Every time I come, I am constantly pleased with the service and the quality of the food. What a great price for their happy hour. I have yet to leave dissatisfied. This time around I brought two of my family members who had never been. They absolutely loved the service and even more the food that they got. They definitely wished they lived closer in order to be able to enjoy the happy hours more often. I really enjoy that they have a daytime happy hour and even a nighttime happy hour. Great spot to go to if you need a quick little bite before you head out or after a night of drinking.

Ozen is a standard good sushi and sashimi place in Rancho Cucamonga. It's kind of a go to place if you don't wanna go too far into LA or anything like that. I always like their yellowtail carpaccio . It's always very delicious with the Ponzoo sauce. I vary getting different rolls such as the spider roll tried the White House roll. This was pretty good as well. Overall just a good sushi spot not anything amazing but good. Service always is OK but not outstanding or anything just kind of there.

Not sure what role this is- since they gave me the wrong order. I added the extra sauce since the food is cold and flavorless. Not happy.

Although the food is mostly good, they need to work on their takeout process. This is the second time they give me the wrong order.. NOT happy about this. AND the food they gave me was cold..They need to do better....

Very good food, not a sushi person so I had the vegetarian rolls which I was happy they had those options. The ginger was fresh and complimented the food so well! Lots of vegetables options too!

Came back again and delicious all around. Still obsessed with the tataki roll. If you like chili oil, you'll love this roll. Fusion trio has an amazing salmon and tuna. Garlic butter is delicious that they put on top! Service is great. Perfect place for a date night! ....and right next to a Handel's ice cream

Food is amazing but the service is absolutely horrendous. I mean... wtf I would go into this more but I'm too busy waiting for my food that hasn't come yet. The rolls come out fast and honest probably the only thing worth getting, the pork belly was over cooked and cold, then they took it back and cooked it more so then it became extra over cooked and hot, it was basically pork jerky. The service is so bad every table had a problem, very disappointed in this place because they have great deals on the food and the sushi is bomb but jeeeeeesus what wasssss that?!?!?

We had an excellent dinner here last night to celebrate my oldest daughter's 17th birthday! They did seem a little understaffed at the beginning of the evening as a lot of tables needed to be cleaned up and they were trying to get the take out and delivery orders out the door. So we waited a little bit to be seated. Service was good despite that. When we were seated, our drink orders were taken and drinks were brought promptly. We were given a little bit extra time to peruse the menu. My oldest decided on the Alaskan Roll and the Hot Night Roll. She liked both but loved the Alaskan Roll the best. She also ordered some miso soup and loved it. This isn't my youngest's favorite cuisine, but she ordered the BBQ chicken salad and said it was really good, she ate the whole thing! I went with the yellowtail carpaccio and the Japanese Burrito. Both were absolutely perfect and delicious! The place is so cute with foliage and flowers and cute lantern lights. Parking right next to the restaurant is somewhat limited, but it's a big lot so you can usually find something even if it's a little walk.

I've dined in once and have placed orders to-go. Quality and customer service for both are amazing! As you can tell from the photo, I ate solo, and the ambience was great for a Saturday evening. This is on my rotating list for sushi places!

I've been craving sushi. A friend recommended this place so we came for lunch. They have happy hour till 3pm on select days. Sushi $4 for 2pc and rolls $6 for 4pc. I order from the regular menu and got the lobster bake ($19). It was delicious and warm. It had the perfect amount of sauce. It was so delicious I ate the entire thing (6pc). The service was nice. Our waitress was attentive. There was a little rush due to the lunch hour. The place was nice. I like the vibe they have. Cute place to go out as a couple thing or catch up with friends. I'm definitely going back.

This is my daughter & I's GO TO spot. The sushi is the best in the area IMO. Plus the service & ambiance is nice & super chill. I've never gone and had to wait longer than 10 minutes. We always get the tataki roll and spicy tuna handroll from their happy hour menu that stays after 9 on the weekends. They also have a few decent drinks on happy hour menu too so it's definitely the best bang for your buck in the area!

