish it. ----Chicken Teriyaki: I assumed the salad was crap, so she was happy to sub it for extra rice. Love that. Most of these "teri-salads" (o.O) tend to be bland, nasty crispy iceberg with ranch-esque dressing. I usually don't mind these salads if they have that vinaigrette type stuff but this time i just said screw it, gimme mah rice and meat. The chicken sauce looked a bit overkill, but mixing it all into the rice helps round out this good ol' teriyaki chicken [T-1]. Very clean, cool and welcoming spot with TV. This has become a regular location for our house. They are quick, reasonably priced, and they provide you enough food that you'll likely have enough leftovers for another meal. Their mix-platter options are my favorite, allowing me to have two different protein options. They also provide a large portion on rice with each meal, but they don't just use rice to "fill" the container, you get a large portion of your chosen protein as well. Their appetizers also have great flavor and are large. We've order the Gyoza and the Spring Rolls, and I would gladly order both of those again. A single order of either is enough for 2-3 people to share with their meal. If you order ahead, they'll have your meal ready within about 10-15 minutes, giving you enough time to get there and park. But it's always hot and fresh on pick up. read more
