Great location to stop at for dinner after a day at Legoland. The wait was not long for a party of 4. Started with their delicious warm bread and butter. We shared their famous wings for the appetizer. Sorry, we were so hungry, I forgot to take picture after bread was served. I was a little disappointed with my drink. I was looking forward to it. Had a great experience at Outback Steakhouse. The steak was absolutely delicious -- cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and one of the best parts of the meal. There was a small mistake with my order and one item was accidentally left off my plate, but the manager stepped in right away and went above and beyond to make it right. They quickly fixed my plate, made sure everything came out fresh, and even offered me a special discount for the inconvenience. That kind of customer service really stands out. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but the way they handled it showed real professionalism and care for their customers. I just ate the salad and threw the rest in the garbage. It was a lot of pasta and a little meat If you want good steak , try Manny's steak house its the absolute best in town. We both ordered 6 oz steaks one medium well and the other medium. Both of us ordered baked potatoes with our meals. Both steaks were hard to cut and the med.well was so chewy it wasn't eaten. The medium steak was so salty I could barely eat it. The baked potatoes on the other hand were so salty that I could have taken extra blood pressure pills to counter act the salt. Food was good. Our server was really nice. We ordered the Chocolate Thunder From Down Under to go. NEVER DO THAT!! We live a few minutes away and we asked if the ice cream would be packed to travel and last a few minutes. We were told it would be fine. It lasted about half way. Ice cream melting is not Outback's fault... but they didn't pack it. They just put it in a styrofoam bowl without a lid. Anyway... We're not sure who the corporate drone is that changed things for the worse over there, but what a disappointment this dessert was. Actually all the portions we had were very small. We even heard another table complaining about it as well. The Outback bosses must be trying to cut the bottom line to save money... but it's the customers who suffer. Oh well. It looks like we'll find another place for our Friday night out meals. It's a shame too. Went on a Saturday night and it was not as busy as I had expected. Fred our waiter has been the best waiter we have had in a long time of not the best waiter ever! Very attentive, very friendly and helpful. Checked on us regularly. I had the out back burger that was ok, wife had the pasta which she was not a fan of however he tried to help fix it and even took it off the bill when that didn't work out. He tried to offer her another option but she was full enough with the appetizer we had ordered. They are lucky I don't own my own business because I would hire him in a heartbeat. Was there last night, the service was good, the food was horrible. I got a filet that unseasoned. Just a slab of beef, not even salt. The rest of my meal was flavorless. My husband got their shrimp special, the shrimp were extra small and definitely not the menu description. My two twin grandsons ordered chicken fingers, one got 2 the other got 3 and cold fries. Guess I shouldn't have gone to a Steakhouse if I wasn't going to eat steak! I expected far more from Outback Steakhouse than ridiculously terrible food! We ordered the chicken wings and a blooming onion as well as a side of Sydney Shrooms, a coffee and a glass of wine. Wife and I simply wanted to share a few appetizers after a 3-hour drive from Cape Coral. Service was GREAT, though we did stand at the front counter in an almost empty restaurant for over five minutes waiting for the hostess who was it appeared in the restroom to finally come out to seat us. She was very pleasant and apologetic which was very nice. Our server MATTHEW H. was on his game, great attitude, great attentive service! My cup of coffee was ice cold for starters and had to be sent back while I waited for a fresh cup of fresh brewed coffee. The second cup of coffee was extremely hot and was so strong i had to put 2 1/2 creamers in it because Matthew must have poured it before the pot was done, but understandable, after the first cup of really cold coffee he was just trying to make up for it. NO EXCUSE for the RAW BLOOMIN ONION! We took 3/4's of it home, couldn't pull it apart, the liquid breading all throughout the bottom of it told us the grease must not have been hot enough or the cook rushed it, onion was hard all around the bottom and there was nothing but runny mush all around the bottom which I assume was the "batter" that had not been cooked. YUCK! NASTY! GROSS! The wings were fair, but nothing exciting and they only come one way, really covered in pepper! If you dip them in enough ranch dressing they are edible. The Sydney Shrooms, overcooked and greasy. Outback Steakhouse WAS one of my favorites, maybe I will return one day when back in Michigan, and when I am wanting a steak, but never ever in Florida, never another nasty bloomin onion and next time I will just ask for water with a lime, it is far easier and less likely to be messed up, and hopefully it is COLD like it is supposed to be! Good was good we got the bbq chicken, 8 ounce filet, and the New York strip. Sides were macaroni, fries, and broccoli. Typical Outback consistent food so we were content with that. The service was not great. The manager made the experience better but nobody wanted to help us. We sat down and waited about 10 minutes for someone to come and the lady who came told us that she could not take our order. It took them about another 5 minutes for someone to take our order and when she came she gave so much attitude and made it seem like she did not want to be there at all. We kept thanking her and she warmed up a little but it was still like pulling teeth when asking for a refill. I don't understand the negative reviews for this Outback Steakhouse. I have been an off-and-on regular for years and have always had great service and attention. Their renovation has refreshed the place. I usually come early and have a steak which is always seasoned right and cooked to my preference. It could be during peak hours, servers become very busy, and I have noticed through the pandemic many new young faces coming and going, same as most restaurants have faced. I am always treated well and the only food complaint I can think of is one time the on-the-barbie shrimp could have been larger. I wish I had the names of the many servers, bartenders, and even managers who have gone out of ther way to take care of me. Seasonal specials are very good also, I'm hoping to see again the short rib special they sometimes do. read more

The establishment does NOT put silverware in the bag, stating that "Wicky" the manager stated to not put silverware in the bags of customers unless it was for Uber eats or DoorDash.
