I've eaten at this establishment before and the sushi is good. I ordered takeout this evening for the first time. Upon entering, no one was at the front. When I asked the older lady for spicy mayo and eel sauce she was rude. Let out a sigh and rolled her eyes. When I came home, they skimped out on my roll. Ordered a Hawaiian roll and they didn't bother to put the avocado on top and it was poorly made. Won't be coming here again. read more

My boyfriend and I both work until 9 so we're always here right before closing and joey and all other staff never rush is out what so ever! After many years of going here and the sushi chefs knowing on a first name bases, me inviting several birthday parties here and standing by them after countless new owners they've had. Sushi has become subpar and today on my final trip the sushi chef very rudely said "next time we will charge you for that extra rice". Be it I left 3 rice balls. Food was at unsafe temperatures inside a walk-in cooler that was 59 degrees inside, a prep refrigerator and the sushi display cases, whose doors had been removed for cleaning. This is the go-to spot for bomb AYCE at great pricing! Definitely recommend. And I'm personally a big fan of the "no rice rolls". Means less carbs for me and I can eat a bunch more at a sitting. Our last visit to this establishment will be the last. Came here with a party of six, ordered four all you can eats and two single sushi rolls. Our waiter, Kelvin, began to take our order and as we were asking him a question he left randomly and very rudely. We weren't serviced for another 25 whole minutes until there was another attempt to service us with four different waiters each time; the inconsistency made it super difficult to order food, ask for more water or soda, tell the waiters they forgot our order AND got it wrong, etc. it was ridiculous and annoying. Upon trying to tell Kelvin that we were missing a rainbow roll as well as two salmon tempura rolls he simply was not listening to us and kept cutting us off that when one of the other waiters dropped off ONE salmon tempura roll we had to inform them we were still waiting for the initial rainbow roll AND the salmon tempura. Not to mention the sushi we had asked for no sauce had sauce and the chef was drinking on the job. One of our rolls was just sitting on the counter for 15 minutes while chef was just talking to another worker, wasn't until we rang the bell three times and tried to call the waiter that they finally gave us the the long awaited roll. By the time we got food didn't want to eat bc the HORRIBLE SERVICE. Don't recommend coming here. Would give this review zero stars if i could. read more