This has become one of my favorite sushi spots. I usually prefer AYCE because I love salmon sushi but when I don't care for AYCE this is my place! They have an amazing happy hour not only in price but also in their happy hour hours and I am a happy hour QUEEN! The food is amazing and so fresh. Will definitely come back for my sushi & sake bombs! lol

Hi! Exactly which are ALL the names of sushi you have that are NON-RAW please? Thanks a lot! (I can figure out a couple from the photos/descriptions, but I want to know all of them.)

Then I thought should that be a sign...? but we still decided to give them a try. We ordered their onion rings, fries, vegan ramen, and curry plate. The ramen was okay. The noodles were overcooked and mushy. The taste was okay. The items that were fried was decent. Now the curry we ate was weird. It tasted sour. We've eatin many different types of curry; Singaporean, Thai, Japanese, Vietnamese, etc. We have never had that odd taste before with curry. Generally turmeric shouldn't be that way. We're our server know and ask about it (because it may have been spoiled). They didn't give an answer as to why it tasted sour until we asked again. And their answer was "maybe it was t to our liking." It was a strange taste... I don't know if that was their own rendition or used fish sauce or lemon grass or lime but it didn't fit right so we couldn't eat it. I still honestly don't know if the pot of curry was spoiled that we ate. The server (Sarah) did try to correct the issue by offering to replace the meal, and she also offered a small discount. We didn't see much that was suitable for us so we declined the offer. We left the spot and that was the end of that. The place was completely empty. No one was dining in. Now I know why and after reading all the other reviews regarding quality and taste.

I never expected to fine such good Japanese ramen all the way out in Rancho Cucamonga…read more I'd heard the name a few times before, so my friends and I decided to stop by for lunch one day just to see what the hype was about. I'm so glad we did because it ended up being one of the best ramen spots I've tried in the area. The noodles were cooked perfectly with just the right amount of chew, and the broth was rich and flavorful without being overly heavy or greasy. It wasn't watered down either. The pork slice were seriously thick! Honestly thicker than what I've gotten at some BBQ restaurants. Even with the generous cut, the pork was incredibly tender and easy to bite through without feeling tough at all. I also asked if they could make my ramen extra spicy, and they absolutely delivered. The added heat complemented the broth instead of overpowering it, which made the whole bowl even more addictive. This is def one of those places that exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

The bamboo shoots, perfectly cooked for richness egg, the pickled ginger, and other toppings offer the fresh variety of flavors and textures that add to the whole delectable ramen experience. The noodles are perfectly cooked for ultimate slurpiness. They have the Goldilocks effect: never mushy, never underdone - they're just right. Now the broth. It's a make or break for a ramen shop. Their ramen is rich, depthy, umami loving goodness. I can - and have - drink it from the container all by itself, where each mouthful is worth savoring, allowing it to take center stage. For my pick-up, the service was friendly and efficient. The restaurant had not been open long, but call orders were steady, folks coming in for their pick ups, , and a few diners were lunching in. Clearly we're not the only ones who love it! For a to-go order, I appreciate how well their containers seal. I also appreciate how they package their ramen ready to go - just pour the broth and slurp away!

It just has soy, soy mixed sauce, chili oil, and black vinegar. I ordered the Wide Hand Pulled Noodles, Green and Onion Pot Stickers, and the Beef Rolls. Wide Hand Pulled noodles were ok. Honestly not much to brag about. I thought the noodles were cooked well but the flavor didn't really stand out to me. I believe it's served with chili oil, a mound of minced garlic and some vegetables. Outside of those ingredients I thought it needed more flavor or substance. The beef rolls were ok to me as well. I liked how crispy the roll was and size. Good portions of sliced beef served with cilantro. It was refreshing but the meat was generally cold with some warmness provided by the roll. But that quickly faded. Would prefer it to be warmer. The highlight was the pot stickers. Beef and onion were good. Really enjoyed the presentation of the dish. The edges of the pot sticker were really thick. Almost chip like. I enjoyed it as much as the dish itself. Would get it again. Overall I thought the food was ok. I'm sure there are better highlight dishes than what I ordered but they weren't selected this go around. Also the prices are a little higher than most dumpling spots so I just expected more.
